She was the boss's assistant and I was one of the office managers. A gorgeous woman of color, I fell for her immediately, and miraculously, we became very close friends. Except she was married to a secret service agent. That kind of put a dent in a hopeful relationship. At least I hadn't made a total fool of myself and let her know how I felt. She knew though, I know she did. Now this dang hot French woman became her assistant, and there seemed to be sparks going on between them. I was shocked and lost. What would happen now?
