This was not at all what I was expecting in this series...I confess to the crime of going in the book blind only with seeing the cover but best decision ever made by me.
I thought this would be a simple Royal RH romance but SIMPLE does not even begin to describe it...
This series is about Princess Fiora who has to go through different trials to prove herself worthy of the Crown of Queen of Anauka. Along the way of her journey, she fell in lust, love...so much drama and action...and suspense to die for...
The cliffhanger in the books was knock out of the park ... I was so glad that this was a collection or the wait for the next book would have surely killed me.
There were so many scenes in this book that just left me gasping out loud...the sex..oh man...the scenes were hotter than summer in July...Warning..you WILL need a shower after reading this.
All the men in the series was Swoonworthy...Body guard..Prince...King...You name it...All of them with a unique identity claiming and dying for the same Woman...(I am so damn jealous of Fiora..)
I was team Matheas from the start but as the series progresses...my heart was Claimed by King Ryker...Thank god this was a RH ...Or Fiora would have been in a serious Dilemma..

Book 1......This is going to be a short review and sort of sketchy. To say a lot would be giving this away so that's why I won't say much. Fiora is the soon to be Queen and must chose a King from the Royal House. Even though Matheas is her true love, she can't chose him because he isn't of the Royal House! Or can she? This was a totally unexpected story for me from Betty Shreffler and it took me by surprise. The details, the twists, the turns.... all made for a book that I couldn't put down. The ending is a cliffhanger but since this is a box set, you don't have to wait for the next book. Yay!!!
Book 2...........OMG!!! I don't even know where to begin. My emotions were all over the place in part two of this trilogy. I cried, I screamed, I laughed, I was sad. At times my family was looking at me strange because I must have been talking to myself while reading it. LOL The attention to detail is fabulous. You're just pulled right in from the first page and when you reach the ending, you're left with your mouth hanging wide open!
Book 3.......What can I say but Bravo to the author for this awesome series!!! In this last book, the emotions are running high and her men will do whatever it takes to rescue her from the bad guys!! I laughed, I cried, I got ticked off and wanted to hurt certain people but as always, Ms. Shreffler will make sure her readers get their HEA!!! I can't stress how much I loved this last book with all the wonderfulness packed inside. Go on, get your copy of this book. Since this is book 3, you need to read the first 2 books or you will be totally lost. Just do it!!

The one that took me by complete surprise, being totally honest, Fantasy Romance is really not my thing However, I found myself completely captivated with this read, One of them ‘one more chapter’ reads that before you know it it’s the early hours of the morning.
The story and plot shows Betty has an amazing vivid imagination. This story is intriguing, exciting and full of adventure and totally unexpected. So many twists, I was on the edge of my seat and my stomach was in knots, I was nervous to read on. Sometimes it brought me pure frustration and sometimes emotions hit me so hard it was like opening a dam and I was an emotional wreck! And then there’s the steam… its hot!! Princess Fiora is a feisty character and her determination holds her back from Nothing, a true warrior. The challenges she faces not only physical but mentally swell, are intense.
But Matheas completely captured my heart! Matheas is Fiora’s guard, so it’s no surprise he’s strong and protective, buts its more than just his job, the consideration and care for her runs deeper. The sizzling chemistry between these two is palpable but the love and passion these two have is so real it’s too hard to ignore!
Book 2 completely surprised me and although I’ll be honest I was cursing her at times 😉, it really is an adventurous captivating must read.
I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited yet so anxious to start a book I was actually scared where Betty would take this ....
I was always aware this story would take me on a ride but I never expected the rollercoaster of emotions nor anything that happens in this story really !
This story didn’t break my heart it shattered it and to say I cried is quite the understatement, I sobbed !
So many times I had to stop and take a minute before continuing,
But along with the emotion, my stomach was in knots my heart was pounding and my senses were on high alert. It’s action packed and really does give all the feels. I was in edge and never could I have predicted anything that happens!
And let’s not forget the steam, man does Betty know how to write intense sexual scenes that’s sensual and passionate, so hot your panties are going to melt!!!! 😉
The feelings caused by the writing of this story truly mesmerizes me, when ever I have such a reaction to a story, when ever I am so caught up in a story where I am completely consumed I feel it only shows just how truly talented The writing is. Betty’s imagination must run wild and what she brings us is a truly fascinating story that had me hanging onto every page.
Never have I so much wanted, no needed to head to the back on the book and sneak ahead to find out what happens but I managed it and it might have just been a little worth it .... or was it ?
The anticipated epic conclusion to the crowned and Claimed series is here and If like me, your been waiting anxiously with so many questions left unanswered, I can say your not going to be disappointed with what Betty Delivers as what we get is a 5 sizzling star read!
Betty continues the series with the most adventurous twisting and erotic writing that once again has you captured from the beginning to the very end and once again amazes me with her story telling.
As with the second book I couldn’t read fast enough so desperate to get to the end just to know the outcome. But the whole story is fascinating and believe me when I say just trust the author !
Another rollercoaster journey, it’s nail biting, stomach churning and has your anger simmering, you’ll be on the edge of your seat whilst you bite your nails but then as you get over one dip then next has your temperature rising like an inferno because she sure knows how to deliver them fire blazing sexual scenes that truly gives you flutters has leave you aroused. The passion and chemistry in this story is probably one of the best I’ve read this year and I’m not ashamed to say I craved more of it ! It’s damn hot is what it is ! 🔥
Not giving away anything of the story but I will say although I wasn’t shocked at the same time I was pleasantly surprised with outcome.
Not a usual fan of fantasy romance I can honestly say I’ve been blown away by this series and Author. I won’t hesitate to read anything by Betty regardless of the genre because what’s she brings is pure entertainment.

I always enjoy the connivence of reading a whole series in one book. I love this series about our female lead who go through so much in her life. She never stops and does what she needs to do for her kingdom. This story is about Fiora and her men. I would highly suggest this series and this author.
CLAIMED ROYALTY-
I read through Claimed Royalty so quick! I just couldn't stop ready about Matheas and Fiora. I needed to know what happened next and could they get through the trials. Just their admitting to each other finally, and taking the next steps had me hooked with could they do it.
That being said, the story is about Princess Fiora, who is expected to complete the trials in preparation to rule and for marriage. All she wants is to have the right to make up her own mind on issues, especially who she has the right to marry. For she is in love with her personal bodyguard Matheas. They have been side by side since they were little, their love growing as they grow. But it has been instilled in them that they have duties to their country, no matter what their hearts say. Can they find a way around duty? Is she going to have to choose to marry another when her heart belongs to Matheas?
What a great start to this series. I really enjoyed Fiora as a character. She is strong, loves hard as is focused. Matheas is strong, and loves just as hard as Fiora. He has loved them since they were young, knowing he could never love another like he does her. The author does a wonderful job of bringing theses characters to life. If you are looking for a good romantic book to read, look no further.
TWICE CLAIMED-
I don't know how Ms. Sheffler did it, but Twice Claimed is better than the first!! I got caught up as the story unfolds even more. Fiora is such a great female lead, and with everything that goes on with her, you cannot help but to root for her. So Twice Claimed picks up where book one leaves off. And as with book one, this one ends with a cliff hanger. But, we are set up perfectly for book three.
Fiora had her world tore all up when Belore's attack changes everything. Having to seek shelter and safety with King Ryker. Who along with her lover Matheas, will do anything to protect her. But Belore will stop at nothing to have Fiora, which shows in the destruction he leaves in his quest to have her. Can Fiora escape Belore? Who will save her?
Guys, seriously this is such a good read. In book one we are introduced to the players and sets us up for the action packed, twists and turns that Twice Claimed brings. Fiora is such a strong character. If you loved her before, well you will worship her here. She is everything you would want a ruler to be. She is funny, loyal, caring, and strong. She has so much she has to face, and she faces them head on. You will go through so many emotions like I did. I wanted to laugh, cry, cringe, and throw my kindle with that ending. I really need book three, like now.
Overall, Twice Claimed is a fantastic second read on a series that is top notch. If you have not tried this series, please do. If you have and are curious about book two. It's better than the first.
FOREVER CLAIMED-
What a great ending to this series!!!
From Claimed Royalty to Forever Claimed you will experience all the feels!! Fiora is a true Queen. She has been though so much. She is fearless, kind, fair, strong. She does what she must for her kingdom..
The men, are just what she needs. They are just as passionate as she is. I like them all, they all love Fiora, they are all hot as hell. I will admit that i have a favorite, Matheas is just "Sighs" everything!! I love a good strong, loyal man.

What an action packed, emotional and sexy love story! The Crowned and Claimed Trilogy by Betty Shreffler has it all! This is one series you don't want to miss! I read and loved each book and here are my reviews.
Claimed Royalty:
THIS is one incredible sexy book! I was hooked from the start and I was on the edge of my seat to the very end. Claimed Royalty is the first book in the series. It's a sexy action packed book you don't want to miss. I will admit I needed several tissues while reading this so consider yourself warned. Lol! Fiora is preparing to become the Queen and she has to go through many trials and suitor phases to find her King. Some suitors are truly there for Fiora but are just there for the crown and land. You can imagine how ugly things can get when a bunch of men are trying to win the heart of a beautiful Princess. Will Fiora be able to choose a man from the Royal Houses or will she follow her heart and choose the forbidden man who has owned her heart for years? I can tell this series is going to be amazing and I can't wait to read the next book!
Twice Claimed:
Oh wow! I'm about to scream! Betty Shreffler I think you're trying to drive me nuts. Lol! I can't wait to get my hands on book 3. I need it now! Twice Claimed had me on the edge of my seat from the beginning until the very end. Twice Claimed has it all and it hit all my emotions. It was HOT, then I wanted to hit something, after that I was drawn up in a knot and crying. I love this book as much or more than the first book Claimed Royalty. Each book gets better and better.
Queen Fiora is trying to protect herself, her people and territory from the evil King Belore. Queen Fiora is in love with her bodyguard but will tragedy force her to marry the respectable and handsome King Ryker. I don't want to say anything else to spoil the book. If you haven't read Claimed Royalty then one click it now because this trilogy is definitely a must read. BRING ON FOREVER CLAIMED!!!!

I was on edge, sad, wanting to kick some royal butt, happy then I needed to fan myself. Oh the drama! This book has it all! I love how Queen Fiora is so strong and loyal to her people no matter what obstacles she faces. She's also fortunate that she has the love from King Ryker and Matheas. I'll never tell you how that all plays out but just know that you will be on the edge of your seat. If you love drama and action packed books then you will love Forever Claimed from the Crowned and Claimed Series. Author Betty Shreffler is brilliant!

The whole series in one set and you won’t be disappointed. The first 2 books will end on a cliffhanger but you won’t have to wait for the next book since it is right here in one book.
Claimed Royalty
Book 1 in the Crowned and Claimed trilogy. Fiora and Matheas were so good. Loved the chemistry and attraction between the future queen and her right-hand man. There are other men but the chemistry that is between her and Matheas was just so hot. Loved this story and ready to move onto book 2.
Twice Claimed
OMG, this book was so good. It will keep you on the edge of your seat with the action and the heat. I was happy, mad, sad, hot and so many more emotions that are too hard to name. I finished this at work and my coworkers were trying to figure out what was wrong with me when I was banging on my desk when I finished. I loved this book so much except for the cliffhanger. I have to wait for the next book and that is going to be so hard. I need more. I have to know what happens. Betty, you did it again. I can’t wait for book 3. I will have to reread this book again just to get my fix.

This is the end of the Crowned and Claimed Series and it was a great ending to the trilogy. It was a wild ride and I am really sad to see it end. This book had everything you are looking for in a book. You will have all the feels by the time you finish this book. I loved Fiora, Ryker and Matheas. Book 1 in the Crowned and Claimed trilogy. Fiora and Matheas were so good. Loved the chemistry and attraction between the future queen and her right-hand man. There are other men but the chemistry that is between her and Matheas was just so hot. Loved this story and ready to move onto book 2.

Betty Shreffler can claim a trifecta for the win with this triumphant Crowned and Claimed series. Her writing is clever, her plots are detailed and suspenseful, and her romantic scenes scorched the retinas of my eyes. Once started, I couldn’t put it down.
This is an amazing series where our heroine is born and trained to be a strong woman, suffers at the hand of an evil man yet can still rise in her strength to show that she will try her best to win for her kingdom and the people she loves. It’s her own biggest heartbreak that she fears.
Matheas and Ryker, the two men who aim to claim Queen Fiore, are every woman’s dream men. Gorgeous, sexy, highly trained combat machines; one is her man-at-arms, the other a King. They’re both protective of her and would die for her. In these books, I was loved the building relationship of trust between two alpha rivals, who both want their Queen, who don’t want to share, and who had to come to terms with the fact that Fiora will want control over both her kingdom and her romantic life choices. I wanted to know if they loved her enough to do it, although in this series of books we learned that one man would do anything to have her in his life.
Ms Shreffler always challenges me to read outside of my comfort zone. Her books engulf my conscious mind and I trust her enough to follow where she leads. From contemporary into PNR through to MC, and those who know me, know that I’ve avoided those like the plague, yet I still trusted her writing ability and I loved them. Now it’s the fantasy and RH. So, if like me, and you’re unsure of the RH trope, then I recommend this series to you. Dip your feet in and challenge yourself. Wow! What an action packed series! Lots of lust, threats, rivalry and just plain fun. The characters came to life in front of my eyes. When I saw the list of characters I never thought I’d keep them straight in my head but, Betty Shreffler has such a fantastic ability to involve me in her plots that I had no trouble at all remembering a single one.
Fiora is such a feisty, strong, warrior princess that I’ve fallen in love with her. She loves her subjects, her land and wants nothing but to become their Queen and rule with a loving, steady hand.
Matheas is also a warrior; he is passionate about his Princess and his country. As Fiora’s guard he has been by her side for many years. Their love is palpable.
The plot is superb and had me turning the pages as fast as I could to find out what happens.
I am in awe of the writing and plot in this series. Not my normal genre, but I have devoured every word. I’ve been in tears, heartbroken, in lust and on the edge of my seat throughout this book.
Matheas, Ryker, Kellen and Kendrick are all so swoon worthy and I’d have to try them all out personally to give you an opinion on who is my favourite. Just saying.
I am so in love with so many of the men in these books. Matheas is just all the things #swoon. He is completely in love with Fiora; as is everyone who meets her. He is beyond devoted and makes my heart (and other parts) melt.

Fiora was an interesting character and I thought the position she was in was unique and complex. Matheas, Luther and Kellan all had great chemistry with Fiona. Right now I'm torn over who should win her heart.

Ok this is a set of complete books!! There is so much that happens within all these pages!! I can not express how much I enjoyed these books. They are so well written filled with all kinds of action. They also are emotionally packed that will make you want to scream, yell, and quite possibly throw your kindle. You will find yourself cursing the author in one breath, and praising her in the next. If you have ever read any of the authors work before you will understand what I meant by that statement. I just want you to prepare yourself for the roller coaster you are about to ride while reading these books.
Fiora is a strong woman who has a hard choice to make. How can you choose a king when your heart already belongs to another? As you can imagine it is not an easy choice especially since many of those who show up are not there for her, they are there with their own agendas. There are certain authors that you know when you get ahold of their book you will not be disappointed. They are few and far between and this author is amazing!
This series is amazing! The characters, setting and storyline.
I recommend reading the series from the beginning as you truly get to know each character. This is the perfect way to do so with the complete collection.

There are no words that can do justice for this book. Applause to Ms. Betty for her originality in writing such a compelling story.
Fiora is the princess soon to be queen. She has many a suitor looking to take her purity and the crown.
Fiora is forced by tradition to participate in this ceremony. She has little control on her fate and that of her heart that belongs to her bodyguard Mathias.
I felt that I was transported to the world. My heart in my throat from the page turning suspense. When body and heart are so divided by fate! I can’t wait to read more.

I was at the edge of my seat while reading this collection. I just love that it's in a box set because there is no way you can read book 1 and just wait for the next one. I had to continue reading and may have ignored my kids for the day because I devoured this. There are secrets, traditions, secret love, and so much more. I went through a gamut of emotions while reading and most of the time I think I couldn't pick my jaw off the floor. But I love where the author went with this and in the end I was smiling.

This was a different book than I normally read. But Betty knocked this one out of this world. The strength that Fiora show going through her trials is the strength that most women hope and pray they can have. And Matheas is the kind of man that every woman wants.
This continuation of the series did not disappoint. The action had me gasping out loud. The choices that Fiora has to make would tear anyone apart. I can not wait for the next book to see what happens. Just hope my heart doesn't get torn in half 🤔

I love how I can binge read this series all in once place. I know it isnt hard finding the books of the series but I like that now I can stay in the story till the very end without pausing or leaving the characters.

Omg, what can I say about this book is that I loved the whole thing which I think you will too.. It was hot and sexy then towards the end I wanted to cry as I am reading it.. Lol.. I so ready for the next book in the series which can't get here any faster because the ending.. Well done

You know why I love collection books? Because this way you can keep reading about your favorite characters without taking a break. ;) I have read all three of these books. It's a continuing series and it's amazing. The author has created a world here which is dangerous, exciting, romantic, and many other things. It's a story about a brave Queen and the people close to her. It's fast-paced, thrilling, and it takes you on an adventure you aren't likely to forget any time soon. I highly recommend it, especially if you are an open minded reader who isn't afraid of trying new things. There are many things I love about the books in this collection, but I'm in awe of the world that the author has build within these pages.

A great beginning, somewhat slower middle, and absolutely epic ending that will leave readers craving for more.
Fiora is about to be crowned Queen of her beloved country. She is ready to take charge and fulfill her destiny. This is what she has been training for her whole life and with Matheas by her side, she feels that she can do anything. Unfortunately, very soon she will face an impossible decision and what she chooses will seal the fates of not only her but also her people. All eyes are on her right now, one misstep and her whole life will crumble like a house of cards...
Matheas has only one purpose in life i.e. protect the princess. He would do anything to make sure that Fi is well-protected and happy. Her happiness is important to him. They may never be able to be together the way they both want, but he will make sure that she is safe. As her bodyguard, this is his duty as well. A duty he is more than happy to take on. Things are about to get more complicated and he will need to stay focused or he might not be able to protect her...

Some new characters are introduced and they are no less interesting. All in all, it is an adventurous and thrilling read, full of romantic heat.
Fiora and Matheas have managed to run away before they could be captured by King Belore. They are going to the Free Territories and plan to strike back from there. All Fi wants is to save her home and her people and no matter what she will make sure of that. The Kind Ryker of Free Territories is a reasonable man and he agrees to help them in exchange for a price, of course.
Ryker has never met a woman like Fiona before. He respects her like a Queen and admires her as a woman. Too bad her heart belongs to another man. Perhaps there is still hope for him because she definitely responds to his touches.
Fiora is distraught at the loss of her mother and wants to know more about her family's safety. From the very beginning, this book is an emotional rollercoaster. Too much happens too fats and it will keep the readers on their toes, wanting more and never getting enough. I quite enjoyed it and would recommend it to all readers.
Although, it is a very sad story somehow the author has also made is fun and passionate tale of love and loss.

A perfect conclusion to a perfect adventure! It's very emotional and oddly satisfying story. It made me cry, laugh, and feel all the things that the characters felt. I think that It's well-written and very entertaining read. I loved everything about it but mostly I loved how the characters reconciled and came to terms with their new situation, gradually but surely. I'm kind of sad that it has ended so soon. :( In any case, this series is a whole package, with lots of romance, action, a little mystery and quite a bit of thrill.

Lastly, I want to say that I truly hope more readers find this series, and enjoy it as much as I have. There is nothing better in life than finding a book you won't be able to put down any time soon. We read because of such page-turners.

The problem is that her heart lies with her devoted bodyguard Matheas. She is put through trials that rival the Hunger Games, just to prove herself worthy of being queen. She has to date the different royal suitors in a manner similar to the bachelor, and some of them have more to offer than others in terms of personality, power, and let’s face it – sheer heat of passion.
This book is full of adventure, romance, royal intrigue, tears, laughter, secrets, and hot sneaky intimacy. It was so good that I truly had a hard time putting it down and I could not wait until the next installment. The cliffhanger will make you want to sit on the edge of your seat and scream, but thankfully the second and third books are also available to read. It most definitely was an engaging and wonderful read. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in romantic intrigue.

She is strong without being overbearing, vulnerable without being weak, and able to hold her own among the men, leading in times of struggle as well as any King could do. I love that she brought out every possible set of "feels" that readers could experience in this book. And that doesn't even begin to touch on the amazing sexy times. So hot! Fiora has to deal with heartbreak, soul searching, newfound passion, and life-changing attacks from an evil man trying to take over her family's lands. Ryker is King of the Free territory and has vowed to help Fiora overthrow the devious Belore. Matheas puts his love and his life on the line to try to rescue her family in the midst of the chaos. This collection is an ABSOLUTE MUST READ! This Royal Romance with a bit of fantasy kept me turning the pages needing to know what was next. Betty's stories are always well written, very descriptive, with well-developed characters that have depth, and the famous Betty twist. She makes me feel as if I'm in the story with the characters and can feel what they feel. This author never disappoints and is an automatic one-click for me.
Claimed Royalty introduces us to Fiora a strong warrior princess, who'll soon become Queen and needs to choose her King. Matheas is her guard as well as a great warrior. Fi and Matheas have a special secret bond that runs very deep.
Twice Claimed picks up with Matheas and Fiora heading to safety in the Free Territory. They encounter many obstacles on their way. Once they reach the free territory it is very clear to King Ryker that Fiora and Matheas have a very deep love for each other. Matheas needs to leave the Free Territory for a while. Fiora receives very disturbing news, she leans heavily on Ryker for strength and guidance. During this time Fiora and Ryker’s feelings toward each other grow. Soon they decide it would be best for their territories to form an alliance to which they announce their engagement.
Matheas or Ryker, how is Fiora to choose?! She’s been in love with Matheas her whole life.

This was just a different type of book for me. I’m not a fan of Fantasy novels, but I’m a huge fan of Ms. Shreffler’s work. She could probably write a thesis on the origins of the universe and I’d probably read it.
This set includes the entire Crowned and Claimed series, so you won’t have the hangover from having been left on a cliffhanger and waiting for the next book in the series. This is Fiora’s story, her life’s been laid out because of her birth. The next Queen of Anauka is her destiny. She must face the physical trials set up by the different houses that surround her land, keep her purity intact until her wedding night, and pick out her future husband. Keeping her purity intact is almost impossible because of her bodyguard Matheas. They’re in love with each other, but he’s not a suitable husband for the future Queen. At the trials, we’re introduced to all of her would be suitors, including Belore, and we know right from the get go that there’s going to be a huge battle between Belore and Fiola. Belore is cruel and evil, and you know that once he’s crowned King of his land, he’ll be a cruel ruler. Belore ends up being all that and more!
The battles are epic, the romance hot, and the sex hotter. I love the fact that Ms. Shreffler has written such a strong, brave, and smart heroine. You either want to be her or want to be with her. All of her characters(except Belore) are engaging. The story is wonderful, and you’re pulled in and dragged through the entire story. By the end, all the loose ends are nicely tied up, the characters have a wonderful ending, and you feel like you’ve been pushed through one of those old-fashioned clothes wringers. The ending is perfect, and I love Fiola’s Happy Ever After.

This is a great collection!
Fiora (Fi) a princess that is getting ready to start the trials to prove that she is worthy to become the Queen of Anauka, before her coronation. There are 4 different trials, from 4 different houses that she will participate in to prove her abilities.
Fiora also must select a husband, during the trials, she will meet a suitor from each of the houses to possibly choose her husband from. The biggest problem is that she is in love with Matheas. Matheas is her arms man that has taught her many things over the years. She must remain pure until her coronation.
There is so much more that I want to say about the book, but you must read it for yourself. You will be drawn in, and left in withdrawal waiting and pleading for the next book to come out. ❤️ I'm in love with this story, and impatiently awaiting. 😍

Betty has certainly done it again with the second book in the series, and I feel completely lost as I'm wanting to learn what happens next, I need to know. Ugh... I don't want to spoil anything, but you definitely need to read this series!
