If you are prone to listen to a harsh inner critic, this might be just the right title for you. I loved the well-informed introduction which was full of great examples to show the difference between a destructive inner critic, and an inner voice that is full of self compassion. The exercises in this workbook are thought-provoking and helpful, and maybe this book cannot replace therapy, but it is a valuable and really helpful book. 5 out of 5 stars
