This book set was a good combination. The first book being the anxiety Monster. Very good information detailing the different types of anxiety disorders and what the differences are between them. How to effectively treat them at home and how to get professional help when you need it. What kinds of treatments are available for the different disorders. I found the part on self left tapping helpful.
