Creator of The Chase Fulton Novels series and The Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins Series, Cap Daniels is a former sailing charter captain, scuba and sailing instructor, pilot, Air Force veteran, and civil servant of the U.S. Department of Defense. Raised far from the ocean in rural East Tennessee, his early infatuation with salt water was sparked by the fascinating, and sometimes true, sea stories told by his father, a retired Navy chief petty officer. Those stories of adventure on the high seas sent Cap in search of adventure of his own, which eventually landed him on Florida’s Gulf Coast where he and his wife Melissa spend as much time as possible on, in, and under the waters of the Emerald Coast.
With a headful of larger-than-life characters and their thrilling exploits, Cap pours his love of adventure and passion for the ocean onto the pages of his action adventure series, The Chase Fulton Novels and his new series Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins.
Inspired by the likes of John D. Macdonald’s Travis McGee, Randy Wayne White’s Doc Ford, and Wayne Stinnett’s Jesse McDermitt, Cap creates thrilling tales of action and adventure set throughout the Caribbean and coastal Florida and Georgia by intertwining nautical adventure with international espionage. Cap’s Chase Fulton Novels series promises to keep readers on the edge of their seats, trying to guess what new danger or adventure lies just around the corner.
The Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins series is a spin-off starring the most controversial and intriguing character from the Chase Fulton Novels. After defecting to the United States, Anastasia "Anya" Burinkova, a former Russian SVR assassin and intelligence operative puts her lethal skill set into action against the powerful Russian Mafia. In this gritty, organized-crime thriller series, Cap Daniels takes his readers into the dark underworld of the Russian Mafia weaving actual events into fiction to leave the reader's heart pounding and their fingers itching to turn the page.

Bad guys come along from time to time and try to ruin Chase's idyllic life on a boat in St. Marys, near Savannah, Georgia. When the boat isn't enough to soothe his addled mind, he takes to the skies in one of several flying machines at his disposal. Unfortunately, he can no longer seek seclusion in his beautiful antebellum mansion because a firebug torched it. And so the chase is on. Life wouldn't be worth living for him without his beautiful, talented actress and producer wife, Penny, who guides him to recovery from a severe concussion acquired on one chase. She's flanked by all the guys from his crew of elite, battle-hardened, snipers, and special-ops ex-military who all have multiple connections with CIA/FBI types and other alphabet groups. Even the president of the USA is a major player in this episode of Chase beats the bad guys. I thoroughly loved my first encounter with Chase and his heroic friends. I'm looking forward to more entertainment from them, thanks to Cap Daniels. I loved the setting, on a boat in the general area of the coastal Georgia-Florida state line. What a great place to live. The flying gigs the guys go on are a great deal of fun in the non-commercial options they use. Money makes that all so easy. The writing in 'The Burning Chase' is top-notch. I highlighted a couple dozen phrases to save and savor. I want more Cap Daniels thrillers in my life soon.
This is personal for Chase. He receives a phone call that will change his life as he knew it. Bonaventure, his beloved home, is on fire. He was out of town and it takes a while to get back to his home, just to watch it burn down. One man has been injured and burnt, and when he thinks it is the person responsible, he tries to get to him. To his shock it is Singer and he has risked his life to save one of the most precious heirlooms at Chase's home.
Now Chase is going to find out who burnt down Bonaventure. Could it be Anya. She has disappeared and no one has seen her and Skipper can't find her. In the midst of this, one of Chase's most loyal friends has been shot.
As usual, Chase and his gang are on another adventure, but will this one end his life?
Another worthy addition to the Chase Fulton series. Somehow Mr Daniels always manages to one up the story that came before. Just when you think Chase and his merry band have seen and done it all, there's another opportunity to save the world. This one is a more personal mission and it sets up the next story to come. Each story can stand well on its own. That being said, reading the whole series makes it a richer and more fulfilling experience as you meet the players, learn their stories and become invested in their lives. I'm now anxious for the next installment. I recommend this author and this series. I've never been disappointed.
Amazing! Cap Daniels comes up with another fantastic story line. Bonaventure is burned to the ground and the team comes together again. They are joined by a new member named Disco who becomes the pilot for Chase’s “fleet”. Thoughts arise that maybe Anya did it. But that is proved to be wrong. Chase is injured in a boat crash and is in a coma for days. He is again becomes involved in a turmoil surrounding the President being shot. Hard to stop reading. Get your chores done before you start this one!
How do you do it ? Every time I think I have the story figured out you shock and surprise me again . The whole story line was fantastic I was sure it was Anya but with more twists and turns this was TrueType a triller. Fabuless story anxiously awaiting the next . I still want more about the president though!! Thank you for another great story . 98 hrs of suspense and fun Candylady
The Burning Chase is another edge of your seat, page turner & do not want to put down read. I tried to read in one setting, but had to go to bed at midnight! Ha I hated to see the Home destroyed by fire, but I think there will be a much greater place built. More to Come! Cap Daniels has continually evolved into a much wanted Author, I have read his books from the first, Chase book. They are definitely a good read. Congratulations Cap! Again, looking forward to the next in the series.
Another pulse-pounding action adventure punctuated with thought provoking topics in the dialogue of well drawn characters whom readers come to feel we know personally. All reasons I can’t wait to read each new Chase Fulton story by Cap Daniels. If you are new to the series go back and start with "The Opening Chase" and read each story in order. If you have been reading them, I believe you will agree with me that they only get better and better, now twelve books and counting.
Another absolutely fantastic read. Once started you can't put it down. It's the smoothest reading which takes you seemlessly along the story. The simple truth, if you can't put it down, you have to wait longer for the next adventure. I was in the middle of another series and deliberately put this book off because I knew I would tear into it. Great job Cap and I am positive we all can't wait for teams next adventure.
Each book seems to introduce us to more interesting characters...starting book 13 and already wondering how long I have to wait to see the next one come out. This entire series is thoroughly entertaining. I read a lot and these are at least as good as all the Rapp, Noble, and Reacher series...In fact, I am be enjoying them even more. Whether sailing, flying, fighting, or simply living, the detail and story lines just keep getting better.
A couple of months ago I was looking for a new series to read while I was waiting for new books to be released on what I was currently reading. I downloaded the first Chase Fulton book and was immediately hooked! I have downloaded all the other books available in the series an am currently reading Book 13, Poison Chase. Cap Daniels has a way of making you feel like you are in the story and a part of Chase Fulton's team! Great read, great characters, great story lines.
Mesmerizing as usual! I seriously can't wait for the next t!!! Any idea when that will come out? Great book! I am never disappointed. I noticed there have been a couple cliff hangers in the last two novels! I really liked this one as much of not more than the previous ones!!
Mr. Daniels keeps finding very intriguing stories in his mind! I intend to keep following his books as long as I can! He has resolved some issues from the Polar book! He has also created more mysteries for this team to solve and added a very likable new character! I cannot wait for the next one! Hurry please!
Was this a sample? I understand leaving the reader anxious for the next book, but this left me with "that's it? That's the end?" And did I miss something? Why did the bad guy kill the bad guy? Too many subplots in this one. None make sense - and just learned Chase age. Really? So much experience and skill and the savior of the country - and at that tender age???
Great action! As always well developed story and characters! Loved the Angels' battle!!! Laugh out loud with the car horn in Argentina!! That is a very Latino trait! We drive with one hand on the wheel and the other on the horn, is a must! LOL😂😂😂 Can't wait for the next book!
Great story with all the usuals keeping the pages turning the loss of our Russian must be over she brings greatness to the group mango knows where she is and I'm looking forwArd to more books from Cap ciao from costa rica,San Rafael de heredia home to my Scotty dog Marlee and me ciao stay safe ...
This is the first book I've read by this outstanding author. The investigative tthriller is never boring and moves right along while solving events that are awesome. I'll be reading all his stories in this series starting with book 1. Cheers sent to Cap Daniiels who definitely knows how to captivate his readers!
Not great, too many back stories.Other parts made no sense.Has to fly to L.a. to tell Penny the house burned down, for some reason couldn't call on the phone.Too many pages at the hospital, which didn't make sense at all.A good part was about a sniper which is left to another book? I think? did not purchase the next book after reading those reviews.
So far I have read all twelve of Cap Daniel's novels of Chase Hilton's novels and was totally hooked from the very first novel Thrilling, fast moving, great exciting. I could go on and on but want to get started on the next novel to find out what happens next.
The adventures continue and the group Chase operates with is fantastic!
Bonaventure has been set aflame turning the world on edge. This is the beginning of more to come. As the team grows in members and loyalty, the adventures continue. Fantastic character development. Exciting to read!
Cap Daniel's Chase Fulton Series are some of my favorite books. I've read all of the books in the series and consistently want to start a new book immediately. Many times I've expressed dismay that my favorite Authors are unable to write as quickly as I can read. This is never more true than when finishing a Cap Daniels book.
Very disappointed. This is so repetitious with very little new parts of the continuing story. Had been so anxiously awaiting the book, but feel we are just being strung along to sell books.
One of the best Chase books yet, the action of the team was awesome in finding the culprit responsible for the fire! Can't wait for the next Chase team installment. I only wish you could write them faster Cap, such great enjoyment! Thank You...
I always learn something new, get a burst of insight into a different theoretical idea and, yes, a sailing or flying lesson. Chase and his team again show love of country, love of others and a combined strength in camaraderie. Bravo, Mr. Daniels!
Great story with enjoyable new characters and a developing plot, with hints at a continuation. The ending may have been a bit too convenient and abrupt but otherwise a terrific effort!
Another great story and I can't wait for more. I would recommend this series to everyone. They keep you wondering what is going too happen next. Cap February can't come fast enough for your next book.
Just another great book about the merry band of misfits. There is always SOMETHING going on. The ending was perfect. Hooked ya right in. Can’t wait for the next one.
Detail without being boring, a well researched piece of writing that keeps the reader engrossed while giving lessons from religion to covert off the books clandestine activities.
Wow this was one damn good read with Chase And his team! Man I hate to finish these books as you have to wait for the next book to get in the mix of things with your book friends!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
