This is a very helpful, practical and step-by-step 14 day workbook approach to learning how to write a lament in the fashion and style of the various Psalmist authors of the Hebrew Bible. I used it to help me process current events and for a talk I gave to some coworkers and it was insightful. Worth the time and effort!
