Goddess Oracle Set

The inspirational deck, painted by Hranto Janto, is comprised of 52 over-sized cards, each representing a different energy or aspect of feminine wisdom. The 208-page illustrated book, written by Amy Sophia Marashinksy, presents the goddesses in alphabetical order. For each goddess, the book provides an original poem, mythological background, card meaning, and suggested ritual. The meanings sections include questions to help you divine the energy of the goddess in your own life. The book offers three different card spreads. The Goddess Oracle can help you understand where you are, where you are headed, and what you need for the journey.

This oracle set consists of 52 beautiful cards of goddesses from different cultures and an accompanying book. Every card shows a wonderful picture of a goddess with a catchword below which summarizes the meaning of the card. The book gives suggestions how to use the oracle and gives a a detailed description of every card:
- description of the goddess in poetic form
- mythology
- meaning of the card and
- a ritual.
I like to draw a card and meditate about the aspect of the goddess I´ve chosen and how it refers to my life and my character. And that´s what these cards are for – for personal development and not to tell you your future. Once some friends and I were sitting around a fire outside on a night with a full moon in the sky and every woman took a card to show her the traits she should clear up in the next time – let me tell you this experience was very intense and everyone seemed to get the card they needed most at that time. It was (like) magic…
I have also extended some of my favorite cards with a color copier to A4 to decorate the walls (or doors or my refrigerator) in my appartment. I like to change the copies with the seasons. I can really recommend this oracle set although some people may complain that the goddesses do have more aspects than the one shown on the card – and I think the author is aware of that fact but had to choose one aspect over the other – otherwise the design would have been too difficult.

I own a few tarot and oracle sets, and this is by far my favorite. The artwork is absolutely amazing and easy to connect to. I don't use my decks often, but I love to take this one out to just look at the images. Very strong goddesses, each and every one, and the small stories in the booklet inspired me to look up the history of the individual goddesses as well. The spreads suggested also work quite well.

Great art, I love how the goddesses are depicted of all ages and beauty characteristics. Also the inclusion of a "ritual" for each goddess sets it apart from many other decks in that is offers an "experiential" approach to connecting with the goddesses, not just their background and meaning.

Gorgeous deck. The images are multi-layered and beautifully executed. I LOVE the poems that introduce each goddess. I do wish the cards were a bit smaller, but this does not detract from my highest recommendation.

In Het Godinnenorakel brengen Amy Sophia Marashinsky en Hrana Janto de archetypische beelden van godinnen uit allerlei tradities bijeen in 52 prachtige kaarten. Erg leuk om met vriendinnen of in je vrouwencirkel een kaart te trekken, de interpretatie voor te lezen aan elkaar en soms kun je ter plekke een bijbehorende visualisatie of ritueel doen samen. Ik heb dit deck en de rituelen veel gebruikt in mijn cirkels en trainingen.

Apresenta de forma resumida as Deusas, suas cantigas conforme a leitora e um ritual específico para ativar a energia da carta, achei lindo em questão de detalhes e as cartas são bem diretas mas acho que poderia ter mais escrito sobre elas.

I love this set! The cards are big and colorful. The descriptions of each Goddess in the book is very well written. After the description of each Goddess is a possible explanation of why this Goddess has come to you when she did and a meditation excercise to help you conect with that Goddess. My only gripe with this set is that there were only 3 or 4 different card spreads listed and I don't really prefer any of them. I use my medicine card set spread instead. I still use this set when I need guidance and it helps me to see things in a different light.

I like these, use them on a weekly basis. Graphics are not the greatest but they work for what I need.

This is a tarot deck that my daughter surprised me with. I love mythology, especially anything to do with Goddesses. I love tarot cards, so this is awesome.
