In book 4 of this USA Today bestselling series. Mia and Kate are still working on building their new honey business while Travis and Cooper are keeping a big secret that could wreak havoc in both of their relationships.
Meanwhile, a former guest of the B&B shows up in the dead of night, and she needs a place to hide. Will her cover get blown?
There’s also a reporter coming to the B&B, but does she plan to write a delightful article about their business, or is she trying to sabotage it?
Hey there! Before I tell you all about myself, can I invite you to join my private Rachel's Readers Facebook group? That's where my readers hang out, discuss my books, participate in giveaways and learn about new releases.
So who am I? My name is Rachel Hanna, and I am a wife, mother of three incredible kids (maybe I am a BIT biased?), two lovable doggies and one cat that lives outside and thinks he owns the world. Okay, I also have a gecko now too. Don't judge me.
I started writing as a young child, and I went into the field of Journalism for many years as an adult. Now, as a romantic fiction writer, I get to live out my own daydreams every single day and share them with readers around the world!
I'm a Southern chick living near Atlanta, so I say "yes, ma'm" and "ya'll", but I wouldn't have it any other way. :)
I love this sweet southern series! I wish that I could go stay at the B&B. I already feel like Mia and Kate are my good friends. This story was more about expanding the business and getting their new honey on the market. And Cooper and Travis starting their own business. I love all the character's in this series and have enjoyed reading about them becoming a family. I hope the author writes a few more books in this series because I feel like there is just so much more to explore with these lovely people!
This is book #4 in the Sweet Teak B&B series. If the previous books have been read, then you'll enjoy the continuing story of Mia and Kate as they not only share the responsibility of running the Sweet Tea B&B, but also have started a new business raising bees and making honey. They are thrilled when the editor of a popular southern magazine calls them requesting an interview for a story about the honey business.
Along with the honey business and Kate's party planning expertise, holding weddings at the B&B was alsompicking up. They even hosted the secret wedding of a well-known Hollywood actress. In preparation of more wedding business they are expanding their outside venue.
The adventures of Mia and Kate, along with Evie, will keep you turing the pages of this delightful book. It's possible there will be a wedding where either Mia or Kate could be the bride, but you have to read to the end to find out if that happens. Once again, Rachel Hanna's characters come to life on the pages of her books
Sweet Tea and Wedding Rings is by Rachel Hanna. This is the fourth book in the series. It takes place in a small town in the mountains at a B&B owned by Kate and Mia, Mia had grown up at the B&B with her mother and loved the place, although she also wanted to travel more. Kate was her Father’s daughter by another wife but she and Mia had accepted each other as sisters and Mia was also Aunt Mia to Kate’s daughter. Kate was divorced and was raising her daughter on her own. She had the idea of creating the “Sweet Charlene’s Honey” business which she ran. Mia ran the B&B. Kate received a phone call one day from Grits and Glory magazine. They wanted to send a reporter to get information on the honey business and on the B&B for an article in their magazine. Kate was thrilled. Free advertising for their business. Olivia Steel arrived from the magazine. She was not the original reporter who was to be sent. She was trying to claw herself up the corporate ladder and intended to write the article as a serious one not a “fluff” piece. She wasn’t what Kate and Mia had expected. Late the night Olivia arrived, they had an unexpected visitor to the B&B. Lana Blaze, a famous singer, had come there to hide. She had married there ; but soon found out her husband and her manager were having an affair, so she left him. Now she was hiding out until she figured out what she wanted to do. To add to the fun, Evie, Kate’s daughter, a junior in high school fell into love with a new student when he tripped her and her ankle was sprained. Hanging around the new boy in town, Evie’s friend Dustin became very jealous. Kate and Mia also have it out with their boyfriends when Cooper and Travis went into business together and didn’t bother to tell the girls about the plans they were making. The book is cute; but not as good as the other ones of hers I have read.
Sweet Tea & Wedding Rings is the fourth book in the Sweet Tea Series. It is a short clean, romance novel that follows two sisters who found each other after tragedy. Mia and Kate are working on building their honey business as well as continuing their B&B. The two are excited when they find out a reporter will be visiting them to write a piece on the honey business. When the reporter shows up though their excitement diminishes when it seems she has a bigger agenda that could leave the B&B in a bad light. Meanwhile you have Cooper and Travis who have decided to go into business together but keep it a secret from Kate and Mia, causing distrust.
I really enjoyed this short story with themes of romance, honesty, and family. I ended up reading this after the fifth book but luckily it wasn't too much of a spoil alert. I do recommend reading them in order. One thing I have to say about this book is I felt the ending was a little rushed and wished their was a little more to it. Overall though it was a nice, easy, quick read.
The story continues. I am really getting into this series and look forward to seeing what is going to happen next. The characters are seeming to become more and more realistic. Onto book 5!
I got this whole series on audio from my library. I had six borrows left and there were six volumes of this series and I thought it'd just be a sweet little dive into a small Georgia town for a few hours.
Y'all.
I honestly can't tell if the writing is really bad or if the audiobook narrator is just really bad at her job, but this is some of the most stilted, silly, juvenile writing I've read so far. The first few in the series weren't a whole lot better, but the plots were at least present. Not so much with this volume. There's a mustache-twirling villain in city-girl journalism heels (who, btw, is gone before the last third), a rock star undercover who, if the excerpt on-page is to be believed to be representative of her talent, should stick to music, and a teenage romance that literally sounds like a grandmother trying to read self-help to The Youths.
It's not just bad, it's bad. Bad to the point that I'm totally going to keep listening to the last two, because I have a morbid curiosity to see just HOW bad it can get.
Luckily, the individual books are blessedly short.
(I've read Rachel Hanna's other work, btw, and it wasn't like this. If someone told me this was her fifteen-year-old daughter ghostwriting it, I'd believe them. I also thought that maybe this was her older work, but it's from 2023, which is mindboggling, since it reads like early 2000's wattpad romance.)
Sweet Tea and Wedding Rings by Rachel Hanna is a 2021 publication.
I have really enjoyed this ongoing novella series centered around Mia and her sister Kate, their love interests and Kate’s daughter. For some reason I thought this was the last installment- but was pleasantly surprised to find that there are at least two more after this one. Yay!
This installment, though I loved, loved, loved the ending, was not my all time favorite. I did love seeing Cooper and Travis getting along, I loved hearing from characters featured in previous episodes, and the introduction of new characters, but I felt the small town versus the big city monologues got a bit too heavy handed. The stereotypes on both sides of the coin were way over the top, nearly sucking all the charm out of the story and creating a very tense atmosphere I wasn’t in love with.
Thankfully, even in such a short story, the author managed to steer things back towards the saga between the sisters and their significant others and their futures together and it ended on a very sweet note, even after all the vitriol.
So, despite the journey’s rocky road- I’m still all in on the series and can’t wait to see what will happen next at the Sweet Tea B&B. 💖
Sweet Tea & Wedding Rings Book 4- Mia & Kate are working very hard on tier bee keeping business by selling honey at fairs. However, Travis and Cooper (Kate and Mia’s honeys) are keeping a big secret from the sisters. Then one night a former well-know guest shows up in the middle of the night. She needs a place to hide. A well know magazine wants to do an article on the honey from the Inn. The reporter comes to write an article and is determined to make a name for herself and possibly ruin the Inn. This is a feel-good book for women. As we know this story and the rest all have great endings. As far as the physical book goes, pages were loose and fell out. I have to refix them to the book. I was not happy at this at all.
Kate and Mia have a lot going on in their lives. They are trying to get the B&B and Bee business growing, dealing with getting to know their father, and then add the growing relationships each of them have going on. Now, the sisters have a reporter coming to write a review on their businesses but something is off with the reporter. As if things couldn't get worse, Lane Blaze shows up in the dead of night needing someplace she can hide from the public. How are they going to keep the reporter , who makes it obvious she isn't impressed, and a big story like Lane Blaze apart. As if this wasn't stress enough, Travis and Cooper are starting to go missing and acting strange when they do show up. What is going to go south first?
Sweet Tea and Wedding Rings by Rachel Hanna is an enjoyable addition to the series but fell a bit flat compared to some of her other works. The story continues to deliver the heartwarming charm and small-town vibes that Rachel Hanna is known for, but it lacked the emotional depth and character growth I’ve come to expect.
While the book had its sweet and feel-good moments, it felt somewhat predictable, and the pacing was slower in parts. I found myself wanting more development in the relationships and a stronger resolution to some of the storylines.
It’s a pleasant read for fans of the series, but not one that stood out to me. A solid 3 stars for its cozy atmosphere and light, enjoyable storytelling.

The Sweet Tea B & B is once again a sweet, continuing read about the family and friends of the previous owner and honoring the daughters’ mother. They have a strong commitment to keep their mother’s dream alive by adding to the existing business. In attempting to honor the history, they slowly lose what is important to them personally. This is a wonderful, feel good book to sit down and enjoy. It will definitely put a smile on your face and happiness in your heart. The emotional interactions between all the characters is special. The proposal is amazing as well as the wedding. You need to read the book to find who the happy couple is......
In the fourth of a charming series, a reporter arrives to do a story on the B&B's honey, but it seems she's looking for a juicy angle that might end up sabotaging their business. While she's there, a former guest arrives, seeking a place to hide, but what if teh reporter discovers her presence? While Mia and Kate are dealing with all this, Travis and Cooper are keeping a big secret from them, and the ladies are getting suspicious.
Sweet Tea and Wedding Rings is a sweet and clean romance. Reading this new book was like visiting with old friends. I love the characters and how they have grown over the last books. It is a wonderful book that will leave you in a good mood. I was gifted this book as an arc. I voluntarily give my review. This is my honest review.
Another wonderful story of family bonding, love and happiness. I would truly enjoy staying at this B&B and getting to know them more and just spending time with them. This series has kept me wanting more after each book and so happy when I get a nee one. Truly a wonderful and gifted writer/author.
A good clean women's fiction, romance: I really enjoyed this book of the series, the continuity is great, the characters are well-developed, written with a lot of emotion. The story is a continuation about two sisters, the struggles they go through in relationships and in business. I would highly recommend it.
The story line was wonderful. It made me feel a part of each characters story. In my head I could see the B&B and the mountain scenery. Mia & Kate have grown into caring sisters with enough conflict to keep things interesting. I hope their will be more to this story line along the way.
Love the characters Evie and Kate. I just wish the sister wasn't such a mama's girl. I would hate to think that there are mothers that want their daughters to live out their dream. At least not during this century. But I did give it 5 stars because I loved the story just got tired of reading about momma in every paragraph.
I started reading the Sweet Tea B&B series because a friend gave me the 1st book. I fell in love with the characters. They are very relatable. I also liked the length of the books. Even though I wanted more. Highly recommend this series. I'll be sharing the 1st book with another friend.
Mia and Kate are working on their honey business. An abrasive reporter arrives to do a feature on their business. She has the power to destroy their business, a fact that she seems to relish. Travis and Cooper begin a secret project. An unexpected visitor shows up, looking to hide from the world. Issues are resolved and secrets uncovered.
An entertaining, well written story of self discovery, trust and perseverance. Finding who you are meant to be without letting go of a legacy you are proud to honor. Learning to trust in a love that will fulfill your dreams and future. This book kept me entranced all the way to the end!
4 stars for Sweet Tea & Wedding Rings ( Sweet Tea B&B Book 4). At last! Mia and Travis make the move towards a happily ever after. Too bad they have a disagreement and break up before getting back together.
My anticipation for this book was matched by the pleasure reading it. Love th story between the two sisters. Now that one is happy, can't wait to see what happens to the next one. Great storyline & development of characters thru the series.
Book 4 in the Sweet Tea B&B series did not disappoint. I loved the surprise weeding and the whole now venture in this part of the series. I want these books to be longer but that's just because I love te characters so much.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book because it made my heart feel happy. It is nice to have a happy ending. I enjoyed all the characters and their personalities.
