Viper is well written with complex characters, expansive world building and a plot that twists and turns. Oh, and did I mention its HAWT too?!!

Viper : The Prophecy (Odin's Wolves MC Book 2) by Candi Fox and Linny Lawless is a thrilling, dark, passionate and exciting story into the underworld of the supernatural. This story had it all shifters, fae, vampires and much more as we find Viper, a demigod and shifter who is also a retired police officer is finally going to join his brothers in White Horse, OK as a member of the OWMC. When Viper comes into contact with Lady Death/Billie a cage fighter for the dark Tromlui Capo Cayum they have an instant attraction as he and his wolf knows they must protect her. Billie has no idea the power that is within her, but this feisty warrior will fight along side Viper for her freedom. Cayum is using Billie for his own evil plans and now Viper and Synne, a dark Fae will work against Cayum to free Billie from his control which will be the catalyst for a battle that is heading towards this band of champions .
Viper and Billie have a strong connection but neither one knows that they met before and that their memories of each other has been wiped out. The chemistry and passion between these two is explosive as Logan's wolf knows that Billie is their mate. Now Viper and Billie along with his brothers are sent to New Orleans to fulfill a prophecy with the help from a group of sexy vampires as well as protect her friend who's fate is tied to Billie. This story will have you on edge from beginning to end with all of the twists and turns, as good vs evil are at war, secrets are revealed and alliances are made . As the final battel approaches, Billie's true form is revealed as well as the prophecy fulfilled as Viper and Billie are true mates and will be tied together forever. If you like the supernatural with plenty of steam thrown in then this story is a must read. What a great collaboration between these two amazing authors, well done!

This exciting paranormal romance story will have you on the edge of your seat.The characters will captivate you.Viper was a cop but retired to join his brothers to fight for good .Each character will captivate you from a dark fae and wolf shifters,vampires , seers and so much more.Viper was attracted to Death a beautiful woman that has power that no one knows yet.This is a good verses evil type story.The magnetic pull between Viper an Death is smoking hot off the charts.I really enjoyed that there was never a boring moment in this whole story.There are so many twists and turns to this story will keep you riveted until the very last page and leave you begging for more.I love the way this amazing author brings the characters to life before your eyes and you can feel their emotions and their pain.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented author.

The second installment of Odin's Wolves MC does not disappoint! Billie "Death" Cameron is an underground supernatural cage fighter for a ruthless Dark Fae Capo. She does not understand her own abilities, she does know she can not kill one more being for her oppressor. Logan "Viper" Haagan is inexplicably drawn to the sexy fighter. The wolf shifter only knows he must protect her. Action, adventure, love, and redemption roll together to make for a heck of a ride. Add magic, mayhem, and supernaturals, I am in book heaven. Y'all will not be disappointed. Candi Fox at her finest!

Viper (Logan) and Lady Death (Billie) grab you right from the start and keep you glued to your Kindle wanting more. This emotional, action packed, intense read. The twist and turns this book has will have you in tears, laughing, and finding out some truths you may not expect. It will introduce you a variety of shifters, Fae, Vampires, witches, and bikers and will keep you turning page after to find out what will happen. An amazing read and I can't wait to read what comes next. These two ladies know how to pack a punch and they don't disappoint.

This is the first time I’ve read by Ms. Fox but I am familiar with Ms. Lawless’ work. These two authors have fantastic continuity with their writing. They developed their characters well and their storyline is intriguing and suspenseful. This is a story filled with action, twists and turns along with redemption. Viper finds the one in a cage fighter with the moniker Death. The chemistry between these two is off the charts!! I can’t wait for the next installment of this riveting series!

A fantastic read that's a great addition to the series that'll take you for a wild ride. Its got action, suspense, redemption and so much more. There's twists and turns with a few revelations that'll surprise you. You never know what your going to get from this one. It'll keep you on the edge of your seat till the very end.

This book was fantastic! I really enjoyed it! I did not want to put it down! It is well written. Loved the characters! They will keep you on the edge of your seat. It has action, suspense and so much more. The twists and turns will catch you by surprise. You will be reading as fast as you can to see what happens next! No spoilers! Check it out! Worth it!

I did enjoy this one but think I was expecting to feel the same as I did about book 1 and I didn’t. The world building is really good with complex characters and storylines. Loved catching up with Odins wolves and finding other creatures especially loving Deaths identity . Also a gator shifter that’s a first for me too!

Twists and turns will have you on the edge of your seat as you travel the pages of this wonderful action packed paranormal story. Logan (Viper) and Billie (Death) are wonderful characters, i couldn't put it down.

The book is the not the first I have read by Candi Fox, but it is the first I have read of Linny Lawless. It was a great fast paced book with a wide range of supernatural creatures. The characters are well developed and are easy to grow attached to. Nice world building.

Good lord, the book is good
Book 2 of this series, and I devoured it in one sitting. I couldn't stop fidgeting from being anxious; the fight scenes in this is EPIC! I can tell there's more for this book. Well done, author Candi Fox.

Mythology in Modern Times
I'd probably give this book 3.5 ⭐ if I could
This is the second book in a continuing spin-off series. It's not really a standalone. Viper is a demigod, the son of Odin and Gaia. He is an immortal werewolf dedicated to the fight for justice alongside his immortal brothers, the Odin’s Wolves MC. Moving from Dallas where he was a police officer to White Horse, OK to join his brothers. He meets Billie on his way to White Horse, seeing her fight for a Dark Fae she is desperate to escape from. Billie has been trapped by a contract to a Dark Fae since she was a teenager. She has been forced to kill in a fight ring in a way that hurts her soul.
Billie has no memories of before she was a child wandering the streets, starving and hiding in dumpsters. That is how she got trapped by the Dark Fae when he offered her food and safety.
Drawn to one another immediately when Billie finally escapes, Viper helps her and they are led to search for the answer to a prophecy.
There is a great deal of hot and heavy action in this book. Not just between Viper and Billie but between side characters too, that may have felt a little gratuitous with very little impact on the plot, though I may be wrong and find it’s helpful in future books. Despite the gratuitous sex, there was also some sweet and tender moments and not just romantically but also between friends.
The plot was interesting and we got to meet a vast array of different characters of different races and in different locations, some helpful, others not so much. There is a definite nod to the future but the ending was kind of confusing. I’m not really sure where it was going.
On the whole, it was an enjoyable book.
