This book enhanced my appreciation of still life paintings. It has works of several of my favorite artists: Fernand Leger, Picasso, and Cindy Sherman. More importantly, this book showcases the works of many artists who I don't know and now want to explore more: Arman, Meret Oppenheim, Iwan Babij, Francis Picabia, Piet Mondrian, and Odilon Redon.

A beautiful coffee table book that contains the history and scope of still life, including multiple color examples of still life works in a variety of media.
