I assume Bentley provided the majority of the prophetic positioning and Thoene the literary style and polish. It feels very Thoene which is a bonus giving rich texture to the characters and setting and readability. The theological prophetic positioning is very didactic but not boring or troubling and does not detract from the book and in fact makes it more interesting and challenging. You may not agree with the stance taken but you will enjoy the ride and the challenge.
Today's current events are troubling and integrated into this historical fiction very well. It's a bit different given that the history is so recent but that adds great interest to this well done novel.
It is a great read and it is a great challenge to be aware of what is happening. We may disagree on our various interpretations of the prophet Daniel or of John in revelation but we should agree on the basic admonition to be watchful, keep our wicks trimmed and be prepared to be found eagerly awaiting our savior's return and found faithful!

Another book for the ages
Bentley and Thoene have once again reminded us that “everything means something” in our world today. The end times are here and the third book of the Elijah Chronicles reminds us once again to be vigilant in our watching. As Jack and Bette stay one step ahead of satan and his demons, their battles with the enemy are epic.
Filled with historical as well as scriptural facts, The Cyrus Mandate is a can’t put it down read.
Bentley and Thoene have once again reminded us that “everything means something” in our world today. The end times are here and the third book of the Elijah Chronicles reminds us once again to be vigilant in our watching. As Jack and Bette stay one step ahead of satan and his demons, their battles with the enemy are epic.

The adventures of Jack Garrison continue in this 3rd book of the series. Jack & His new bride, Bette, experience the beginning of their joyful marriage, yet the danger from globalist enemies chase them down. Both are Jesus Believers, therefore they are protected as they continue their mission to save the the alliance between Israel & the USA. Fantastic read! Highly recommended!

The first of this trilogy was great. The second night as much. This one felt like an end times manifesto, and arrogantly so claiming that America is a major factor in the end times.

Very true to life, reflecting our times as they really are in these days. I believe that we ARE in the last of the last days. I know that no one knows the day nor the hour, but we most certainly can know the signs and seasons! I believe with all my heart and spirit that by 2033 we will be beginning the millennial reign with Christ- IF HE is the LORD of your life, you will be part of that glorious time!
Don't be deceived by Satan's lies. Demonic forces are at work, worldwide. The time is NOW- you may not have tomorrow.

I loved the first two books in the series, but this one was very disappointing. I was shocked by the strong right-wing, Republican, Savior America rhetoric. The anti-Black Lives Matter prose that labeled protestors demonic Antifa fascists and denied systemic racism made this writing very offensive to African American Christian readers. I finished the book but was extremely saddened by the racism from authors whose themes tout support for those who have been oppressed. Additionally, I chose the audio book format and did not enjoy this particular production. Not recommended

I used to say that I hated "to be continued" books as the authors took so long to launch the next book. This book was worth waiting for! I'm still feeling tingles all over! Although the election didn't go as most of us hoped, God is still in control. I look at Ray Bentley's rendition as a what if. Loved this book all over. I would even wait for a fourth if the LORD tarries.

The best yet
Bodie Thorne is my all time favorite author. I first discovered her Christian novels in 1998. I have learned, laughed and cried through so many of her books since then but this one is the best yet. Anyone who enjoys Christian fiction should read this. It speaks to us in present time with an urgent message for today. Thank you Bodie and Ray.

Very interesting book about our current times being near the “end times” mentioned in the Bible.
Personally, I hope they are wrong as I don’t want to be a witness during the actual end times. Plus, I hope to watch my grandchildren (who are yet to be born) grow up. 😊

I love historical fiction and especially when Bodie Thorne is involved. This book contains mystery and romance, beautiful visuals and is full of facts and dates involving IsrAel. I wish there was a follow up book in this series, but those facts just haven’t come yet.

A must read for all!
As we live in these last days, the things we see happening in our world are tied to Bible prophecy. Even though this is considered a fictional book it will inspire you to look more closely at the scriptures. Very good read!

A great series!
A wonderful collaboration by Bodie and Ray. I have read may of Bodie' s books, this is the first time I have read anything by Ray Bentley. An exceptional plot revolving around the current news. An insightful book!
