This was the most helpful of any Zion/Bryce hiking guide (and I've read a few). Scott updated Afoot and Afield San Diego which is basically my bible at home. Planned a trip to Utah and when I saw he had written a guide I immediately bought it. He has such a great way of describing/organizing hikes it make the planning so easy. I used both the Zion info and the section on Bryce. He included a section on Red Canyon which was the perfect stop on the way between Bryce and Zion. Honestly the book made for a great vacation!!
