Ithaca Falls #3

Keep Them From Harm

Rate this book
George Hartmann is at his breaking point. His little boys have suffered one harrowing ordeal after another, and now his wife’s life hangs in the balance.

It’s all because of a threat from the past. Murderous villains are bent on destroying everything George holds dear.

The danger is real. There’s little to go on besides a string of distant, pieced-together memories. And nowhere seems safe to hide.

Keep Them From Harm is the third book in the Ithaca Falls series and the continuation of an ongoing family saga. It was originally published as Places Blue in the George Hartmann Series.

Kelly Utt

Kelly Utt writes novels about life, love, and the choices that shape our destinies. The stakes are high. The emotions run deep.

Kelly was raised by a dad who would read a book, ask her to read it, too, and then insist they discuss it together, igniting her passion for life's big questions. That passion is often reflected in her novels, giving them a depth which leaves readers wanting more and thinking about her stories long after the last lines are read.

Her earlier works—like the Rosemary Run, Hideaway Isle, and Appleman's Gap series—focus on family secrets, suspense, and psychological twists. Her newest novels, including Sierra Oscar Sierra and What’s Left to Burn, delve into cosmic love stories with high-stakes romance.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys travel, great books, and good food, along with movies, music, and social media. She is a founding author of My Book Friends, a vibrant reader community dedicated to connecting authors and book lovers. She lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and sons.

Ramping up now!

Really getting going now with more of George's past life in Ancient Greece reflecting on the present. Whilst taking a vacation with all the family and friends to sort out the business venture, things take a bad turn. Not going to spoil it for you all!
A very good continuation of the series ramping up the suspense.

Do you like intensity?
I do! The intensity in this book was unbelievable. It was a fascinating, gripping and compelling read. George and his extended family are up to their eyeballs in issues and problems. Nothing is quite what it seems. There is an ebb and flow to the story that just keeps you wanting more.
This is the third book in the series and it packs a powerful punch. It’s a highly episodic story that churns through the pages. I couldn’t believe I finished it so quickly. There was no place and no way to stop reading once you started.
I don’t want to give anything away but the book has all the elements-a great hook, compelling characters, lots of sex, family, action, suspense, in fact it would be perfect for television.
George has to grow, evolve and reflect. It’s a journey for him. Overall, this book moves the series along nicely and sets up book four. Don’t miss it!

This is the third book in this series about the Hartmann and Davies families. The action is pretty much nonstop and the book moves between the current day issues occurring and the past lives the members have lived together.

Tragedy strikes while George Hartmann and his extended family take a vacation in Tahoe, landing his wife, children, and mother-in-law in danger. Rescuing them is a race against time and Ali is critical when recovered while the others while hurt are not in such bad shape. George uses his memories of past lives to attempt to keep him safe.

Keep Them From Harm (The Past Life #3), my eighth read from author Kelly Utt. A well-written, pulse-pounding, entertaining romantic suspense read, with intriguing, well-developed characters that leave you panting for more. I couldn't turn pages fast enough. “I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. I'll be reading more from this author. Next up, Take Me to Fight (Ithaca Falls #4) the fourth book in the series. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

This is a continuing series that gets better with each one. George Hartmann's family was in a car accident. His wife Ali was found trapped in her car and is in critical condition. Clive Roland claims that Ethan is his son. Clive tries again to capture Ethan. A very exciting and heart pounding ending to this episode.
