He knew they were meant to be together. It wasn't something he could verbally express, so much as it was something he felt, all the time, in his soul. Their destiny was an immutable, physical thing, as real for him as the sun in the daytime or the moon and stars at night.

What an amazing and angsty finale... 5 stars!

I have loved this series from the very first book, so finally getting a chance to read the finale was a bittersweet experience for me. I have become so invested in Damian and Andi and the rest of the crew and their adventures, and I was SO ANXIOUS to see what their final outcome would be. And even though Cassie and Kara had me in such angsty suspense the entire way through, I thoroughly enjoyed the ride!

After all of the big revelations we learned in DRAGON FATED, this book picks up right in the middle of the action. Andi once again finds herself stuck between her Hunter family and her dragon love, Damian, and she struggles with her want to know more about her mother and her past and her need to protect Damian from the Hunters. There were still so many twisty turns that I did not see coming in this novel, and I enjoyed the hell out of them so much. Poor Damian and Andi have never had an easy path before them, but it was wholly satisfying to finally watch them achieve their HEA. I hope we get to see more from this series and the other characters as I cannot get enough of Cassie and Kara's world-building and master story-telling ♡

My Damian Blackwood, a badass dragon shifter prepared to love and protect his mate at any cost....

************

This is the 4th and final book in the Prince of the Other Worlds series. This is the culmination of all the previous books which need to be read and in order to enjoy this. There's also a prequel, Dragon’s Don’t Date, that is fun but not necessary to the plots of the series. This review will contain spoilers to previous books.

On my list of "most frustrating" is when a single couple's arc is broken into several books. So many times it feels like authors have dismantled a single story and then bloated it to get separate products. Not the case here. At all.

I loved every single books in this series, plus the series as a whole. There's action, mystery, suspense, romance, amazing sex, and phenomenal world building. Not only were Damian & Andi wonderful characters and perfect for each other - but the secondary characters were just as fun and compelling. The relationship aspect is actually fairly low angst and any separation is from both wanting to keep the other safe. Danny, Andi's twin, has information that changes everything that Andi has believed her whole life.

This was a wonderful and immersive ride that I can't wait to experience again. An epic final battle and and an HEA for Damian & Andi.

Narration:
Victoria Mei's narration for the entire series has been perfection. Completely bingeworthy. She is amazingly talented at giving all the characters consistent and unique voices as well as evoking all the emotions in Lockharte & Alexander's writing.

While I own the entire series in ebook, I did receive a copy of the audiobooks from Home Cooked Books and am leaving an honest review.

For me, the series started strong and then faded. Too many topics were squeezed into four books, and too much time was spent on the follow-up series. I really liked the characters, but I didn't get along with the story's pacing. Could have been much better.

I've enjoyed every other book in this series the author sent me for review, so I was pretty sure this one would be more of the same. And I wasn't wrong!

Right away, the sheer amount of angst in this book would put a CW show to shame (and yes, I've used that comparison in other reviews for this series, but it still stands). The angst, the pining, the yearning, the "how can we ever make this work" aspects are big enough that the "HEA guaranteed" label is warranted. Even with the label there was a part of me that wondered just how everything was going to be wrapped up.

The reveals about Andi's family and their past were intriguing. Some weren't the most surprisingly, as they were hinted at in previous books. Although the one about the relationship between Andi's mother and brother were quite shocking (no, not in THAT way).

The sex scenes continue to be super steamy and interesting. I'll definitely never think about mirrors the same way again. Although they're not quite as inventive as Damian's scene in the speeding car from the first book. That one still takes the cake for strangest steamy scene of them all.

The only struggle I had with the book was the very end. There were parts of it that felt unfinished. There are things Andi decides not to do, which made sense for her character and so didn't feel open-ended. But Damian and his dragon had been talking about their curse and the supposed ways around it and it felt like they were leading to a definitive answer, but none was ever given. Then there was a side relationship that feels like it was supposed to go somewhere and didn't, although admittedly that could end up in another book. Open-ended finales are always a matter of artistic taste, but once you've started throwing "HEA Guaranteed" on a book, most romance readers expect the H-est of EA's.

However, I still loved the book. Andi is one of my favorite romance protagonists, with an incredible nuance in grief and inner strength. And Damian manages to be the brooding billionaire romance readers love without all the annoying, problematic aspects to the character that non-romance readers love to harp on. Overall, a great pick for a steamy urban fantasy.

Victoria did a great job narrating Damien and Andi's story. Andi learns more secrets about her family that jeopardizes her relationship with her family and Damien. This was more than just a romance story. A bit of action is mixed into the story too. Great characters in this story too. Will need to see if they have stories or are getting stories too.

This series started out strong and has gradually petered out with the additional drama and characters. This is supposed to be the final book in the series, but I think it’s left additional questions for future stories. Overall though the read was mostly satisfying.

This is quite the exciting finale, full of action, chemistry, intrigue and so many emotions. I laughed, was on the edge of my seat, was shocked by the surprises and yeah, enjoyed seeing their love grow so strong. I really enjoyed this whole series and look forward to what else these authors come up with ;)

Honestly just a mindless fun dragon shifter romance, the plot is interesting, there is some action. The characters are decent and the smut is fire!!! Although, it honestly could have been one book short!!!

DNF @ 40%

I know it's a mostly mindlessly fun series and this is only like 270ish pages, but Andi and Damien having to breakup AGAIN makes it feel like this was dragged out to be 4 books just because. The plot is kind of interesting but I don't care to finish unfortunately!

2 stars.. and that’s generous

This book was a disappointment. After the last book I started this book immediately and was finally excited to see where the plot would go now that we had some of the questions answered and we got even more answered at the beginning of this book. The third act breakup was, of course, annoying but I think it was perfectly understandable given the external situations and not because of a lack of communication this time (for the most part) so that part didn’t get to me. The part that absolutely ruined this book for me was everything that had to do with Danny and that ending.

Prepare for rant time:

For starters, Danny is just an insufferable horrible person and, to make it even worse, Andi refuses to see that. The FMC, his twin sister Andi, literally sees that he puts people in cages and reenacts his childhood torture on them… for a good cause, the conjunction, which never even happens in the series even though it was mentioned a bunch. Secondly, he’s not only complicit, but an active participant, of the murder and eating of people. People EXACTLY like himself. And Andi is a nurse! And if that wasn’t enough, he actively manipulates her and refuses to hear her out or apologize for any of his actions in these past books and yet she still wants to save him. She’s literally reminiscing about how, as kids, they wanted to save the tigers from cages in the zoo and is not realizing that her brother, who currently is putting people in cages, is past saving at this point. The author quite literally writes from Damien’s perspective that “while someone else might get frustrated at her for not choosing-he understood.” And that felt pointed specifically to me because I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. I have siblings that frustrate the hell out of me that I still love to death but I like to think my line is them killing, torturing and eating people.

Now while all of this is true, I still would have understood if the author wanted to give him a redemption arc for the sake of Andi and the author even qued it up to happen by having Damien come help protect Danny (who wants to help kill an eat him) and then maybe Danny could see the light and see that his sister does love him and that other “monsters” are clearly not horrible people if they love his sister enough to have enough empathy to save a person who wants to murder them but no! Danny apparently does die but doesn’t atone. He just goes back to his hunter uncle to continue hanging out and helping people who want to murder and eat his kind. And Andi is just chill with this? No argument or cutting him off so he at least faces consequences for his actions? At this point the book would have been much better if he had just stayed dead because then her mate didn’t kill her brother and her brother got what he deserved for helping people kill dragon shifter like himself.

In other words the conclusion to this major plot line is just: he didn’t even learn any lessons and he’s out of the FMC and MMCs lives so is essentially dead to them, but not actually dead, he will just continue to help hunt and eat people in a different city”

That’s so unsatisfying.

And on top of that glaringly horrible plot conclusion, the other mentioned plots of the drama in the realms, her hunter uncle, Damien’s curse, and the conjunction are all not concluded in this series. Maybe they will be continued in other books like is rynda or someone gets a book, but I expected at least one of these plot lines to be dealt with in a 4 book series. The romance plot line is, I guess, the only fully concluded plot line of the series but even that disappointed a bit. I understand why Andi didn’t become a dragon but… I thought that would have been cool. Baring that, I also would have loved to actually see any of the other kinkier smutty scenes that were mentioned occurring off-page. The smutty in this book was good but on par with the rest of the books in the series and I like when the smut gets gradually more explicit or interesting as the series goes on and that didn’t happen. Also their happy ending is only given that Damien’s curse doesn’t come to fruition or her uncle and brother never bother Andi again or die while doing nefarious things because apparently that would really hurt her.

Overall just super disappointed with this book. The first half, before Danny was really introduced was okay and had me excited to keep reading so I rated this book 2 stars but I have NEVER been more frustrated or disappointed while finishing a book series. My husband had to help me take away my phone because I was getting so visibly frustrated reading it. The romance was a cute concept and played out pretty well in the first couple books but this book had way too many things going on and didn’t even conclude any of them in a way I felt was satisfying so I wouldn’t not recommend the series.

This was my first Kara Lockharte book. Awkwardly, it’s book 4 of a 4 book series, though this world hasn’t given up all its secrets.

Basic premise: Andrea “Andi” Ngo (Chinese-American) opens this book hot, confronting her uncle & learning about her family’s dirty laundry. Boy, there’s a lot of blood in those sheets!
Andi is mated to Damien, a Dragon shifter from another world (called the Realms, as far as I could parse out). Only, Damien hasn’t told Andi they’re mated, so on the strength of the dirty laundry (did I mention the blood?? Mostly bright green blood) Andi decides the best way to protect Damien is to break up with him until the situation becomes more stable.

And Lo, the stage is set for Shenanigans!

My favourite part of this book is a character called Eumie.
Eumie runs a Greek bakery, housed below Andi’s flat (apartment for you American folx). Eumie uses they/them pronouns & Kara Lockharte absolutely NAILS the usage, all the way through. As someone who uses they/them pronouns, myself, it made my little GLITTFAB heart squelch with joy every h*ckin’ time I saw it.
Also Eumie is utterly badass.

My least favourite part of the book is that it does not feel like any real ending, despite being the last in the series, & the HEA. There’s a Big Bad mentioned throughout, but it’s not the Big Bad that’s actually tackled at the climax. The denouement was really rushed, which is always a pity, & there’s no clear idea of what the plans are for tackling that Big Bad. Will there be a secondary series? Will there be a novel about one of the secondary characters that will handily wrap things up? Will we see or hear more about these lovebirds? Who knows.

As for my usual questions…

Are there POC?
YES! Our heroine is Chinese-American, explicitly, which is awesome! She has a twin brother, also Chinese American (obviously, but to avoid any possible confusion), there is one explicitly Black person present, as well as Eumie being Greek - still European, but very much non White.

Are there Disabled characters?
Yes!! There’s a character with a prosthetic arm, though I wish he got more page time.

Are there Queer/GLITTFAB characters?
Apart from Eumie, the Gender-Ambiguous Greek? None were explicit. But HEY, Kara knows how to use PRONOUNS!! So great!

Worth my time?
Even coming in at the very last moment like I have, this was well worth my time. Snappy dialogue, sassy characters, Angst from trying to protect people you care about… h*ck yeah. Good times.

Would I re-read?
If I get my paws on the preceding books, you bet! I’ll wager I missed a plethora of little in-jokes & obscure references that will be cleared up by rye time I come back.

Would I recommend to others?
You bet I will be telling every Enby who will listen about this one book with a badass Gender Non Conforming character where pronouns are used correctly & consistently…

Dragon Mated is the final instalment in this paranormal, dragon shifter romance and my goodness we certainly go out with a bang!
After the big revelations we uncovered in the previous book, Dragon Mated picks up right in the middle of the action.
We get answers to the extent of Mei Li’s involvement in the Elite Hunter Group and what her plans were for Andi and Danny and what she did to Danny from a young age until her death. Andi is told she is to fight alongside her brother and uncle and is expected to take her mothers place as her uncle’s right-hand woman at the top of the Elite Hunter Group. Andi is torn between her remaining family and her love for Damien.
This book will take you on a super angsty, twisty, wild ride and everything comes to a head at a battle between Damien and his team, Danny, Andi, and some of the Elite Hunter Group who have gone rogue.
Their path to happily ever after wasn’t an easy one but it was very satisfying to finally see them drop their guards and accept, they are soulmates.
All four books plus the prequel are narrated by Victoria Mei and she did an incredible job doing this series solo with the volume of amazing characters as well as the hero and heroine. Victoria built the angst, suspense, anticipation, plus the need and want not only from Damien and Andi but from Damien’s dragon too. Victoria is a new to me narrator and my goodness, I will absolutely be looking out for her work in the future as she is fabulous.
Cassie and Kara are great world builders, I’m so pleased this series was my very first paranormal romance series as they have totally sold me on this sub-genre with their incredible writing and master story telling abilities. I loved this series from the very first word to the last, it had me totally captivated and not knowing where the story would go next. Well done ladies.

*Audiobook review*

That was an intense finale and a really good wrap up. Going into this final book I was worried about all the questions I had and if all the loose ribbons would be tied into neat bows by the end. It didn't have quite the ending I was expecting, and not everything was completely resolved, but the ending made sense and Princess and her Dragon did finally get their HEA!

The steam level was lower in this book as the focus was on exposition and discovery, but it was definitely necessary to get the information to close so many open doors. The book ended with a nice amount of heat though, so it left us on a good note. There were some disturbing truths revealed in this story and I feel like they worked and made sense for the characters instead of feeling overly convenient. I do think that the books could have been combined into 2 or 3 instead, but I come from a fantasy background so 14-20 hour audiobooks are pretty common place to me.

Victoria did a wonderful job in this series. Her range of characters really helped to understand the many action scenes. There was a lot going on and many different players, so it's easy to get lost in the back and forth. She did a really good job of distinguishing each character.

Overall I enjoyed this series. This was my first from Cassie or Kara, but based on the writing I would definitely try them out again.

**Audiobook Review**

What an amazing conclusion to this series! I have been so invested in Andi and Damien since the first book and the ending did not disappoint.

As Andi goes deeper into her mother’s past, she’s finding out not everything is as it seems. Behind the somewhat comfortable childhood her mother provided for them, there were secrets that she was not expecting. And true to her form, Andi started pulling away from Damien to protect him and his dragon. But fate had other ideas and was not going to let these two grow apart.

The authors did such an amazing job writing this series and creating an amazing world. I loved how strong and independent she is and how she’ll do anything to protect Damien and her friends. But Damien was the perfect mate for her and stood next to her and did what he needed to protect her. All the characters were so great but Grimm was my number one favorite. He had me cracking up and I loved his love for cheese, I totally get that.

Victoria Mei was absolutely perfect. Being a solo narrator for one book is a challenge and to be able to do that for five books is mindblowing. She had so many characters to narrate and I could always tell who was who. Each voice was unique and the right choice for the character.

Wow! What a great book to end the series. This book brings Damian and Andi romance to a head and tells us how they end up. We get answers regarding what Mei Li, Andi's mother, plans were for Andi and Danny and what she did to Danny. Andi is told she will fight on the same side as her brother, Danny, and is expected to take her mother's place next to her Uncle among the Elite Hunter Group.

We fine to what extent Andi's family is against Damian and his kind. Andi is torn between her love for her family and her love for Damian. Make sure you have a box of Kleenex with you because you will be on an emotional rollercoaster ride with this book. You will laugh and cry tears of sadness as well as joy!

Everything comes to a head at a major battle between Damian, Danny & Andi, some of the Uncle's Elite Hunters, other Hunters & Damian's Teammates. It doesn't go as one would expect. When the battle is over and the dust is settled, you realize you're smiling ! I love an ending to a series that makes you feel good, like this one!

I received a free copy of this book for a honest review. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys science fiction romance or paranormal romance books.

Not gonna lie when I first started this series and ended book one? I was pretty pissed to finish it and realize it was a cliffhanger ending. I stay away from cliff hangers like the plague because I don't usually find them worth it (bad experiences in the past). But trust me this series most definitely was!

I loved going along for the journey with these two. Grim was awesome and I kinda want my own magical cat now (even though I'm more of a dog person lol). Andi and Damian had so much chemistry and it definitely grew with this last book. There were moments when Andi had me rolling my eyes, when I was pissed at Damian and when I hated almost every character for getting in the way of these two and their happy ever after.(And that also includes Damian's sister. I kinda wanted someone to get rid of her from book 3 so...!) Lol. Glad I got through it though as the journey was sweet!

Definitely a must read and I'm so thankful the author gave me the opportunity to read this as an arc as I really couldn't wait lol. Sharing and recommending.

Sexy, suspenseful and action packed
Wonderful fourth and final installment, which brought everything together very well. Great plot, fun witty banter and awesome characters. This last book has been a back and forth relationship, frustratingly so, as Andi is having trouble with coming to terms with her lineage. This book had a lot more in the mental gymnastics regarding their relationship.
Damion, A dragon with a heart of gold will not let his soul mate stray too far. The characters are wonderful and many just jump off the page. I am already looking forward to some more stories with some of these awesome characters. Damion’s sister is quite a pistol and could really carry off her own story.
Great chemistry, great sexy scenes and a book I just did not want to put down. I was so absorbed into this story of deception and betrayal. It looks like even though we did get a final resolution and a HEA, there are some loose strings that could develop into more. Yes, I am hoping for that. I received this book for free and voluntarily reviewed.

A captivating addition to the series
This was a simply captivating read, so well written with lots of twists and turns and plenty of surprise that keep you guessing from start to finish.
I do not want to give away the plot or the characters so will keep this fairly brief, I know that he is trying to save me but this cannot happen he has to care for himself however, I know that he is a noble mate and that he will think of his mate above everything else even if it means risking himself.
I can assure you that like me you will find that once you start reading this book you will be totally captivated and it will be impossible to put the book down until you reach the end, which in my case made for a late night of reading.
Immensely enjoyable but hard to stay awake the following day…However very much worth it!!!
I voluntarily received and review an Advanced Reader Copy
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.

This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW. Dragon Mated by Kara Lockharte and Cassie Alexander is the final installment of Andi and Damian's story in the Prince of the Otherworld series. I loved this series of reads! From the first book (Dragon Called) I was hooked. As each book unfolded a new wrinkle in their path to happiness, I found myself falling further and further under an intricately woven spell. The characters are so well written and developed that they make you feel like you are meeting old friends. The world building is addictively mesmerizing. Let's face it, there is so much action, steamy encounters (Mature Readers Only), humorous interactions and emotional highs and lows that you don't actually read this story, you experience it. Be warned... you will want more. Looking forward to more stories that involve the secondary characters.

This honest and voluntary review was made possible by reading a copy through Booksprout.

I just didn't know how - I mean really - how could this possibly end in a HEA?!? This is book 4 in Lockharte and Alexander's series Prince of the Other Worlds and the last in the series. This is definitely a series that should be read / listened to in series order. A beautiful, paranormal romance that will delight in everyway. Great character growth, sweet romance, steamy chemistry, angst and turmoil, betrayal, family loyalty and laughs too. I mean it's just got it all and in just the right doses. Smooth flowing storyline and narration that won't disappoint I was thrilled to get a HEA even though I didn't know how until the very end. I still have so many questions and hope this isn't the last we'll get from this makeshift family as I just fell in love with all these characters not just our main - Damion and Andi.

This book was given to me for free at my request and I voluntarily provided this review.

Andi feels that she needs to stay away from Damian to protect him from her dangerous uncle and the Hunters, even though it makes both of them totally miserable. As she learns more about her mother and her brother Danny, and she sees that Damian is not safe whether she’s around him or not, Andi watches the destiny her brother predicts and the fate Damian and his dragon are sure of come to pass, and all she can do is hope everything will work out in the end. With a lot of exciting action, plenty of steamy scenes, and wonderful characters, this was a fantastic ending to a wonderful series. I’m looking forward to more stories in this world, there are other characters that will be fun to watch as their own tales are told.

End of series- it delivers

You need to read this series in order.

As the final book in the series, it is part bittersweet and part giddiness as we look full of hope toward a happy ending for Andi and Damian.

We pick up right where book 3 ends at Lee's meeting and are swept back into the story from there.

I was completely floored with how Damian chooses to answer Andi's choice to go the her uncle's meeting by lying to him. It would have been so easy to go a different direction, but he chose to rise above. He owns up to a lot.

We get so much story building up to a fantastic, cataclysmic finale that pays off. The epilogue give a wonderful look into their future to bring this series to a satisfying end.

I can't wait to see what Kara and Cassie come up with next.

Great end!
I was sucked into this story from the beginning to the end. It was a journey and wild ride at times.
Being as Andi is stuck in the middle of it we do see her struggle for what she believes. Does she side with her family or with her man.

I think there is something to be said about the way she balances this.
I hated the heart break but it felt necessary too like they needed to fight for what they wanted.
I loved that Damian’s family needs to make sure she is good enough.
This whole series is a plot twist and you can’t help but hold on for the ride because you really never know where it is going to lead us.

I think that is a testament to the writing because it really was a journey and it was revealed in just the right way.

Again I have to talk about the narration because Victoria does such an amazing job.

This is the 4th and last installment of this series. The characters are all very different (not cookie cutter) and super interesting. The world building is fantastic. This is definitely a slow burn series and the last book is no exception! I am overall really satisfied with the happily ever after ending:) I want nothing more for this series than for the authors to continue to explore the other characters in more detail. Surely, they can’t leave us in suspense!

I gave it four stars because there were a couple of plot lines I would have loved to seen resolved just to satisfy my curiosity. I am hoping I will get some closure in future installments. These do not effect the story in any way.

I have received an ARC copy of this book but the opinions of this review are my own.

This is an emotional roller-coaster ride. (If you’re a crier, have tissues handy.) Don’t read this if you haven’t read the preceding three books! You will be totally lost.

I can’t begin to explain what happens…just expect surprises! I held on to the title, figuring Andi and Damian would get together by the end, and they do! HFN assured. But lots of things I didn’t expect occur. So, if you’ve made it this far, keep going! It is worth it. Kara and Cassie do a great job keeping you on the edge of your seat.

The world building is superb, and I’d like to see more of this “world.” Hint, hint: What happens when there’s a “Conjunction?” So grab a copy and don’t miss this exciting book!

When Andi finds out the truth about her family she pushes Damian away to protect him.
When her Uncle Lee demands Andi comes and talks to him she is shocked by what he tells her about her family the longevity of the older members and the fact that her twin brother Danny has been turned into a dragon. After the meeting she knows that for his safety she push the love of her life Damian Prince of Dragon away from her to prevent her uncle using her to trap him. He argues but goes plotting on how he can get her back and knows he has to deal with the Hunters her uncle leads with out killing her brother which would cause a divide between them. It's hard to see an awesome series end! This book pulled me in from the first sentence: the world-building here is so deftly handled and so intriguingly done that I was along for the ride before I knew it, and would have been even without the previous novels in the series. In the initial scene, we get a great sense of who Andi is as person now (complicated, brave, doing the best she can with difficult circumstances) and her family dynamic (still beyond complicated). She and Damian are perfect together, and their story is so well-written: well plotted, with great pacing and excellent character development, that it's a pleasure to read throughout. Highly recommend.

Dragon Mated is not a stand alone book. This book is a continuation of the story in the first three books, and picks up at the cliffhanger ending of Dragon Fated. I prefer the suspense elements over the relationship drama, so the first two books were my favorites of the series. The last two books were less slow burn and more on/off/on/off. There were some aspects of the storyline that I was surprised were left unresolved at the end of this book, but Andi and Damian do get their HEA.

Victoria Mei did a fabulous job with the narration. She kept my attention through the relationship rollercoaster and was very easy to listen to. I'm positive that I enjoyed the story more because I listened to it.

I received a copy of the audiobook at my request, and the opinions here are my own.

The final installment of this series won't leave you disappointed. All your favorite cast are here (including Grim, the cheese-loving magical cat who I simply adore!), and Ani's roommate, Sammy, who gets in one of the scenes that made me laugh out loud! More revelations--some total shockers--and lots of emotional roller-coastering will keep you wondering, and reading, even as you dread the approaching end. Good news is that the authors are going to continue with other characters--so yay! Only 4 stars because, for me, the final resolution seemed a bit too quick, and I'm super tough on giving out 5 stars, you know?

This is an honest review freely given for an ARC I received at no cost.

This is the final, fourth book, in the series … which I couldn’t wait to read due to the cliff hanger from Book 3. Maybe it was because it was several months since I had read Book 3, but it took me a bit longer to get back into the story line. There is a lot more sharing of Andi and Damian’s thought processes in order to tie the story together to its final magnificent conclusion. There are unexpected twists to the story plot which came out in the last two chapters (which, in my opinion, were the best chapters in this book). I really enjoy reading Cassie Alexander’s books and look forward to her continuing to develop new books and interesting characters along with Kara Lockharte.
