Kate Reid #12

See You Again

Rate this book
It was the last day of their honeymoon and murder was the last thing on their minds.

While staying at a beautiful historic resort in Vermont, Special Agent Kate Reid and Senior Unit Agent Nick Scarborough prepare to begin a new chapter in their lives. And on their return to D.C., they each embark upon separate paths. However, when young newlyweds are found murdered at the same resort, a couple whom they had previously met, the local police ask Kate and Nick to return for statements. It is then that Kate learns of the horrific nature of the murders. A rare act committed against one of the victims suggests the killer seeks revenge, but for what?

When the local police ask for assistance, Kate brings the case to team leader, Cameron Fisher. But it isn’t until a similar victim turns up in another town that Fisher agrees to take it on. Having lost valuable time, Kate must now work with new lead profiler, Jonathan Surrey and the two appear to make a formidable team.

Romantic New England resort towns filled with happy couples are the killer’s targets. But when Kate’s dogged pursuits put her own life at risk, she’ll have no one but herself on which to rely.

Bestselling author Robin Mahle is thrilled to offer this 12th book in the Kate Reid series. With plenty of twists and turns, readers will discover that there’s much more in store for Kate Reid!

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "SEE YOU AGAIN" OMG!!!! Robin Mahle you wrote an amazing thrilling, exciting, entertaining, intriguing, intense suspense filled drama, with angst, emotional turmoil, horrific murder scenes, twists that make for one addicting page turner.
Kate Reid & Nick Scarborough finally married honeymooned at a beautiful Resort in Vermont on a hike they meet a young couple Jason & Sarah Knowles giving them their spit to picnic not knowing later they'd be murdered.
Deputy Charles Bryce calls Nick and ask they come back to Vermont to give a statement because Jason & Sarah were murdered and they'd seen them & spoke to them on the trail.
Kate couldn't get the case out of her head she went to Agent Jonathan Surrey to tell him about it he said she could work it on her own time after dealing with the cases she had after a second victim was reported and there was a survivor Agent Surrey along with Agent Cameron Fisher head of BAU Unit agreed to get involved.
I definitely recommend to get this amazingly well written storyline with the fantastic Quantico characters they pull you right into this intense story and Kate gets herself in trouble once again will she survive this time you must get this book to see what happens I Soooo can't wait for next book I love this series.

Kate and Nick are finally married and go to a nice quiet resort to start their lives together. A nice 'getaway'. But murder has them going back for their statements to the local police there. Kate learns this wasn't just a killing but something more personal. Nick and Kate had met the murder victims when they stayed at the same resort. The local police ask for Kate's assistance in this case and that's where things really get interesting. As usual, the characters blend well together, and the storyline is excellent. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

My goodness. Another cracking story from the pen of Robin Mahle. Every Kate Reid book I have read, without exception, has been a thoroughly entertaining and nerve racking read.
You feel you are there willing Kate to succeed and solve the crime. Your heart goes in your mouth every time she gets into trouble. But you wouldn’t change her for the world.
Love the rapport she has with her colleagues and her special relationship with Nick.
So looking forward to the next book.

Murder and romance

Finally, wedding bells for Kate and Nick! But what happens on their honeymoon is par for the course for them. A couple they meet is murdered just after their meeting. Of course, Kate and Nick are on the case. The ending of this book has me wondering, for the first time, if Kate is mentally fit for this job. This is a remarkable series.

Never give up!!!

An extremely interesting read and Kate was outstanding in her role as profiler. Recommend reading previous books in this series so as to better understand Kate and her FBI team but this book was her best yet. Robin Male is excellent in describing all the situations happening to Kate and her team.

Breaking point

There almost seems like there is a breaking point coming for Kate. When life just keeps throwing things in your path, when the worst keeps happening at some point you either give up or you fall hard.
