Love is worth the fall.

Leelyn

Grandpa Smith's pumpkin farm has always held great memories.
And now it's mine and my sister's to take run and hopefully bring to the 21st Century.
When the neighbor, Judson Renner, decides he's going to withhold water for our pumpkins, he's in for a fight.
The scrawny boy from my youth has grown up--muscles and a cut jaw that I want to run my finger along, just to see if it cuts me.
And when I get in his face about the issue, I find myself leaning in when he leans down.
I can't be falling for the country boy next door, I've got too much on the line right now.

Judson
I let Joe Smith use the small part of my family's land to have access to water the pumpkins.
That business is long gone and I'm done with being the nice neighbor.
Leelyn with her golden highlighted auburn hair, teal eyes, and pouty lips makes my boots start dancing when they should be stomping away.
She might have other plans, but if she wants access to that water, she's going to have to come to my side of the fence...for dinner.
I'm not that awkward boy from my youth. I'm a man.
And I'm ready to show her that it's better to love than to fight...but it sure does make for some good country fun.

I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

Leelyn and her sisters have taken over the running of her grandfather Joe’s pumpkin farm. But the renovations needed on the property have taken their toll on the finances and they are in desperate need of irrigation, assuming that the same deal her grandfather had with the neighbouring land would continue she’s shocked when that doesn’t seem to be the case. They are due to open within the next few weeks but what good is a pumpkin farm with no pumpkins, knowing she has to do something to save her dream she sets of to see if they can work out a deal only to come face to face with a man who could steal her heart, will she give in to the attraction or had she been too hurt by past loves to even try?

Judson has loved living next door to the pumpkin farm and Joe was a man that he looked up to, who has been there for him and most of the town if they have ever needed help. But times have changed and the irrigation deal they had no longer stands that is until a determined, curvy bundle of fire called Leelyn arrives on his front door. He knew from that moment on that she was meant to be his, she’s everything he never knew he wanted and will stop at nothing to claim her, but when all the equipment is stolen will he have to watch her return to her life in the city and loose her dream or will help come from an unexpected source?

This is the first book I’m the series and it kicked off with a bang. Leelyn is willing to sacrifice everything to see the pumpkin farm back up and running and Judson didn’t realise he was looking for love until she arrived on his doorstep. Feisty, funny and very sweet read. 4* read.

Definitely a sweet & steamy Pumpkin filled insta-love story, reminded me of the magic at Fall 🌬️ 🧡🎃🧡🎃🧡 Loving the characters in this book, especially Leelyn & Judson!!! (love the names by the way)
Aww, that letter to/with Grandpa had me tear up 🩵🥺💌📝🩵

🐢I’ve never heard that saying before, but It’s definitely true and a bit funny: “I slide a hand down his front and grasp what’s turtling for warmth.” 🐢 (they were under a cold waterfall 🤭)

Grandpa wisdom to Brecken : “He said something that I should have followed in my marriage. He said that if I thought she was the one then I should treat her like she’s the moon and stars, untouchable. And then when I have the moon and stars to give to her, I would be worthy of her.” ✨

This was a really quick ready. I couldn’t get into the first few chapters. In the introduction it says they knew each other in their youth. No where in the book does it touch on that.

Leelyn and her sisters inherit her grandfathers pumpkin farm. Judson lives on the farm next-door. Leelyn Grandpa Joe Smith used to run water off of Judson land. Now Leelyn and her sisters assume they can do the same thing. He disconnects the water so the pumpkins start to shrivel up. She goes to confront him about the issue and they are instantly attracted to each other. He invites her back to his house around seven for dinner and negotiations. When she doesn’t show up he goes to find her. He finds her welding in her barn and watches her until she catches herself on fire. He dumps water on her and strips her down then begins to kiss her. She takes them up to the loft in the barn. She tells him it’s been a while, and she doesn’t do this. She tells them to turn around so she can get dress but then disappears. She goes to the house and showers and gets dressed when she comes back downstairs he’s sitting at her table eating chili. Afterwords they come to an arrangement. So Judson heads back to hook everything up until he discovers someone stole all the pipes. He calls the sheriff and finds out other farmers have the same problem. He goes to tell Leelyn and she’s devastated. They don’t have the money to replace the pipes. She puts a statement on the website they are not opening. When the area farmers and neighbors find out they all pitch in to help out. By the next morning Judson has all the pipes replaced and water running to the pumpkins. She wakes up the next morning and hears the water, when she walks outside he’s there and shows her. She tells him once in her heart, and he tells her he loves her. She tells him she loves him too. One year later they are getting married in the pumpkin patch.

In their new Love in the Fall series, Ally Crew and Brynn Hale bring us Leelyn, a super sweet instalove romance. Leelyn and her sisters have taken over their grandfather's pumpkin farm and are a couple weeks from reopening for the season, when they are given notice that they can no longer use the irrigation system they had been borrowing from their neighbouring farm. Leelyn promptly heads off to confront the neighbour only to meet Judson. As soon as Leelyn appears in the doorway of his farm house, Judson knows Leelyn will be his. Having been hurt before, Leelyn is wary of letting anyone get close when she has to focus on all of the work needed on the farm. However, Judson will not be deterred. There are some incredibly funny moments between these two (with Judson having to exercise some skills from his volunteer firefighting gig) and many super sweet and swoon-worthy. But there is no denying the chemistry between Leelyn and Judson. Overall, this is a quick and fun read.

Leelyn and her sister wanted to run their grandfather's pumpkin farm in his memory but when the neighbor cut off the water supply they needed it caused some problems. Judson had an agreement with their grandfather but the girls never talked to him about keeping the same agreement so he cut the water until one of them came to talk to him. Sparks fly between him and Leelyn. Judson knows that he would do whatever it took to claim her as his own. Just when they came to an agreement to the water the hook up for the distribution get stolen. Will the girl give up and leave? Can Judson find a way to help them?

This is an amazing story that will hook you in from the first chapter and leave you wanting more with the last one. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This is the first book in a new series by the very talented Ally Crew and Brynn Hale I like both of their work so wehn they combine as far as I am concerned it is a win win situation This is only a short read something they bot\h are excellent at it will only take about an hour to read

Leelyn and her sisters have taken over the pumpkin patch that they grandfather ran and they are due to open in a few weeks when they are notified that they will no longer be able to use the irrigation system that they rely on Leelyn decides to confront the new owner Judson. The moment he sees her he knows she is the one for him but can he convince his little firecracker of that Be prepared for some fun and laughter as he tries to make her his.

This was a delightful story about these sisters trying to keep their late grandfather pumpkin farm. The oldest Leelyn is the focus of this one and she is a firecracker. When she meets up with Judson the landowner sparks fly literally more than once. It was an intense connection that Leelyn doesn't want but Judson is all in and he will do what he has to make Leelyn see things his way. There is a little drama thrown in but the couple do have a nice HEA. I anticipate the next story in the series to be delightful too.

I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book.

This is the first book in the Love in the Falls series, it quick to read with a fast-paced sweet and steamy storyline.

Leelyn and her sisters have inherited their grandfathers pumpkin farm and goes to the neighbors house to discuss water access for the farm. Judson instantly knows that Leelyn is special to him and is determined to get to know the beauty better. They have a wonderful connection between them from their first meeting and have some drama to overcome, wonderful story. Really a great start to a new series.

Pumpkin Spice and everything nice

This book is completely and utterly wonderful. If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s part of a series, I would definitely be practically begging for it to be one.

Just and Leelyn are just so well written and perfect for each other.

And yes, fall is MY favorite time of the year.

Love on a pumpkin farm! What better way to get in the mood for fall?! Leelyn and her sisters are taking over their grandfather's pumpkin farm and bring it back to life. Judson is their next door neighbor, and owns their water source. An initially hostile encounter between Judson and Leelyn quickly turns into more. I loved how quickly Judson fell, and recognized his own feelings. And when disaster strikes, he moves heaven and earth for the woman he loves, and to honor the man who meant so much to so many. Instalove goodness guaranteed to make you smile! Happy Reading!!

Excellent story, needs editing!

Leelyn wants to open her grandpa's pumpkin farm again,.but there is a lot to do. She has an issue with the water rights and has to visit her neighbor Judson. They are instantly into each other. I really enjoy the sentiment in this book, it hits you in the feels. However, it needs some serious editing.

Being neighbourly takes on a couple of meanings when Judson meets Leelyn and her younger sister Molly. Unfortunately Judson and Leelyn seemed to forget the lessons of the past that Leelyn’s grandfather taught them. I like how when the going gets tough a number of individuals step up the plate.

I read an advance copy of this novel and am leaving an honest review.

Simple and sweet
It's a romance that has a fairly straightforward context, but at the same time the story is passionate and sweet in a few dozen pages (although the attraction of the characters is very fast). I really liked the heroes Leelyn and Judson, who are both romantic, but not too much due to their unmistakable attraction.

The author has given us characters we can care about. Judson is tired of waiting for his neighbor to come over to introduce herself, so he cuts off their water supply. When Leelyn goes over to complain, her and Judson have an instant attraction. He wants to move forward while she is afraid of her feelings.

Some of us get caught up in our goals and all the tasks that we forget to just enjoy life. Leelyn comes to realization that she doesn’t have to always be in charge. That it’s good to let go and let others handle it. Judson forgot to be a good neighbor but eventually gets his bearings right.

Leelyn and her 2 sisters have taken over the Smith Pumpkin Farm once their grandfather passed. Now the neighboring farm which always gave them water access has cut it off. Leelyn goes to see if she can talk sense with the neighbor and meets Judson. He immediately is drawn to her and although she is hesitant and scared to trust again, she's attracted to him. Loved the ending!

She has always been the responsible one, he has never left his hometown. Neither is ready for the sparks. Will she let herself fall?

I loved how he was determined to help her achieve her dream. I didn't blame her for being gun shy, but loved how she let her walls down. Good read!

Leelyn and Judson have a sweet story here. Knowing each other from when they were little all of a sudden seeing each other again find themselves attracted. I love how Jud automatically asks her to dinner and the sparks only ignite farther from there. This was short, sweet, and sexy!
