For fans of Stephen King, Ronald Malfi, and Lawrence Block, Hamelin Bird delivers a compelling meditation on addiction and fatherhood.
Former detective Michael Lunsmann is about to lose everything. Still in love with his ex-wife, estranged from his teenage son, and now fresh off the wagon once again, rock bottom has never felt closer. But things are about to get worse. Following another Father's Day disaster with his son, Lunsmann wakes from a drinking binge with a bullet in his arm and no earthly idea how it got there. That same night, four teens go missing at the hands of an elusive madman.
Drawn into the investigation, Lunsmann launches an effort to catch the killer. But to repair the damage to his family, he'll have to confront his own demons. When the most unlikely detective becomes the only man to crack the case, dark and sinister forces will stop at nothing to prevent the truth from surfacing.
The debut novel from Hamelin Bird, ‘Double Vision’ has been described as being ideal for fans of ‘Stephen King and Lawrence Block’ and, as a fan of both, I was intrigued to delve into his horror-tinged crime thriller about a down on his luck detective and his attempts to solve a case that seemingly has no rational explanation.
Michael Lunsmann has hit upon hard times. His marriage has failed and his wife has remarried. His son, now fifteen, has grown increasingly distant toward him and Michael has turned to alcohol for comfort and is now buried deep in addiction and self-loathing.
When he awakes one day in the hospital, a bullet in his arm, his car missing, his police-issue gun unaccounted for, and no memory of the events that led him there, he is placed on administrative leave at his job. When he hears that the same night, four local boys went missing under mysterious circumstances he decides to investigate the case on his own time, digging into a dangerous supernatural secret while trying to reconnect with the family that he has lost.
If you’ve picked up this book in the hopes of an action-packed story complete with shoot-outs, car chases and epic showdowns then this isn’t the book for you. Double Vision is far more concerned with character over spectacle, substance over style, and my favourite elements of the book were not how things unfold, but following Michael and his son on the journey. The book is a slow burn but the work done on making Michael a fully fleshed-out character was absolutely extraordinary. Bird has an incredible knack for character development and dialogue and time spent in chapter-length conversations or internal monologues that would have dragged a lesser book down turns out to be the highlight here.
While the time spent with Michael as he works through the case is time well spent, and this is enriched by the side story of his son Doug, which plays out as equal parts coming of age drama and tragedy, the other side of the coin is not quite as effective. The culprit of the murders, their backstory, and especially the supernatural element behind the scenes, feel a little underdone and ‘Double Vision’ could have benefitted from more focus on these elements as the explanations, when they do come at the end, work well enough, but would have had more impact if it had allowed for a little more build-up, particularly given that there is an interesting story there that doesn’t get near the same focus that Michael and Doug do.
Comparisons to horror masters King and Block are apt in the case of Double Vision and, for a debut novel, this is incredibly accomplished stuff. The writing is excellent and the character work exceptional and while ‘Double Vision’ may not be telling a story that’s all that original, there is nothing wrong with a well-worn tale when the telling is this good.

Where do I even begin?! This book was so much fun! When Hamelin Bird contacted me a couple of months ago, asking if I was interested in reading his debut novel, I really didn't expect to find such a well written story! Double Vision is a supernatural mystery novel with a special focus on the relationship between Lunsmann and his son. Both characters are so well described and their dialogues and reactions felt real and believable. The minor characters are also brilliantly drawn, so it's very easy for the reader to be completely absorbed by the dynamics between them and the plot.
The story is interesting and easy to follow, not necessarily super original but I really didn't mind that. I want a book that keeps me guessing and glued to the pages, and Double Vision is exactly that. I enjoyed every single chapter because this novel is beautifully written, with a fresh style, sometimes almost poetic. Some elements and phrasings reminded me of Stephen King, one of my favorite authors, but Hamelin Bird definitely has his own voice.
And this is a debut novel... wow, what an amazing start! Can't wait to read more of Bird's stories in the future! Super recommended! 5 stars.
* I'd like to thank Hamelin Bird for providing a copy of his book in exchange for my honest review.
“Life begins at forty. Polite society would have folks believe such a thing, and for some—-a chosen few, Mike Lunsmann suspected—-such a lie may actually turn out to be true. It wasn’t true for John Lennon, however, and neither was it true for himself. He’d instead replaced this slogan with another, more plausible gem of wisdom—-a genie he consulted in his darkest, most private moments: Death begins at forty.”
Hamelin Bird has done it again: he has won me over with his striking prose, nostalgic nods, intriguing plot, and soul-quenching depth.
The main character, Mike, is gritty, yet relatable. Filled with regret and sorrow, he turns to the bottle for comfort.
As Mike tries to repair his relationship with his teenage son, he’s also eyeballs deep in a solo mission to solve a grizzly murder he was witness to, but can’t fully remember.
The realistic depictions of estranged relationships and supernatural bend were my absolute favorite elements of this story. If you are a fan of well-developed characters, dark truths, and slow-burning speculative fiction, Double Vision could be the story for you.
P.S. If “hand feel” and “flop” are important to you, this paperback fits the bill. 👌🏻
My friend Hamelin sent me a copy of DOUBLE VISION a few months ago, and I am super thankful and appreciative of that.
First off, Hamelin is a great author. He’s a strong writer and I can’t wait to see what he puts out next. It’s very clear that he admires Stephen King.
So let’s get into it.
This book is definitely not one I’d immediately reach for. It has a very strong crime/thriller vibe and that usually isn’t my go to.
With that said, there’s some amazing ideas in here. Firstly, the supernatural element of having an “astral” plane on the physical, was genius. I was hoping for MORE of this.
The character who shows up in the black car with long hair. I need to know more. Who is he? Where’d he come from? Is he the one who just creates chaos? I need answers Hamelin.
There’s a few things I didn’t love: this book is definitely slow and dense, and lately I have been struggling with books that are slow and dense. So that’s more of a me thing and not a book thing.
And the supernatural element was confusing. Once I reach out to Hamelin for clarification, it was easy to see what he meant when he created it.
This book definitely has a deeper meaning and I encourage you to pick it up for yourself!
It is only a matter of time before the world realises Hamelin Bird’s potential…and every day that fortuitous day creeps ever closer…I was extremely impressed with this debut and give it a solid 4.5 stars. From the first page I was struck by Bird’s masterful prose. He weaves words and writes with the worldview of an author whose been writing for decades — but this guy is only just getting started. Not only is this book filled with amusing witticisms and smart alec remarks that will make you laugh out loud, but the way these characters think and act is so endearing, which is bizarre because they’re total screw ups. Thematically coherent with a tight plot that’s easy to follow, it’s almost too easy to get sucked into this world Bird has crafted. I could spend a whole series following the misadventures of Michael Lunnsman.
I loved the way Bird handles the supernatural elements, keeping it mysterious by telling us just what we need to know to understand the plot.
My only gripes are that I wish the supernatural elements had been foreshadowed earlier and that the ending had a bit of a more satisfying resolution between Doug and his dad (at least on Doug’s part).
But that did not spoil the journey for me, far from it. It left me a Hamelin Bird fan hungry for more and eager to see what this stellar mind comes up with. Fans of detective fiction or supernatural thrillers will find something to love here. I can easily see Bird’s name mingling amongst the top writers of horror, and I hope that premonition comes true.
“Double Vision” is a slow burn crime thriller with supernatural elements.
Main character and former detective Michael Lunsman, launches into an investigation to catch a killer. He is a fully fleshed out character. In love with his ex-wife, overweight and an alcoholic, with an estranged son and a career in shambles. UUFFF! Michael is the type of character that really pulls at your heart strings.
The supporting characters showed as much as Michael due to the well written dialogue. Their personalities really popped of the page while they engaged in conversations and banter. Bird has the ability to draw the reader into the characters head space.
The chapters seamlessly transition between the present and historical events. The reader is drawn into the story through Bird’s ability to draw the reader into the character’s headspace. Also, the descriptions were on point with sentences like “…the exploding rythms of the rain….” Among the descriptions and character interactions, there was still something missing from the story. I like a good crime thriller or police procedural but sometimes a bit of action is needed. With everything happening in the story, I would have preferred at least a shoot out or car chase. There was a lot of introspection, inner dialogue and conversations. Although those parts were well written, a scene to get your heart pumping was needed.
The story does take a turn into the supernatural. The book is filled with eerie elements such as pulling up to the dark woods. However, the story would have benefitted from further development of the supernatural.
I was pleasantly surprised by the ending. It really wrapped up the story well. Overall, it is a well written story. I am looking forward to his next book.
Let me start with review by saying - “damn, Hamlin Bird can write”; Double Vision is a slow burn, supernatural thriller which is very well polished and written. Bird is a wordsmith - a lot of thought, research and consideration has gone into the writing of this book, which genuinely shines off the pages and was an absolute joy to read - the character dialogue and interaction felt very authentic and I really enjoyed this aspect of the book. Bird’s humour had me laugh out loud in places!
The characters were great and really well thrashed out. I felt like Bird really brought them of life on the pages - again, they just felt really authentic- you cannot help but love the main character, Mike - the middle aged, alcoholic, down on his luck kind of guy.
The story plot was good - slow burning, draws you in and takes you on a journey. My only ‘want’ from the book is that I wish it was a bit more ‘thrilling’ - I needed a little bit more action or something that made me sit on the edge of my seat, biting my nails. I love ‘supernatural’ storylines - and I felt this could have been developed/added in further into the story.
Double Vision has left me looking forward to seeing what Hamlin Bird delivers to us again in the future, and I’m certainly excited to read it.
Man, where to begin? This book was awesome. I had zero expectations when I went into this book-- and now, coming out the other side, I can't wait to read more from Bird! He writes relationship dynamics really well, especially dialogue. Everything felt believable to me and real. This a father and son story, and although I am not a father nor am I a son, I could relate to both characters in many ways. I loved the fact that we went into different characters heads and didn't stay in Mikes the whole time. I really enjoyed Doug's chapters. The last 70ish pages were my favorite and I flew through them, needing to know what happened. Definitely reminiscent of King, although I appreciate the fact that Bird never wanders in his writing, everything is a piece to the final puzzle. The ending ties everything together in a neat bow. Highly recommend!
I'm a writer, and the way Hamelin Bird phrases things makes me green with envy.
"He'd barely climbed from the car when he looked down, noticing a slight tremble in his fingers, and without effort his mind jumped to filmmaker mode, splicing together a quick little short that involved his rental car rolling down the street, finding a nice dark hole where he could bury this whole thing beneath a brown swell of booze."
That's not even the best one. This book is full of poetic nuggets like this that won't slow you down. I also loved that this story is about an adult with adult problems and not another coming-of-age story (there are enough of those already IMO). I don't know how old HB is (he looks young-ish), but he writes like a dude with the experience of a fifty-plus guy--wise beyond his years.
The story starts off as what I thought would be a pure CRIME novel, but later in the book we see some supernatural elements. 4.5 stars and a great debut!
This is the first book I read of Hamelin's and I'm so glad I did. Although not my usual genre of choice Hamelin managed to grab me from page one and he did not let go. Double Vision is a harrowing tale of love, loss, addiction and harrowing grief all wrapped up in a noir, crime thriller infested bow. The characters are excellent and I totally felt wrapped up in their individual narratives. Strong recommend from me, looking forward to more from Bird!
✨👀 Book Review - DOUBLE VISION by Hamelin Bird ( @hamelinbird )👀✨
This was a great mysterious detective story about an alcoholic cop (former detective) trying to figure out the disappearance of some teenage boys. There's a little bit of a supernatural element and a lot of internal struggles with Michael the cop.
The story starts out a little slower, building up the plot and showing the demise of Michael as he lives an alcohol fuelled life. He tries to come to terms with his divorce and has a strained relationship with his teenage son. Michael is truly a tragic hero in this story and shows a lot of character growth which I loved.
There are multiple perspectives which I enjoyed and helped with certain reveals. The ending was a trip and the last couple pages surprised me. Hamelin did a great job intertwining generational traumas, tragic characters and a supernatural murder mystery.
This book has a lot of introspection and inner dialogue, so I know that style might not jive with some readers but if you are a fan of a character driven story--then this one is for you!
⭐⭐⭐⭐/5
*Thank you to the author for a copy of the book in exchange of my honest review.
The best kind of horror novel leaves me feeling like I’m in Plato’s Cave. I’m watching the shadows move, but there’s another insidious presence creeping up behind me creating the shadows. Hamelin Bird absolutely nails that feeling in Double Vision. Double Vision reads like a Michael McDowell wrote a Giallo movie. Following one character (Mike)for the majority of this book, you feel as though the events playing out have a greater scale than we’re being lead to believe; a nameless entity holding our shoulders as we read. Bird’s prose flows so damn nicely it makes me jealous. Pages fly by without notice. It’s almost like that new Nitro Pepsi, yeah? Read Double Vision if you want to take a deep dive into a pool filled with Nitro Pepsi and that constant nagging feeling of someone standing behind you. K thx.
I admittedly bought this book simply to support an indie author. I didn't read a synopsis or any reviews prior to purchasing. I just knew that Hamelin Bird seemed like a pretty awesome person from what I had seen on bookstagram.
All of that being said I loved this book. Bird wove a tale that did not rely on a lot of intense action. He built a story with the tumultuous relationship between an alcoholic father and his for the most part estranged son smack dab in the middle. This was a masterfully built slow burn that was incredibly hopeful at times and heart wrenching at others. I look forward to Bird's next novel.
"We've given up on misery... We do everything we can to get away from her -- run to all the pleasures the world has to offer -- and behind every one there she hides, waiting to come out and make herself known..." . First off, thank you Hamelin Bird for gifting me your novel for an honest review! I loved how it captured my interest from the start!
It mainly follows Mike Lunsmann, middle aged alcoholic father and cop. He's very miserable in his life, having been estranged from his ex-wife, and now his 15-year-old son, Doug, is even seemingly through with him. They don't see it, but dad and son are so alike, those parts where I observed this made me feel a little teary eyed. Bird does an awesome job with describing everything.
Then one night, drunken Mike stumbles on a massacre out in the middle of nowhere that he can't fully remember the next day. Bits and pieces nag at him. I could see how he was a really good man underneath everything, and I felt I was on the same discombobulated journey he was to figure out the sinister truth behind the massacre.
It wasn't until the last half that I realized there was a supernatural element. I like how it wasn't there and then just was. I can't wait until I can read more from Hamelin Bird.
Former Detective Michael Lunsmann is an alcoholic with family issues who finds himself in a case to catch a killer with mysterious and supernatural circumstances, that may ultimately cost him everything.
I struggled with this story at first because of how much I didn’t like Mike our main character ( to much like my ex husband 😂). The further the story went I couldn’t pull myself away from it, I needed to know what the hell was going on. It’s written fantastically suspenseful and the supernatural element hooked me.
All in all I found it unique and thought provoking with special attention paid to difficult family relationships. 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars
Hamelin just had a new release of Wayward Suns that I also highly recommend.
I received an e-book copy of Double Vision, authored by Hamelin Bird, published by Piper House, for review consideration. What follows is my honest review, freely given.
I rated this novel 4.5 stars. At the time of writing this review, this debut novel is a finalist for the 2021 da Vince Eye (Eric Hoffer) Award!
If you are like me dear reader, you will start off this tale confused, disoriented, and not minding one iota. Alcoholism in it’s many stages are central to this story, including: MC is a long sufferer, beginning roots placed during youthful endeavors, healing paths fought daily, lives too young to partake but affected all the same. This novel is a seething roil of rage and loss, torment and duplicity, and every person within guilty of sin. There are whole sections that read like sandpaper on the walls of your heart, and you will turn the page gladly for more; I think we have all been there with a story once or twice before. If not, then welcome, buckle up and stay hydrated.
This is more than just a cop thriller. Or a supernatural horror. Or even a blend of the two. I feel there were some things left to the reader’s imagination, whether we will know more at a later time… I always appreciate it when an author gives us characters that are not perfect, in any one direction. Perfectly good or evil, or boring or bright; humans are flawed and nasty, unexpected. As a child the perfect princess and prince may have had their place in my heart, but now I connect with the ones that try and fail, or don’t even want to try because they’re tired. That coupled with a puzzling otherness to contend with, made this an every-man’s fight against evil novel. The kind of fight that I might one day face, and it made me believe that I may not get my butt kicked immediately.
I had questions at the end of this novel, but they were of the type that made me enjoy the story for how it was written. The author left me wanting to know more, not silently cursing because it all came down to a space spider. I’m not sure if there is another book planned, and either way I believe works; the author’s ending is true to life, things are continuing past our view. So if a sequel happens, I will thank Hamelin Bird for allowing us a glimpse back into a world where ‘Forgiveness Is Not Enough’ are words I never want to see hanging from a house I’ve entered.
“...if nothing else humans are a bloated race of malcontents: frail, fickle creatures unworthy of even the lowest grace. They are the silkworms of the universe, spinning their magnificent fabrics of iniquity, boasting in their futility, more than happy to exist in the doldrums as long as they are permitted to believe they had no choice in the matter, & were forced there by another’s hand.”
The author sent me a copy of this book & I am relieved to say that I loved it! Nothing’s worse than having to tell an author who asked for an honest review that their book was ass 😳
“Steps forward were actually back again, & every step backward a wasted breath that should’ve been spent standing still, basking in the squalor that was the inevitable stasis of existence.”
Double Vision is about former detective Mike Lunsmann & his ongoing battle with addiction & its repercussions. As if that wasn’t enough, he wakes up after yet another night of drinking to oblivion to find he’s been shot. While attempting to recollect what happened that night, he uncovers more truth than he bargained for 👀🤭
“But headaches, he found, would fade; guilt stuck around like a once-fed stray on the porch of his heart.”
Yes, this is a mystery. But it’s also a story about love & pain. About the relationship between an alcoholic man & his son. Sprinkle in an ancient relic & a touch of Stephen King-esque supernatural elements & you get Double Vision 😮
“And so it was that all who came to him did so through this same door, to suffer in their bodies as he had suffered in his soul.”
I connected with our main character & his son, which is, of course, a game changer. Hamelin’s writing is as beautifully eloquent as any well-known author I’ve read. Give this one a go!
“There were a thousand tears to be shed, sure, but not even one of those could ever change the way things were.”
“In a world where less was better than nothing at all & laughter played second fiddle to pain, it was enough, & given the chance he’d do it all again, bumps & bruises & all. Hell, it was worth it. Life was worth it.”
I don't remember how I found this book but I am very happy that I did. This excellent story is about evil, and how it sates its appetite. The characters are wonderfully fleshed out, especially the struggling, heartbreaking protagonist. I read this book in less than a day. The writing is mature and confident which is surprising given that it's a first effort by this author. I'm extremely impressed and I very much look forward to reading more.
"Drink the water....or prime the pump? What would you do?"
Michael Lunsmann is a former detective with a lot of baggage from his past. An ex-wife he still loves and a teenage son who is not interested in hanging with Dad anymore. A full blown alcoholic who awakes from a drinking binge in the hospital with a bullet wound to his arm. Partial memory loss and four teens missing in the town lead him on to overcome or succumb to his own demons as he tries to solve the case of the four missing boys.
A supernatural detective fiction with thriller aspects and a darn good ending.
Thank you to the Author for gifting me this copy of your book. I look forward to reading more by you in the future. Great job all around. A debut novel that is written with a lot of depth. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ @hamelinbird
Thank you Hamelin for sending me your book for my honest review.
Double Vision is a great character based story. Hamelin does an excellent job of fleshing out our main characters and bringing them to life. They are believable in every way. From the conversations they have and the actions they take. I was brought in immediately into their world and I cared about their fate. The drama with Michael and his fight with alcoholism and trying to connect with his teenage son is incredible writing. My only wish was that there was more of the supernatural elements woven through the story. I look forward to reading more from this author.
I really enjoyed the DEBUT novel, Double Vision, by Hamelin Bird. Full of twists and turns and kept you guessing as to what was going on and what was going to happen next. The characters were well built and solid. The main character, Mike, morphed into John Mclain in my head!! The relationships in this story felt real to me. And I seriously didn’t see that ending coming. Possible sequel? I can’t wait to read more by this author.
Double Vision is a supernatural horror/mystery that follows Michael Lunsmann, a former detective whose failed marriage derails both his personal and professional lives. Estranged from his teenage son, Doug, and harboring deep-seated love for his ex-wife, Kathleen, Michael struggles with alcoholism, self-loathing, and inner demons that leave his life in shambles and his health on the brink.
Following a disastrous episode with his son, Michael goes on a bender and witnesses a bizarre crime that appears to defy reality and logic. He later awakens in the hospital to find that he’s been shot, and when he discovers that four teens disappeared the same evening, he becomes determined to investigate the incident and unravel the truth.
Double Vision is a dense, introspective slow burn imbued with flawed, believable characters whose weaknesses and imperfections instantly tug on the reader’s heartstrings. The writing is layered and nuanced — particularly the dialogue, which sparks with understated brilliance — and the sinister storyline that underscores the narrative is as dark as it is fascinating, as creative as it is compelling. As is the structure, which interweaves dual character-driven journeys and multiple points of view into a captivating race against time.
Further detail in certain chapters would allow the reader to more fully grasp and appreciate the eerie history and supernatural lore that produces some of the most page-turning portions, but this novel is nonetheless a gripping reflection on addiction, loss, generational trauma, and fatherhood and a testament to the writer’s skill and talent (especially considering that this is a debut!).
Thank you to Hamelin Bird for sending me a physical copy of this unique and impressive novel!
I just finished reading my signed paperback of DOUBLE VISION by Hamelin Bird. First of all, I must say I'm impressed with the writing. This is quality narrative, and a fine accomplishment for a debut novel. Descriptions were fresh and turns of phrase delightful. The characters, also, were well-drawn--and I don't mean just the protagonist Mike and his son Doug. All of the characters, even the minor ones, were realistically rendered individuals. Bird paints a backdrop of setting that comes alive, lending realism to the story world. All in all, a fantastic launch of a writing career. I eagerly look forward to reading more of Bird's work in the future.
I want to thank the author of this book for gifting me with a copy!
This book is a detective story with some supernatural elements thrown in. The story also explores family relationships, addiction, and fatherhood. A strong and slow burn. I enjoyed this book a lot. Very well written, and set the scene perfectly. I enjoyed the character of Mike Lunsmann, as imperfect as he was. I wish it was a bit longer, as I enjoyed the historical aspects and backstory of the Jessup’s farmhouse.
You will not be able to put this book down! I thoroughly enjoyed Double Vision from it’s gritty and engaging characters that draw you in to it’s intense storyline that keeps you hooked until the end. Bird’s descriptive writing had me captivated from the start. The way he developed the characters throughout the story took me on an emotional ride and had me looking forward to his next novel! Go get yourself this book now, you won’t regret it!
They used to give Moon Pies to coal miners, men scuffed with soot, men who spent long days and even longer nights smothered underneath the first layer of crust on the earth. Stretched thin and drinking heavily, these men barely had a chance to see the moon at all. So when a traveling salesman approached with boxes upon boxes of chocolate covered cookies, “big as the moon”, the men went wild-eyed, seeing double.
There’s you before the moon, And then there’s you after the moon.
Years later, the men long since dead, a younger man enters the cave to explore the place where his father used to work, wanting to find traces of him, hints of his essence. There in the darkest depths of the cave something shines— almost glowing in the dark. Still packaged, the man carefully tears it open and takes a bite.
Waxy chocolate snaps against his teeth, crumbles of graham cracker and the first tastes of gooey marshmallow dot his tongue. It tastes of magic, of nostalgia, even a bit of existentialism lines the roof of his mouth.
The taste that never gets old. It may even make you feel young again.
Let’s start this thing off by saying that Hamelin Bird is a superb writer. He handles prose masterfully, weaving together an intricate story of mystery, regret, and murder. DOUBLE VISION is full of deep detail that melts like soft butter on hot cornbread, descriptions you can FEEL, with a weight and an intensity that electrify his writing.
As a writer, I was constantly in awe of his skills, highlighting several phrases and passages because I could not risk losing them. Lines that had me sitting back for a second saying: “damn, that was good.”
As a reader, I was completely engrossed. Our lead detective, Mike Lunsmann (grumpy, drunk, and ragged, plagued by his failings as a father) was my cup of tea—the kind of character I’d like to tag along with in a story like this. Said detective becomes embroiled in a strange case of missing kids out in the boonies. There is an air of supernatural, like the first clouds of a massive storm gathering, that hints at what’s to come, while still keeping you on the edge of your seat.
Hamelin Bird crafts a beautiful blend of hard-boiled mystery, hard-hitting character studies, titillating yet slow-burn suspense, deliciously woven by a thread of supernatural.
An excellent and easy five-star read. Spend some time with this book. Immerse yourself in it. It’ll be worth it.
This was the perfect intro to Hamelin Bird's novels!! I thoroughly enjoyed the storyline, the characters and the setting. This book will forever be on my recommended list. Thank you so very much for the copy in exchange for an honest review Hamelin!!
