It deals with the aftermath of the war and everyone accepting it and then comes the battle between Raiden and Shiva and its epic, we get the backstory of the former and then his ultimate battle and his new Volund and how he is not gonna be easy to defeat, also its fun to see towards the end Buddha and whatever Loki and his heavenly guard is planning. Seems like multiple fights are going to happen. If it was not already said enough, its becoming more and more epic by the volumes. The battles are better and the art even better. A must read!

RIP HERC.HE WAS MORE FOR HUMANS THAN JACK WAS. but … ALAS. another banger fight incoming?? i love how these are just two DUDES who want to punch and fist fight each other (compared to whits etc) LOVE SHIVA MWAH MWAH rooting for the gods again this time because why not. but i think both of these characters are so interesting

Don't get me wrong, I did like this. But I feel like they are not even paying attention to the fight, there are a shit ton of things happening a the same time.
Also, I don't really care about Shiva and Raiden 😶

Chapter 33: Are you looking for a fight? NO, NO! There's just one thing I want to ask you. Y'see.. This is my first time seeing the valkyries' volund. So, I got a little over-excited. Yeah. That must be it. In all the excitement, it slipped my mind that something's felt off from the very beginning. I mean come on... Those humans matching the powers of the gods? Pushing gods to the brink of defeat? And even killing a god? And so, I asked myself... Has the valkyries' volund always had this much power? There's no way the gods would allow those demigods to have that kind of hack. And then, I remembered. There's one possible way. What's it called again? You know that thing in your realm? Entrusting our lives to one another, placing them on the same Lotus leaf, so to speak. It draws out everything in one's mind and body. That power, I think it was called Shared Fate.

Chapter 33: Oh my, heaven's an awfully rowdy place, isn't it? Ganging up to hang one man. Sheesh...! Humans and gods... we're really the same. But... I doubt Poseidon would have done something like this. What're you doing here? Your fight is done. Well, y'see... Ganging up on someone that just doesn't sit right with me.

POPKulturowy Kociołek: Kiedy mocno widowiskowa walka Kuby Rozpruwacza i Heraklesa dobiega końca, autor postanawia nieco zwolnić tempo akcji i dać odpocząć zarówno bohaterom, jak i czytelnikom. Początek ósmego tomu to więc odrobinę spokojniejsza treść.
Zanim jednak arena ponownie spłynie krwią i potem, mamy okazję odrobinę lepiej poznać nowego czempiona ludzi.
Record of Ragnarok bercerita tentang pertarungan umat manusia melawan para dewa, demi menentukan kelangsungan hidup manusia di bumi.
Menurutku semakin angka volumenya bertambah, maka alurnya semakin lambat.
Overall, it is pretty good but not a lot of things happen. The next fight is between Raiden Tameemon (A famous sumo wrestler from Japan) and Lord Shiva who was waiting his turn for a while now. They fight briefly and we learn some information about Raiden's origins. I don't know a lot about Raiden so this should be interesting. Also, there is a nice twist at the end of the book for which I am quite curious about. In short, it was a good volume but the "action" will be in the next volume I guess.
This volume starts the fifth fight and then sidetracks to an ‘unofficial’ potential fight off-arena which was rather confusing as to the reasoning. The design of Raiden is the most jacked sumo wrestler I have ever seen and not exactly like his pictures!! Good design…just not of a sumo wrestler. This volume was a set up volume - for the main fight and potential off-arena one. The interaction between Raiden and his volume was amusing.
It is more of a filler volume. After the 2nd win, Brunhilde knows that Gods will be very anxious to win the 5th one. So she selects the strongest Sumo Wrestler of all times. Raiden Tameemon is a very strongly 💪 built Sumo Wrestler who has not been defeated in the Sumo ring for almost 20 years. With his Volund his muscle issue gets resolved and he is more balanced in the fight with Lord Shiva.

Buddha here is the coolest hippie ever and now that I said it as a Buddhist, I’m going to hell. Seriously though, this issue is where we finally see behind the mystery of Ragnarok and the volünd and it did not disappoint.
