This edition of iX Developer is solely dedicated to the new features of C++, so if you'd like to have a comprehensive overview of how the language changed, what new features are there and how they are an improvement over existing features, then this is the thing you need to read.
You surely won't miss out on the "big four", namely concepts, ranges, coroutines and modules by reading this, but there is a lot more here. Expect many pages on new/extended library features (chrono, concurrency, etc), core language improvements (spaceship operator, enums, new data types, etc), and of course tools (current compiler support, linters, benchmark tools, etc.).
The explanations and associated code examples are clearly written by someone who is very familiar with the language, so I don't think anyone would be disappointed by reading this. A highly recommended read.
