When she spies a naked man on her terrace, buttoned-up Dr. Janet Hunter is flabbergasted.

Her meddlesome, matchmaking mother has been listening to her wacky astrologer again! Mom’s convinced that if she’s not a grandmother within the next eighteen months she’ll never be one, so she’s throwing one inappropriate guy after another in her daughter’s path. But this stunt is beyond the pale!

Add to that, Janet’s best friends, Lacy and CeeCee, are getting married, and they keep yammering on about true love when Janet’s convinced that she’ll never fall for such romantic hooey. Then, on the morning she’s running late for her very first day on the job as a full-fledged pediatrician, she finds a very handsome man, sans clothing lurking among the wrought iron furniture

Could things possibly get any worse? You bet they can!

To her dismay, she discovers that her sexy visitor is none other than her new colleague, Dr. Gage Gregory, and while he does have a good excuse for his initial nakedness (and it’s not her mother’s doing) it's all too much. Especially, when they’ve got to share an office for the next seven months!

How on earth will Janet survive?

Lori Wilde can’t remember a time when she didn’t want to write. She even went to nursing school so she could have a schedule flexible enough to allow her to write on the side. She nursed for 20 years, working in a variety of settings from the newborn nursery to the recovery room, to dialysis. But she never lost her desire to write.

She sold her first book in 1994 to Silhouette Romance but later discovered she had a flair for comedy and branched out to Harlequin Duets and now, to Blaze.

Lori is an adventuresome soul who loves to travel. She’s taken flying lessons, completed two marathons, rode in a hot-air balloon, performed with a professional jazz band, traveled Europe as a teenager, hiked volcanoes in Hawaii, trod on glaciers in Alaska, shot white-water rapids, water-skied, snow-skied, raced all-terrain vehicles, bodysurfed in the Gulf of Mexico, and photographed grizzly bears in Yellowstone.

She lives in her native Texas, with her own real-life hero, Bill.

Gracie's fondest wish is to be a grandmother before she is fifty-two. Her sights are set on her daughter Janet to fulfill this. She is always setting Janet up with blind dates. When Janet finds a naked man on her patio she tells herself that her mother has gone too far. This is just the beginning of following Janet as she unknowingly tries to fulfill her mothers dream. Lots of laughs along with love in this book.

More hero than hotshot, but a great story to finish this series!

Janet is getting ready for her first day as a pediatrician when she finds a mostly naked man on her patio. Gage is embarrassed to be caught in this situation, but even more shocked when it turns out they are both now working for the same pediatric office! Janet is very independent and does not believe in love at first sight. Gage is a knight errant who just likes to save people. What happens when these two opposites are forced to work in close quarters? Read this to find out!

The pace is engrossing and the tone is uncertain yet hopeful with a character oriented storyline that has some steamy scenes. The characters are vibrant and engaging. Gage is a swoon-worthy hero and poor Janet doesn't know how to handle him. Fortunately for her, Gage knows just what to do! This is a sweet conclusion to the Heartthrob Hospital series.

I loved this book.Janet meets her neighbor Gage when she finds him outside her condo naked except for a charcoal bag holding his naughty bits. She finds out the same day he’s a doctor who’s going to be working in the same practice as she does. They end up sharing a office even.
Janet’s mom has friends who tell her she’s never going to be a grandma unless she is by the age of 52.She takes it upon herself to find Janet eligible suitors.Janet ends up hiding under a table at a swanky work event to keep from getting introduced do someone her mom has for her.Gage goes under the table with her and I was laughing out loud.
Please read this series. This is the 3rd installment. They’re laugh out loud books at a time when we’ve never needed laughter so much!

Enjoyable

Things just haven’t been going Janet’s way. She’s estranged from her father, her mother meddles and, most recently, she finds a naked man on her patio, who turns out to be her upstairs neighbor, Gage. Things get worse. A fun story about opening up and finding true love and a HEA.

The Hotshot

I can identify with Janet. She is independent, strong and didn't believe in true love. This wonderful story will wrap around your heart and make a believer out of you! Gage is so perfect for Janet, but will her father's non-nuturing ways keep her from falling in love? You will love this book!

Great story lots of funny scenes but also very serious ones. We get to watch Janet and Gage move from a fake engagement to the realization that they both need to face some issues in their past before they can move on to the future!

love is for all

We are all worthy of love it just has to be with the right person. When you find your other half don’t walk away you both have to give your life and dreams to each other. The most important part of this story is never letting anyone else rule your whole life.
