This is the 7th book in this series and centers on Collins and Costa. I must admit that Collins was the last person I expected to ever find his love because he wasn’t a nice guy by any stretch of the imagination (see Alpha Valentine # 4). I would go as far to say that he was an a$$ of the highest order.

Even though the main MC is Costa, my focus zeroed in on Collins because he was a detestable, obnoxious a$$ when first introduced. But that fascinated me the most about him.

But as the series progressed, you began to see the real man behind the disagreeable façade and once he was given a second chance, you begin to see that he’s not so bad. The problem is, The Agency still hold his previous bad acts against his entire team, him specifically.

So Costa and Collins take a vacation to unwind and to deepen their relationship. But as usual, nothing goes smoothly for this team.

This book, like the others in the series brings these strong and confident men together. Action and adventure ensues to ensure the reader is taken on an enjoyable journey.

The book was well paced, the characters and storylines are consistent. The writing style is nice and concise. Although there is a it of mystery involved in these stories, the pace is always moving and it all comes to a head in good time. I like that the author doesn’t drag it out with unnecessary plot twists and turns.

I definitely recommend this series. It’s well written and worth the read

Loved Alpha Rush. Although it makes me sad that this is the final book in the Alpha Barman Series, I'm so glad that everyone got their happy ending. All of the diva and Valentine team has found their partner, including Tony Costa and Nick Collins. They may have been dancing around it for a while but the attraction between the two in strong. Although they're afraid to admit it especially to each other, they are in love.

When they are finally given time off for a much needed vacation, it is anything but relaxing. Nick is wrestling with the idea of leaving the team and working for his father, neither one he is two happy with. He was a grade A asshole to everyone and know that they would be happier if he was gone. Costa is afraid of losing Nick; not only as his work partner but as the man he loves.
When Nick disappears after a bad argument, Tony searches the hotel until he is forced to call in the Calvary. Frantic with fear, he was immediately comforted by the members of both teams.
Through a lot of teamwork, threats, and an impending storm, they locate Nick. Together they battle the elements to get to safety. Each member facing the threat of losing their loved one in the process.
This story was full of fun excitement. I enjoyed reading it. I would mind reading a novella or two if it meant we got to visit the guys.

Wow!!!! I have to say ... after reading all the books in this series by Sue Brown (and loving them) Alpha Rush (book 7) in the series is my favorite. I honestly didn’t think I would love Collins as much as I did because let’s face it... from previous books he is a very hard person to like, he is the bad guy in any scenario. The guy is just trouble with a capital T , so whilst I was insanely intrigued to hear his story, I didn’t think I would be so blown away.

Collins and Costa... holy Batman !!!! They just sizzled on each and every page, their love was all consuming and I was in their corner cheering them on, hoping they would find their HEA. I loved every single word written and Sue Brown more than delivered with this exciting, raw, emotionally driven story. My heart was beating just that little bit faster with all the “times ticking” scenarios, had me sitting on the edge of my seat furiously flicking the pages dying to find out what happens next. And when I read that very last line? I was one very happy reader.

Love, love, loved it all and the team coming to the rescue? Oh boy!!! That made my heart melt .
Definitely read this story, but make sure you start the J.T’s bar series from book 1 you won’t regret it.
I have already read-read it a few times over. It’s that good

Thank you for the ARC read, I voluntarily give this book an honest review. A much needed vacation was booked for Costa and Nick, where hopefully they can work out some much needed kinks both literally and figuratively was that to large of an ask? Doubts and past deeds may just ruin any good thing going on this get-away after insecurities rise their ugly heads. Having to call in help was not going to be pretty when Collins had been missing over a day. Worry and regret eats at Costa, will Nick hold this against him too? With the storm approaching the team has to move with swift actions, Will someone be the cost to the recuse? Super sweet with alot of steaming yummy scenes that can turn into drama.  Man all Costa was looking for in Nick was one word but it always backfired on his butt. I know that Nick was still unsure about something's but come on.

I hate that this series is coming to an end but I truly enjoyed and Sue Brown did a great job with. Nick and Tony are perfect together and their secret romance was a delight to read. They went on vacation together and Nick was kidnapped. Tony did everything in his power to find him but had to call in his team to help find him. The book is romantic, some very intense moments, angst, funny and it was great seeing the previous characters again. They had to deal with a storm and how they were going to handle Nick's future overall it's a great book and I enjoyed it.

Who would of thought you could redeem Collins but somehow this author has managed it and makes you empathise with him too. Costa was so brave but a bit messed up as the whole team rally to track Collins after he goes missing and I loved tagging along for the ride. Action packed and even the bad guys were enjoyable, trying to guess people's allegiances gave me a rush and filled me with hope the closer they got. A bit dicey at the end but still jam packed with snark and the occasional grunt from Mitchelson. Great catching up with the team, even Raines.

This series is fantastic. I was so hoping Collins and Costa had a story to tell and boy did they. Going on vacation was suppose to be about connecting with each other but when one little sentence is said out of jealousy we start having a some problems. When the other show up to help Costa things get hairy with storm coming in off the sea. They now only have a few hours to find Nick and make sure he is safe.

I do recommend you read the series in order.

I did receive an Arc for a review.

Great story

As always, a great mix of action, steam, romance, and snark. Compelling characters and an interesting premise. Great to see all the characters again plus a different side of Collins.

JT’s bar

Nick finally gets his redemption story when the whole team has to come rescue him in the midst of a tropical storm. This whole series is a great cast of misunderstood cranky alpha males learning to trust that someone else has their back no matter what

I love this series and hate to see it end. Nick has been the bane of my existence throughout the series and I’m so happy to get his back story. You could tell there was something there between he and Costa and it was so worth the wait to see it all come together. Great series, great book.

Collins and Costa get their story

Kidnapped while on vacation is not a good thing. Having to call their boss to help is worse. But the diva and Valentine teams show up to help one of their own. Fun in the sun can be dangerous.
