You may have felt these changes in the past, but when you are pregnant, you will fell these changes in high intensity. You will understand how these changes will affect your lifestyle and how you can manage them during pregnancy. Thorough concise guide

A friend of mine is having her 1st baby and asked me to find a good kindle book for her to read, so I preread this one to see if it it had all the info she would need. This book does have all the pertinent info a new mama will need. I thought the diet chapter was especially detailed and well researched. I did take off a star because I thought the lay out of some of the chapters was odd. For example, chapter 17 is on dealing with morning sickness. And it is placed in the section of what happens after you go through labor and delivery and have the baby with you. Morning sickness would be more appropriate earlier in the book back in the first trimester at least. But, still all good information presented.

Good information

This book has some good information for mothers to be or new moms. I found that the information on Postpartum Depression and Baby Sleep Problems helped me the most.

Good to know

I have had 3 kids I gave this book to a friend who was getting ready for her first kid this book would have been a good help when I was pregnant

Incredibly cool!

This book definitely gives you the ins and outs. You are learning about how your life can change. Its nor just the symptoms either.
