My name is Gunner Michaels. I'm a hard-core, badass ex-Marine. I love my motorcycle, my gym that I'm a part-owner in, and food. That's pretty much it until she walks into my gym needing my help. She nearly knocks me off my feet but when she turns and runs, I chase her pretty butt down. I've never been affected by a woman like I am by Darby Greer and when I find out she has a little girl who looks exactly like her...I'm cooked. Call me daddy - because I'm done. I've never had much luck with men...like zero. My ex-husband didn't want me, didn't want our daughter, didn't want our life. His mother however wanted to control my world. I found a way to escape and when I did, I made sure that I started a new life for my daughter and I. Now someone is trying to hurt us and the only person that seems willing to help me is the sexiest man to walk the planet. He makes my insides turn to mush...I'm a complete wreck around him. How am I ever going to make this work?

It was fun to see Gunnar fall as hard and fast as he did as he kept spouting last book how he never wanted a woman and kids. Well who did he find, but Darby and Calla. Gunnar was so smitten with Calla it wasn't funny! He pretty much let her do anything, as did all the other guys. She had them wrapped around her fingers! It was interesting too the serious talks she had with the different guys, all about family and if they were hers. She was so gleeful learning that each guy was an uncle, that the ladies were aunts, that she had a cousin, but nothing matched learning that Gunnar was going to be her daddy.
The drama with Darby's bookstore was so crazy! Very random and it's good she had the guys to help her. I found it interesting who the guy was behind things and the connection to the club. Also very interesting was the offer that was lazily thrown out at Ghost. I'm sure the guys will be all in, but part of me hopes the tell them to pound sand for how they were treated.

Gunner's Girls
Gunner Michaels, ex-Marine and gym owner has his socks knocked off when Darby Greer walks into the gym. So when she runs he chases her to find out what her problem is. When he meets her mini me daughter Calla it's game over. But someone is harassing her, leaving threatening notes. At the beginning it appears that it's her late husbands mother. But of course for the Steel Patriots nothing is ever that simple. Now for Gunner to get his happy ever after he and the guys will have to protect Darby and Calla from the scum of the earth.
Mary has written another thoroughly enjoyable chapter in this Free Kindle Unlimited series. I love the way the guys interact and how protective they all are. Little Calla is a joy and provides much needed comic relief. Can't wait to read what happens to Tango and Taylor.

Great!
I chose this rating because this was a really great book. I enjoyed most of the character. This was a book of Manipulation, compassion, kindness, and falling in love. I really enjoyed reading about Gunner and how he met and fell in love with Darby. Also how he and his brothers became attached to Calla, Darby's little girl. This was really a great interesting book. I recommend this book to all romance reader and MC lovers.

Great book
The Patriot MC does it again, saving the day from, drugs, thugs, and terrorists right here on the home front. The author draws you in and keeps you interested right from the first chapter. Expect all the regulars, hot alpha veteran bikers, strong feisty sometimes a little damaged women and loads of drama.

Books are good good BUT
Please edit at 74 % the author used the daughters name instead of the mother's and it's odd. She used the daughter's name when clearly meant to use the mother's while making a sex innuendo and I flew right by it and then just stopped. Please go fix that. It totally threw me. Just ick

Great story and characters
I loved this book and this series is so good. I love Gunner and Darby as well as the whole Steel Patriots family. But, Calla is the most adorable kid and her and Tango are the cutest. This book had it all; great characters, hilarious dialogue, sweet kids, action, intrigue and lots of hotness.

Interesting
This story was an instant love in less than 15 pages after they met. Kinda of quick for me to grasp but the story progressed to provide more background and encompass many interesting MC family characters. It definitely an interesting read.

Gunner, Darby and Calla
Lots of excitement. The main villain was no dummy. The heroes are falling in love and having to save their women and children. Gunner didn't think he wanted children until he met Darby and her little girl Calla. She is the team's little princess now.

This one was rough on my heart but so good
Gunner us smacked upside the head with love when he sees Darby throw in Calla and he never stood a chance , when the bad guy from their past takes Calla and Taylor the guys save them but at what cost to Taylor.

Gunner Finds His Heart
This was beautifully written. Gunner seemed to have made up his mind that he didn't need or want a wife or children. That changes real quick. I loved little Calla, the perfect little girl. Made me giggle a few times. Love this series.

This series just gets better and better with every book..watching Gunner fall in love with that sweet little girl and her mum was beautiful. I absolutely loved this one, yet again I can't wait for the next story! Tango here we come!

Still loving this series
I love these right fighter characters. This series starts all of the books out with the same situation, just from this characters point of view then goes on to tell their story. I loved Gunner. So big and strong and gone for her and her daughter.

Gun Shy Gunner
Gunner the Marine met Darby the bookstore owner and mother in Gunner and Zulu's gym and fighting business. She wanted to get in shape and learn to fight so she could protect herself and her daughter. This story is full of fun, love and family. Truly good story!

The biggest fall so hard
Wow, I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. Loved the way Gunner fell so fast and thoroughly for his twofer Darby and Calla. Calla was a real sweetheart. I think things are going to get very interesting for the Patriots

This one is my absolute favor of the series, the interaction between Gunner and Calla was so sweet. And I loved how the girls stood by Derby and accepted her instantly. Loving all the babies too.
