I usually hate humans, but I want this one. The problem is that Asher does, too.
Myah is so hot, but she bothers me in good and bad ways. The little human dares to be a waitress in my town. Love's Hollow is for supernatural creatures. She doesn't belong here at all. And the feisty girl shows no respect for my alpha status. My cousin, Asher, is in love with her, but he's a fool. All humans want is money. And Myah is no exception. She says she's desperate for cash and awaiting her birthday. So she can sell herself at a virgin auction for billionaires. But that just seems like an excuse to turn me down. I'll not be embarrassed by a human, so she needs to leave. Still, I can't get her out of my mind. Her smell is intoxicating. Her body is perfect, so curvy and small. I want to pick her up and bend her to my will. Her innocence drives me nuts. All I want to do is punish her for invading my thoughts. Just one night. That's what I need to fulfill my desires. Then I can throw her out of town and be rid of her forever. Yet, Asher won't give up his claim. He thinks Myah is his mate. And he's prepared to defy me to get her. I just hope he's ready for a fight. Then I find out that Myah has a secret. And I no longer want her pulled away from Love's Hollow. When the truth comes out, there might be only one answer. And that's for the two of us to buy her, and share her.
Will she leave just as Asher and I are beginning to love her? Or will we realize love is more important than ownership?
This paranormal menage wolf shifter auction romance is a full length novel, part of the Love's Hollow Auctions series. It has no cheating and a guaranteed happy ever after. It is high heat and for adults only.
This is the first Casey Morgan book I've read and what a treat. I love paranormal stories with a vengence and the story of Myah and the two shifters who allegedly hate her (or at least one who does - the alpha, Ryan - but the other, Asher has to tow the line). There's a virginity auction auction that is an exciting read and the aftermath - well, let's just say this story held my attention right to the end. I really hope I get the opportunity to read more of Casey's books. Her story line was beautifully put together and the story itself was beautifully written. She's now on my favorite authors to read list.
Seriously, pay for a good editor. Spellcheck is not the same thing. You clearly know how to run that program, but did you ever actually read this mess? One example: "...few things worse than an a**hole who thinks they are rigorous." Um, I think you mean right, not rigorous. The errors were on every page. There was actually too much sex, which I never say, but most of it was imaginary! I don't need to read a multi-page spank session when the real thing is still chapters away. Finally, this was obviously written for guys. The words massive and tight? Way overused.
An enjoyable story. A young girl needing money to help her baby brother ends up in loves hollow and attracted to 2 werewolves. How will win out in the end. Quite well written but are a few errors. Would recommend though.
I really enjoyed the characters. Myra's was amazing, funny and focused on her goals. The boys behaved just like middle school. Picking on the person you like and finally getting past the denial.
This touched my heart. Doing all this just to save a loved one. Then to find love and to have them understand why you are doing it and still to be loved.
Procured by the Predators by Casey Morgan – There is some really cool backstory and world building in this one, so I will be looking for more books in the series! Happy Reading!
