an amazing read to leave a full fledged happier life

The book what will people think is an amazing and a quick read and the concepts and tips explained is awesome. The author shares her life experience and gives us a realisation that we should leave our ourselves and we will be happy rather than worrying about others opinions about us. Her 7 tips to be happy and NLP concepts explained like mind reading, etc really gives us a reason to lead the life we want. I would recommend this book to anybody who wants to improve their lives and being happy with self decisions and have a fulfilled life of appreciating themselves for their self beliefs. I thank the author for making me realise my own self potential through this book. Kudos

Let You be the Priority

It's normal and even instinctual to care about what others think. In What Will People Think, the author provides the reader with a workable plan to move past this need to please so that you can embrace your authentic self and what you want to achieve.

I found the author's exploratory questions, along with the free journal, helpful in focusing on my own goals while getting rid of limiting beliefs introduced to me from the opinions of others.

If you spend more time pleasing others than pleasing yourself, maybe it's time you pick this book up and change your focus a bit. You're worth it.

I throughly enjoyed this book about the dangers of thinking too much about other people's opinions and trying to fit into society so as to avoid tipping the scales. The author Roma has a good idea of all the areas in which people worry too much what others think of them such as work, personal life, relationships, and friendships. I definitely took away several good points about leading a better life that is free from self judgement and free from worry. I would recommend keeping a journal close by or printing the one she has on the website so you can implement the tactics she gives.

To use this as a self help tool one would need to do a ton of previous work from this author's perspective. I honestly do not believe people are quite this needy in the real world.
I could be wrong though...

Asking a barber if you need a haircut

I have read numerous books like this. Coaches telling us that coaching is good for us. Regurgitation of common sense fed back to gullible people has become a huge business!
