Read as a picturebook of great labyrinths of the world and perused the text. Always so wonderful to see those calming waves of pavers bringing one home to one’s center.

Very good on the history of labyrinths (mazes seem secondary). Nicely illustrated, good maps of where prominent labyrinths are (so useful for travelers). Some history sections too encyclopedic ("this labyrinth was constructed....in 1859, this other labyrinth was built...").
