Shame the Devil

Tell the Truth and Shame the Devil.
Sometimes the bad guy can become the savior.

Jocelyn –
Momma always said if I laid down with dogs, I’d get up with fleas. I was too stubborn to listen and now I’m in a situation I can’t escape. I’ve seen too much. I know too much. Even now, two years after my momma left this earth, I can still hear her voice in my ear telling me to leave and never look back. I thought this was the perfect life, but it was all a lie. Now I have someone else I need to take care of, and if it’s the last thing I do, I’m getting us out of this place.

Dallas –
I’m no hero. Rescuing damsels in distress is not my thing. But when the call came in to save a woman and her child, what else was I supposed to do? My momma raised me to be a gentleman and to protect those weaker than myself. Plus, if I got the chance to give a little payback to some bottom-feeders who hurt innocent people, I’d take that gift every day and twice on Sundays. Little did I know, once I set eyes on the brown-eyed beauty with tears on her face, and a knife in her hand pointed at my heart, my entire world was going to shift on its head.

The characters I write will not be perfect. None of us are. They will make mistakes. All of the hero's will have redeeming qualities, but on the outset, you may not be their biggest fan. My heroine's will be the kind of women you want to hang out with. They're the women next door, down the street and around the corner. They are the ladies you would want to spend time with on a Saturday night drinking a martini.

I have been an avid reader of romance novels since the age of 14 and know what appeals to me as reader. My goal is, and will always be, to provide that same experience for the women and men who read my novellas and short stories.

I’m a former Marine and served for 8 years, so strong military men will always be a favorite topic of mine. I will continue to write stories with military heroes’ front and center. I’m also a fan of Alpha-males and strong women who love with everything they have.

Shame The Devil by Reana Malori was an awesome and wonderful read!! It was well written, had a great plot with amazing characters. Shame The Devil was an action packed military style romance. Dallas and Jocelyn had amazing chemistry and had a realness about them. Dallas was a man on a mission, extract the woman from the cartel. Though it appeared to be an easy mission, appearances can be deceiving. Seeing a woman and a child was surprise to Dallas, who believed he was rescuing a single woman, not a woman with a child. Before all is said and done, willl Dallas and Jocelyn live long enough to have a
much deserved happily ever after? Read this Alpha Christmas military inspired romance by Reana Malori. I would highly recommend this story, it's a fantastic and sexy read. I was provided an advance copy of this b

Ready, Rescue, Family

Dallas knew Jocelyn was meant to be his practically before he saw her and Micah clearly during the mission where he extricated them from the cartel. He was completely drawn in to his ready made family, and Micah knew best the dynamic of their family from the get go. Jocelyn andcDallascmay have flip flopped and experienced a bit of angst, but neither of them were willing to settle for being apart. He thought he didn't deserve her, that he had too much blood on his hands. He would discover that his lady could hold her own. The entire book is a revelation, telling us exactly who the characters are and how they survive, fight, andcprotect where they can. It was awesome to see Stefano's crew and the LG's back in this Christmas beek, and together they forged a real family of crusaders, United alone. Great read that I could not out down.

Finding family

Jocelyn and Dallas. Wow. The heat coming off the pages grabbed you right from the beginning and I liked the fact that Jocelyn wasn’t a wilting flower. She was strong in her own way and ready to face life with Reaper. Great story.

Looking for a Dallas

When I tell you Dallas did not play, Dallas did not play. Jocelyn wasn’t ready. I wasn’t ready for this 6 ft 4 inch alpha male full of pure diesel. Just like Jocelyn you will want to climb him like a spider monkey. Outside of their obvious chemistry, this book had a great storyline and all the action you want in a steamy romance. Don’t miss out on this one. Reana, you did your thing.

I reviewed the ARC and let me tell you, I couldn't wait for it to be released to read it again. I loved Dallas and Jocelyn as a couple and individually. I love how eventhough they were both strong people that had endured horrible circumstances they were able to find solace and peace within each other.

I really enjoyed this story. While it starts like a typical story about an ex military man turned private contractor, it develops into so much more. Stories that include young children can often go awry, but this story seems to stay on an appropriate track for including the child throughout the story. According to the story all the action takes place over a three week period of time. Some parts of the story seem to fall outside of that window. Nevertheless, I enjoyed this read.

This is an awesome read. Dallas resumes Jocelyn and her son from a bad situation and swears to protect them with his life. When a man tells you he is 200+ pound of pure diesel, you know he's good!! This read has a great storyline, perfect character interaction, hotness in the bedroom and a there is cute little baby included. Run to press that one click button. I HIGHLY recommend this book.

Devilishly Good!

The Reaper was excellent at his job. Those that needs to leave this world did and swiftly. He never felt that he was missing anything until his this mission.

Jocelyn had ignored her mother and became invoked with a very evil man and became his prisoner. She wanted her freedom. Freedom to live and not be scared anymore. She got her chance the night she met Reaper.

Sometimes you have to do bad things to survive in this world and you have to be okay with doing so. Jocelyn knew this up close and personal. The night she was finally able to escape, she met a man that restored her faith in the world.

Dallas thought this was a simple rescue mission. Little did he know it was a rescue mission that brought him to his own little piece of Heaven on Earth.

The love story of Dallas and Jocelyn unfolds n the backdrop of human trafficking and betrayal. As they wait out the evil looking for her, they find love. This book also reunites us with a few of Reana Malori 's other characters and brings is up to date with their lives as well. This is a well written story that features two strong willed people that discover they are perfect together. Job well done Ms. Malori.

This was really good! I enjoyed the action and drama and of course, the romance between Dallas (aka The Reaper) and Jocelyn. There were many comical and beautiful scenes as well with baby Micah. I enjoyed this story so much and the Christmas theme made it even more beautiful! Dallas had some doubts about his ability to love and care for someone since his profession as a hired rescuer and killer but he is also a protector, too. This is one of the best stories that I have read that has been written by Reana Malori. Plus, the area of Virginia (Loudoun County) is where my family is from and I do not live far from that, too! I recommend reading this one highly!

Love those connections

I didn't know that this story had people from other stories in here when I got it. I loved the Lady Guardians Series, the men's that they fall in love with our awesome. I like that in a series a true Alpha male, a ride or die mf. And Dallas & Jocelyn did not disappoint. I love the secret talent that Jocelyn had with that knife. H€ll I have my own collection.
Okay I'm waiting to see who's next Daniel, or Tony. I'm ready, I have most all of your stories, while I wait I'll see who I'm missing.
Great Read.

Reaper and Black Death

This is not your usual Christmas story. More like the nightmare before Christmas. Jocelyn and her baby are escaping her boyfriend an evil cartel leader. Dallas job along with his team job is to rescue her. He believes the bad things he's done means he doesn't deserve to be loved or to have a family because he's the Reaper and he's real good at what he does. But Jocelyn has secrets of her own. Can they have a Merry Christmas or even a happy new year? Reading this you sure hope so.

A Good Read

I really enjoyed reading this book. I didn't want to stop reading. There was humor and an unconventional love story. Despite it being fictional, the story was relatable. No one knows how or when you will meet your forever. You just have to be the best you can be and be willing to accept your forever when it comes. Everyone has a story and past, but only the right one can understand it and not judge you in a way that makes you feel less than what you are. Love does change people, after all if you let it.

I really enjoyed this book. At times, the back and forth with his feelings and if he deserved happiness, I internally screamed dude! Lol! I loved Micah and their relationship. Loved when he called him daddy. I also the story line that she ends up being a little killer herself. Definitely will be reading more by this author #cillasbookmaniacs

That was good

I live the way this author tells a story. The characters each had strong personalities that complemented each other. I'm hoping there's a series I need to read to meet the rest of Dallas' team. Dallas and Jocelyn are the perfect couple and their story was filled with action and steamy bits.

Ok but

At time very repetitive and contradictory. For instance if Jocelyn was this “killer” why was she so scared when they were running away and screaming in the car? Also if she was liberating women why didn’t she leave at the same time or knew how to run away in her own?

To know him is to love him.

Dallas and Jocelyn both had secrets but the love they shared was awesome. The things we do to survive are the demons we live with but they don't make the person. I truly enjoyed reading this book!

I enjoyed it but I felt the story lacked a climax. For the line of work Dallas does, I was waiting for Jose to show up so he and Dallas can fight.
