I love the "Rushed" series and this one is really good!
I love "Rushed", the first book gave me the exact same feeling when I first read it as "The Talisman" by Stephen King and Peter Straub. I really love the second book too. That being said I wasn't so in love with the hot witches... Or the clown. Not that they were bad, just not my cup of tea. But this one was very good, as was the last one. A++ 10 out of 10 but you have to read the whole series for it to make sense (clowns and all)! It also meshes a little w/ his "Prophecy" series. Just a little Idk if that is going to change. I would recommend this book series to anyone who likes rooting for an underdog and fast-paced multi-dimensional adventure.
I love this series where poor Eric has to battle so many diabolical things. The characters are perfect, the plot has its many twists and turns and the atmospheric settings are brilliantly creepy...yet it all makes sense and believable in a horrible way.
One of the best things is the humour...some of the dialogue is hilarious.
Extremely well-written, entertaining and terrifying.
3.5-3.75 stars. I just enjoy reading this series. It's fun. This wasn't the best of the books or the worst, but at least at the end I know there's still more trouble/weird in the future for Eric. So that's good...
