Part 4
I don't know why but I love the funny parts in this story. It just make the events happening seem real. I love the relationships building between Pia and Homer and Percy and Jasmine. I like Percy and Jasmine the most because they had the most difficult part in finding that common ground. Both knew about the situation but instead of coming in to it with open eyes they both were down right mean and rude. I am glad they are on the same page. I see maturity in all the characters though and Iike that. Family fights but it takes a mature person to admit their wrongs and try to make things right. I want Jasmine to get the answers she needs and Caroline to find her true self with being the oldest. Can't wait for the finale!!!

That Damn Desiree 😍😍😍
I mean...I was just here a week ago gushing. Just when I thought I couldn’t fall deeper there my emo ass goes falling even deeper in love with Desiree’s savant like storytelling 😩 I mean talk about a direct reflection of God’s gifts. The love stories are progressing so naturally and it’s absolutely captivating. I’m stuck between laughing my tail off..cheesing all damn day or just plain stuck on stupid from what I read..Can I say HUGO!!!! MF HUGO..I Never would’ve imagined him slowly becoming one of my top three’s but dammitttt...His growth is toooo damn good. I don’t do spoilers but trust me if you’re looking from a change from the everyday “urban” hood story, love story, dystopian but in the best way possible with a heavy dose of all this beautiful melanin get on board the Desiree train. You won’t be disappointed and I’d put that on my Mama 😉

Every installment to this series just leaves me in awe and opens us up further into this land of fantasy.
It's crazy that Percy & Jamine seem to be getting their relationship together while Homer and Pia are like that curl that just won't curl for me.
I am absolutely loving watching Percy and Jasmine fall in love and form their own little crew!!
Tallulah and Akil / Anansi, yes, please!
I thought Dr. Hampton would be a problem, but now 🤔.... I just need to know how the Nephilims are all connected to the story!

LOVED IT
This Moon Series just keeps getting better. These characters have come a long way from when they first came into each others lives. But what I love the most is that everyone seems to be growing and forming bonds. Just like I've been rooting for Homer and Pia, I'm starting to see Jasmine and Percy in a different light. The most dysfunctional of all the couples have finally become civilized and are starting to see each other in a positive light. These new characters on the scene have definitely peaked my interest at what secrets will be revealed from them. Ms Caroline Skye has finally decided to get her life and I'm looking forward to read how her journey will play out in the next book. As always Desiree keeps us feeling more of these characters we tend to love and hate but makes the storyline that more enjoyable.

Lordt!!
What in the work has Jasmine folks gotten her all wrapped up in!! I believe I know but ima keep my thoughts to myself. I’m just glad she has Percy!! Love them!! He went from most hated to misunderstood to dang he just might be bae!! Nubia pulls on my heartstrings. Bodie and Honey give we warm vibes!! Of course Homer and Pia are my favorite but I feel like they got skipped over....maybe it’s just me wanting more from them!! Love homers mom and dad!! Caroline and Lu are about to get her life and I’m here for it!! All the other couples just need to be more like Percy and keep it real cause they had the drama!! Ready for the last book because ima hopefully get all the pieces to the puzzle 🧩

Another Desiree hit!
Man, what can I say? Everything about this book was awesome, from the awesome storyline, the dynamic character development and the amazing writing. I loved the introduction of the different tribes and was excited to see Caroline do something for herself and leave her sisters. I cannot wait for Skye Fall. Desiree is truly a phenomenal author and d definitely recommend all of her books to read.

I feel like this series is an introduction to the Maggie Grey series. I of course could and am probably wrong as I’m fairly a new fan of Desiree. But I see where some of the characters and ideas come from now.
So anyways, where do I begin?
First off Percy and Jasmine! Their character development was what I’ve been waiting for. I enjoyed going on this ride with them and I can’t wait to see more of their story unfold. I actually got a little soft spot for Percy even though he’s an asshole, and Jasmine… well I just know she is something special.
Pia and Homer are interesting. I can’t say they are my favorite couple of this series as Homer still kind of rubs me the wrong way, but he’s coming around and growing on me.
Ryan….. oh Ryan. Girl what is going on…. That’s all I will say about that.
Michael you did whet!?!? 😳
Lu gurrrrlll! You are wild! And remind me of me. Gotta tame that hot spirit boo! Calm it down just a little 🤏🏾

A mess
I can't believe that any of the 5 star reviews it this book has gotten are from people who actually read the book. They have to be from family members or close friends because this book was a mess. The store was all over the place kind of like the other ones but much worse. This whole story line of cheating that took a large portion of the book completely ignore previous story line from the book before this one. Relationships aren't being moved there long and any real way every time a couple or a person seems to take 2 steps for some ridiculous incident comes along and they take 10 steps backwards it's maddening and frustrating and worst of all boring. There are whole chapters dedicated to characters who the chapter supposed to be speaking through that person's experience what you end up seen the story through a whole another person's experience and it doesn't make sense. Not to mention that is seems like sometimes the writer forgot who was actually supposed to be speaking and a person who really has nothing to do with the situation starts talking and you're like who is this person now here I'm so disappointed because again like the other books there's so much potential in the story line but the magic part of the story seems like a silly back drop only use to move the book along so explain things that really don't make any sense. It's sad because I really would like to like these books really would like to like to series but I just can't. I I I saw that there's another book coming out and I just can't waste my time anymore. I can't reading these books hoping that it would get better and helping me with see what we're come of homer and pia relationship and if jasmine and Percy will make it but it's clear the writer just doesn't seem to know how to streamline these stories. I'll try but I'm giving up on this series of books it's a mess it's a hard read and you end up leaving the book feeling like nothing got explained and I'm just as confused as I was when I started reading the 1st book. More like a 3.5 but yeah still a 3. I had originally soft dnf’d because not too much was happening. It felt more like a long novella that was leading up to some crazy stuff that might happen in the last book hopefully?… I almost dnf’d again but some stuff happened around the 70 or so mark that helped me get back into the story. Overall, this one was just a little sadder than the other ones. The once close family wasn’t as close anymore and secrets were tearing people apart and for me it was losing what I loved about it. Which was the commodore no matter how mad the family gets, they still ride for each other. It didn’t feel like that in this one so I had to give it a lower rating. Hopefully the last book is a little more exciting. I can’t wait to get to the other series about the sisters because there’s some sisters I’ve been curious to learn about. Overall still would recommend this series to people. It’s a fun ride, just be prepared to get mad, happy, sad and anxious all the time lol. The mood swings be CRAZYYYYY..

Ok let me first say Desiree has once again her a$$ off in this fourth book to the "Moon Series". This author and her character has this ability to have you laughing one moment, grasping the next, cursing all to have you loving the character back again. Some of these my some serious questionable decisions but some how you are to captived. This particular book is about a lot of reckoning for our couples with I was totally for. I'm happy that Jasmine and Percy are on a more happier path I sure do hope they get their chance to tell the rest of them fools about themselves. I agree with other Nu husband and their cultures practices are not right and I hope in the next book we get see Nu and the other females of that tribe escape. I can't wait for the final installment this has been such a great series and definitely in my top 2 of all time. Do I recommend this HELL YEA. If you haven't read from the beginning I highly highly recommend that you do.

Personally this is my least favorite in the series so far. The only things I liked were the newcomers, Akil and Antwon, surprisingly Percy and Jasmine and their supernatural adventures, the water run and the introduction to more sirens and nymphs. I thought that was really interesting. What I didn't care for was the ever continuing drama, infidelity between established couples in the last series coming out and once again the toxic dysfunctional family dynamics. I like Desiree as an author, I really enjoy her work but I don't agree with all the decisions she makes. Constantly creating drama in your characters lives just for the hell of it especially when there's no lead up to the BS is something I don't like and she does this to a lot of her characters. To each their own but I'm tired of it frankly.

This one was a little more dragged out. I am actually really invested in the story, so that kept me interested, but I could have did without the Water Run. There is already so many characters and so many different stories going on at one time, we didn’t need another family added to the mix. I’m still trying to see what’s going to happen with Percy and Jasmine and there story’s progression was put on the back burner in this book.
I do love Lu and Akil though. I can’t wait to see where that goes. Lu is one of, if not my favorite character of this series. I do love Homer and Pia, but Pia was rubbing me the wrong way a little bit. I saw her character development going in a different direction, but I’m here for the plot, so I’m not giving up on her.
Over all, Love the story. This just wasn’t one of my fav’s in the series.

Book 4 is the best one yet!
Wow, it took 4 books for me to finally start liking the series. This feels like an urban version of the Twilight series. I would love to see this series made into a film. The series is awesome and the imagery is amazing. The author does a superb job of bringing to life each character and their many layers. She has created a whole universe with layers and layers of interwoven stories. Book 4 was the most entertaining. I would like to read more of Percy and Jasmine. I was so glad that they’re working on their relationship. It was so draining reading about the toxicity of their previous relationship. I still don’t like the Skye women. Just plain ole evil and mean. Well, I can’t wait to see how this series ends.

Not disappointed
I'll admit I took my time reading this because I was hoping it wouldn't suck. Some authors tend to miss the mark when they're concluding a series but this was still all juice with enough mystical and imagination to remind me I started reading Desiree in the first place. I do hope to catch up on my favorites, whose stories just begun or got derailed in this book. It was much lighter than previous books and I appreciated that. Wish there was more Junie boy. I will forever miss Tuesday and Trinity too when this series is done. But that just means reading them all again.

First, let me say that I 💜LOVE💜 your work!!! I'm mad at myself because this kept popping up in my recommendations but I never tapped it to see what it was exactly. The cover looked amazing and I was like ok I'll get to that after this. While I was trying to find something else to read it popped up again so I was like ok let me see. All it took was seeing your name. Then I noticed it was the next book in the series!!! I absolutely love it!! It's mindblowing how you've brought us from For the Love of the ATL to here. This has been an unbelievably amazing journey that I plan on riding with until the wheels fall off!

It was interesting seeing a new totem but I didn’t like their breaking in ceremony. I like that we got to see Percy and jasmine in a new light. Pia ticked me off when she came @ Percy, saying how his marriage wasn’t real when that’s her brother and she recently just met these people but decides to shoot below the belt. Homer is a little better to me too but all that he should’ve been in violets life from the start, he makes me mad because he clearly told her to “handle” violet. I’m so curious as to what Jasmine and Ryan are!! I wish Jasmine would ask her mom already. I knew it was something more with them forcing her into marriage

The rooster has finally come to roost. No spoilers... I have grown to love Percy and Jasmine. Nu husband has me giving him the side eye. What in the entire world kind of beliefs they have under the water. Give me land any day if this is what that water life do. Homer and Pia are just too cute and I'm loving the growth of their growing love. Caroline hunny turn up with Antwon fine self. This is my favorite of the series so far. One more to go than I'll re-read them all again. Oh and I do hope you offer autograph copies. Desiree the GOAT!!

The final book will be soon so I'll have patience. Let me just say though I CAN'T WAIT for it to drop. So much happened and I have way too many questions or theories in my mind. LOVED all the drama too. I will not give anything away in the review. I will say I'm am really happy Jasmine and Percy are getting along just hoping that continues in the final book an oh I am so excited for Caroline's new life. She is long overdue to finally be getting her OWN LIFE instead of being all up in the others. That's it, come on October......😁😁😁

Partial secrets are being revealed, some relationships are healing and others are falling apart while truths are being revealed!!!…
I am loving that Caroline is open for something besides protection of her family, someone has come along to show her that she is worth protecting too!!!…
Jasmine and Percy is about to really ins out why they were placed together and I’m here or it!!!…
Homer is in protect mode for Violet because although Pia is blind to what and who Violet is, others are not!!!…

Mind blown
Okay so ? I’m like all over the place! This was soooo good!! Like the twist and turns. The tea and drama. Percy and Jasmine are adorable and hilarious! Lu ? My Bihh. H&P are just a fave. But my Lil homie “Viowet Skye” steals the show every time. Antwan and Akil popped up and showed out. These sisters and brothers + family are just bomb. Excited for the final one. Last moon run last go around.

Baaaaabbbyyy!!!!!!
I’ll admit I was a tad disappointed with the previous book but this made up for it and more!!!!! I never liked Percy or Jasmine prior to this book but they showed out!!!! Percy showed he was a real man & didn’t take any ish from anyone! Jasmine matured and realized she couldn’t just keep crying about everything. The Karma that came was well deserved. & of course Junie boy as always came through with the laugh I needed it. Can’t wait for Skye fall.

Amazing
This book was sooooo good. Desiree's stories seem so real. You actually feel like you are in the story. She has you believing that these people are real. I absolutely love Tallulah. As well as Jasmine & Percy's blooming relationship. I can't wait to see what happens with Caroline & Antwon and I wish that Homer & Pia hurry up and get married. The next Moon Run is definitely going to be interesting when everyone comes together again. I can't wait for the next book.

Now this one right here was everything I was a little worried at first but honey it just kept getting better. Im mad we have to wait until mid October. Let me just say how much I love Pia and Homer been waiting for them to get it together!!! Caroline Caroline that woman is in for a rude awakening and Jasmine and Percy talk about growth honey. I know you said it will be a while but please don’t leave us hanging I need moreeeeeee

Fantasea is fabulous ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This Moon series is literally blowing my mind 🤯. I just love this book well really all her books 🤩. I loved that we're getting to see these couples finally get to where they're supposed to be. This journey it's so worth it. I really enjoyed the water run. Not really feeling their traditions with the 16 year old I just cringe at that part 😬. As always it was an absolute pleasure wonderful job Desiree absolutely brilliant 🥰.

If about bat crazy with these families! I won’t give details but I literally started this book Friday evening and now Sunday evening I’m on to the next. I love how Desiree weaves all the characters throughout each installment and I will never get tired of this series 🥰. It’s like a miniseries in word form who could ask for more! But quiet as keep this author gives you that then some😃

Amazing as Always!
So now I'm a bit curious about that Siren life, they got a whole lot going on behind the scenes. There was so much family drama going on in this book but I feel like it was a journey meant to get to the next level. The end was sweet, everyone seems to be exactly where they need to be or doing exactly what they're supposed to..... Kind of like the calm before the storm. Father Skye did say a storm was coming.
