I really adore this series. The books might be super short but the steam factor is high and there's also a little bit of story there too. This one deals with a bodyguard so if that's your jam and you don't mind your books a little saucy, then pick this up. Thanks to Foreword PR and the authors for allowing to volunteer to leave this unbiased review.

Patience Parks is a "new" author. This is a pen name of two New York Times Bestselling Authors who wanted to create novellas of really hot stories. These books aren't more than sixty pages so they are quick to get through. The Perverted Royal Series is made up of the following books: Perverted Princess, Perverted Duchess, Perverted Viscount, and Perverted Prince.

To start off, I was received these books as part of an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
These books were so fun! They were quick reads and because that is the intent there isn't a lot of character building, there's minimal world building, but big impact on emotional build-up. The stories themselves are around a stereotypical world of royalty. These people have money, there are arranged marriages, etc. I'll give a quick snippet of each book.
Perverted Duchess
When a woman is labeled as a socialite party girl, she's gotta live up to the hype and Daria does just that. Long nights of partying and bringing a different guy home every time has given her quite the reputation. The big secret is she's still a virgin, she makes sure whoever she brings back to her place is super trashed and has him sleep on the couch in her room. The fun part is her bodyguard, Izak who has loved her since the day he met her has his own secrets. He's a prince from another country following a tradition his country does, kind of similar to an Amish rumspringa when they are to work in the "real world" for a year. He has been at it for three just to be near Daria. Hijinks ensue and Izak decides to playout one of Daria's sexual fantasies and "kidnaps" her to do dirty, dirty things.

Oh man, this book is hot. The Perverted Duchess is the second short story in the Perverted Series and proves that Patience Parks knows how to write steamy erotica. This book was a quick and dirty read that captured my attention. Honestly, there was just something magical about the chemistry between Daria and Izak. I loved the push and pull and the bickering. The plot was quick but entertaining. I will admit, I wanted more, but that is to be expected when it comes to short stories.
All in all, this was a quick read that is sure to inspire quite a few fantasies. If you're looking for an erotic short with a slight taboo element for your dreams, this is for you.

I received a copy of this book from the authors. I am providing my honest opinion voluntarily.
This one was just ... wow! When I think of a series of quick erotic stories, I was actually expecting the authors to have sacrificed something - plot, romance, characters I actually like. But much to my surprise, they've managed to cram all of those things into a few short chapters, along with steamy sex scenes that were super hot!
The best part is that it's a super short story, so that I didn't really have to commit more than 20 minutes or so, and I was able to finish the whole thing in less time than it takes to prepare a dinner! This series is a total win-win in my book.

Another great story in the series!
It is another quick, steamy, royal romance.
The chemistry between Daria and Izak is all-time-high.
They circle each other daily, no one dares to make the first move since Daria is a Duchess and Izak is only a bodyguard.
It's not until Izak finds the Duchess collection that everything changes.
All bets are off then. He pursues her for real and he won't let her go.
And what a nice surprise at the end of the story!
I enjoy reading this story.

A 5-star, very short read, that is hot and sexy and steamy, and will definitely keep you wanting more!
This story is about Daria, a duchess who pretends to the world that she is wild, and Izak, her bodyguard who has his own secrets!
A very sexy story that will keep you entertained all throughout! This is the 2nd book in the series, was much more to my tastes, therefore liked it even more than the first, and now let's see how the next story will unfold!

This book is kinky and fun with great chemistry between the characters. The plot is extra steamy and flows well, while emphasizing a healthy dose of trust and respect, one of the biggest elements of healthy exploration between the sheets.
This short ends with a bang (pun-intended) of a twist, straight from fairy tale-land and I love it.

What Daria doesn't know is that her body guard, Izak Blackstone has a few secrets he is keeping, just like she does. When he decides to let Daria in on these secrets in a fun and entertaining way, that's when the real fun begins.

Another great instalment in 'The Perverted Series'.
'Perverted Duchess' is a short read, perfect to fit into a lunch break. I enjoyed the story line, the kinky plot and the level of steaminess. A well written romance with a HEA.
