This set of books has too many slow spots. Morgan and Sarah’s relationship gets to be annoying by the end of this arc. I can’t count how many times I had to walk away from this story. It would get either too boring or annoying. I purchased the other part of this arc so eventually I’ll make myself listen to it. Otherwise, I’m not sure I would continue on with this story. I like Buryoku much more.

Awesome Series

**spoilers**

I was so overjoyed by the death of a certain hated character at the end. Finally!! I sincerely hope they stay dead, unfortunately though, future shenanigans are all but assured. At least we get a break from their obnoxious and grating presence. Great story.

Great read!

I read another series from this author that had a strong start but kinda ended poorly, decided to give him another shot and super glad I did! Well thought out and enthralling throughout!

The first five books are okay, but I’m done at this point. Not the author’s fault. His writing is excellent and good plot progression as well as well rounded characters.
Once you start bringing god battles into a story, I admit I lose interest. That’s on me.
These are still a good read.

Brilliant

This book is absolutely worth the cost. The editor has done a good job, with only minor issues with the flow.
