Some people have nightmares of finding a monster in their closet, but how many fantasize about it?
If you fall into the latter category, you get me. There I was, simply working to program my visual novel and find my muse, when BAM! Monster girl in my closet.
Needless to say, she changed my life. For the better at first, sure. But then there was the hunter, and the crazy lady who spoke of another world where the monsters live.
So the adventure began.
WARNING: Monster ladies, adult situations, and violence abound.
After working on Marvel and other games and traveling the world, Jamie Hawke decided to settle down and write fun, quirky, and sexy pulp science fiction and superhero books.
You'll find his harem gamelit books in Kindle Unlimited and Audio, and might want to start with Supers: Ex Heroes 1. The book reached #47 in the Amazon store, including #1 Bestseller in multiple categories (to include Superhero, Cyberpunk, and Colonization).
It all started when Jamie was eleven, creating nude superhero comics with his best friend. What perverts! But hey, they were fun and provided good fodder for jokes up into their adult years. Now the stories have evolved, but they capture that same level of fun. Hopefully you will enjoy them as much as the author loved writing them!
Jamie also spent five years in Marine Corps intelligence, studied Muay Thai in Thailand, and lived in Japan for over three years. A lot of this plays into Jamie's books.

AUTHOR NOTE: I also write under another name, but kept them separate because those books are more clean (no explicit adult content). If you'd like to read them, I recommend the following:
SHADOW CORPS (Space Fantasy with Leveling and Skill Trees, Books 1-3, also in Audio)
Nope, I'm done. Got a quarter of the way through and had enough.
This is just bad. The story weak, the characters are bland and unappealing. The actions are forced. The events make no sense. From start to finish in all aspect, this one is a dud.
A fast-paced frenetic R-rated anime-like monster girl harem adventure comedy. Slow to start, but then it really picks up. It’s an interesting book / series because it’s different, with a whole new source of monster girls and their various personalities and abilities. I’m intrigued. It’s a tad rough in spots, but I look forward to the next book. YMMV.
This is a C+ monster girl harem with sex scenes This is also the first Jamie Hawke that I've been able to finish. The characters are flat, the plot is minimal, and the dialog, especially the internal monologue is puerile. The supporting cast (the MC's friends) are serious douche bags, and Jamie Hawke has some weird thing about urination. Other than that, it fine. This book will not trigger any insecurities if you are intimidated by intellectual content. Plus one star for the cover art.
Farris gets a birthday present from his older brother that changes his life forever .
Farris a regular average guy with only 2 friends from across the hall from him at his apartment . He receives a gift from his older brother for his birthday a totem from a shop in their old neighborhood they grew up in . The totem had magical powers if only felt by the right person an intent . Switch Farris accidentally activated it . Summoning his first monster girl . recommend reading excellent series .
Firstly, love the cover art, which drew me to this book. Once I started reading, I didn't want to put it down. Loved it! Did find parts of the book to be a tad fast paced and glazed over some details, but overall the book balances out the pace, action, excitement and all the gorgeous Mo after women for a fun and enjoyable read.
This is an intriguing new series. I like the main character and I'm hoping that he definitely gained some confidence. I do like that even in the first book he has gained quite a bit of confidence. I also like the fact that there is backstory to kind of explain his reticence in some aspects. The other characters are also very well done and I'm looking forward to learning more about them. Looking forward to reading the next book.
Fantasy monster girls harem adult situations The MC is a reclusive human graphic designer and novelist who accidentally summons a monster girl. Trouble is, the girl is being hunted. Both are forced to flee. They find some help and decide their chances against the hunter are better with more monster girls. Story is short but has bonus illustrations at the end. Rough start but quirky. Worth checking out.
Ferris is a reasonably successful nerd, working as a design artist and a visual novelist on the side. He has fantasies of monster girls until a birthday gift totem brings these fantasies to reality. He can't resist these girls, and wants to protect them. Adventure ensures. I like the action, humor, and love/lust. I look forward to the next book.
Bad.... With a capital B The way its written just rubs me wrong. I don't know how old the author is. But i would be surprised if he is over the age of 25. It just reads like something written by someone who's gone through public school in the last 20 years. IE Really bad.. Just like the quality of Education our public schools are putting out now days.
After rifling through a few first volumes of other harem series which didn't capture my attention, I was actually impressed with Monster Girl in My Closet. Take an somewhat awkward narrator, a feisty young woman who happens to be half-bat, and friends who tolerate the narrator's awkwardness, and you get a funny and dynamic story. Well done!
So a little guilty pleasure but a fun one at that. This one hits all the tropes, monster girl, harem, virgin guy. Ferris a up and coming graphic designer finally meets the girl of his dreams. She just happens to be a monster from another dimension. Sexually compatible and with a lot of graphic descriptions. It still puts on a good show and lots of action to keep us going.
I love this series of books and am looking forward to the next installments. I love the new characters and will love the here more about the mythics vs legendary war too
So bad! Why write a harem with explicit sex with a childish story. Its even more childish then an anime, which its trying to be with all tropes. Geek virgin with a heart of gold that is shy. Oh, the monster girl meets his friend almost directly, that would probably work well. Such crap!
This is a good book. You shouldy read it. I like the story. The characters are fun. The book is a good read. i enjoyed it alot.. Download or buy it today. why not?
The story feels weak and forced. There is hardly any progression in the characters and this first book feels a bit like pokemon; gotta catch them all. It's an ok book to read, but not fun enough to get the later itterations; this series is not for me.
I thought this was a good read. Everything just came together. The characters were interesting and easy to connect to, the story flowed well, and the action was pretty cool. That and the other “action”. Ferris and Chirup’s relationship felt natural. It progressed real well. If you like monster girls this’s definitely up your alley. Check it out.
I really like the premise behind this story. Guy finds a monster in his closet. Turns out to be a hot monstee girl. Adventure ensues. I really enjoyed this story and look forward to its continuation.
