Also known as 矢吹 健太朗. He is a Japanese manga artist. His mentor was Takeshi Obata, the illustrator of Death Note, Hikaru no Go and Bakuman. Yabuki is best known for his series Black Cat which ran from 2000 to 2004 in Weekly Shōnen Jump and later adapted into an anime. Since 2004, he has only been working as illustrator to works written by other authors. Most notably on the series To Love-Ru alongside his former assistant Saki Hasemi.
If you’re a fan of mangaka Yabuki then this is a must read manga series. His usual great artwork, ecchiness galore, fanservice all over and a good story. One of the better sexy mature fun series out there.
Way too much fanservice in this volume. There were some laughs and the art is very good but it is hard to get into the story that is there when every other page is fanservice. The story is suffering as a result. Hopefully the next volume evens it out a bit or this one may be backlogged to make room for other reads.
2.5? The art is obviously great and this volume was fun and I feel like better than the first one, but there were a couple of scenes that were too... ecchi? (for my taste). Also, I don’t know how realistic some characters (mainly the friends) are.
Lord, the FANSERVICE on this thing. It's so bad. I don't know how many more volumes of this I'm gonna be reading, but if something doesn't happen soon, I'm not making it past volume 3.
I’m liking the progression in the story. More in depth look into our characters and about Suzu’s Ayakashi powers. Has some good fanservice scenes and doesn’t forget to inject those into the perfect moment, while still keeping action and more serious scenes in the right tone.
This is going to be a series I definitely continue. (Hope some more “big” girls get added later too)
