A friend of mine suggested this book and I found it pleasant to read. I liked it so much that I decided to get my own! It's the sort of book where you might want to just read a single page, per day. I would read a page, as I begin the day, and it inspires me to be positive and mindful.

The author reminded me of Thich Nhat Hanh and his book on Peace is Every Step. There is nothing in it that is hard to understand, or too profound. I highly recommend it.
