It is a nice summary of many other books. You get a bit from Ikigai, and a bit from 7 habits of highly effective people, and a bit from many more. It doesn't present anything new if you have been reading self development books, but it is good enough for anyone that wants a little reminder of the topic, or if it is new the the latter. Nice book over all.
The value in this podcast series/audiobook lies not in that it says anything new as compared to other well-known self-help books, but that it presents the information in a systematic and actionable way to help you get moving. I think it's especially useful as a kick of motivation when you start doubting that you're on the right track. See also Your Blue Flame by Jennifer Fulwiler, which has an even simpler basic presentation and goes into more depth with how that might look in your life and different challenges and questions you might face.
I listened to the audiobook and hooked with the content. The way the author explained each section with detailed examples and a lot of pointers is really amazing. Highly Recommended for every kind of people.
A lot of pep talk. Say "No, thank you." Stay true to your values. It was very easy to listen to and even contained some guided meditation. However, I didn't learn much from this book.
