On the backdrop of Wyoming's hazardous Snake River and the mysterious Popo Agie caverns, Maureen Anne Meehan skillfully crafts a story of suspense and mystery. Set against the backdrop of the Snake River, a web of conspiracy is uncovered as a result of the frenzied search conducted by Mac and Harrison, which poses a threat to the cohesiveness of their tight-knit community.
