A character encyclopedia covering all seven season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. It covers all the major characters with lots of lesser ones as well. Most are very, very short bio/descriptions, though the big names are usually longer. Covers only information from the Clone Wars (and a tiny bit from the Prequels), does not cover anything after Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (Rebels, the original trilogy,etc.). It's not bad, but not as indepth as I'd have liked. Would've like episode references too.
A nice companion for fans of the Clone Wars series... Just take note of the following:
1. Watch the show first!! The guide doesn't shy away from spoilers. 2. The hardcover edition looks great on the shelf. 3. The character profiles include species, height, allegiance, homeworld and abilities, as well as a brief summary of their importance. No first appearance episode, though, which would've been really appreciated!! 4. Rewatching the episodes of the characters I didn't know was fun. I was surprised at how much I missed! Again, that's why point number 3 would've come in clutch. Going to wookiepedia each time was not ideal.
A pretty good and thorough guide to all the characters of Clone Wars, updated to include Season 7! It had a bit more text/info than the regular character encyclopedia, which I liked. It also covers basically every minor character you see, including various clones and droids, and even a bunch of characters I had forgotten or didn't even notice! Nice double-page spreads for the main characters, too. While there's not much new info for hardcore CW fans, it's a lovely little encyclopedia!
This is a serious update of the previous character encyclopedia. This update covers all 7 seasons. It also includes new information (species, homeplanets ...). Must have for TCW fans.
