Not really into to this one, at all actually. Just came off as a bunch of kids trying to play dress up or something. Couldn’t really connect with the characters because it was just so childish and basic stuff that you just wanted it to be over with. Good on this.

You got me worried when you make these women characters so weak! Why is she saying yes to Julius for Marriage…he’s carelessly cheating and they not even married yet, he abuses her, he really be slapping her around and bruising her up, he told her to get an abortion and they supposed to end up with an HEA? Julius’s characteristics are of a man who could careless if he’s caught cheating. So why you make him care if he’s caught. He don’t care about nothing, not even Natalia. You got these characters throwing LOVE Around when it’s anything but that. This book is ridiculous, I don’t want to even finish the series, i almost stopped reading a few times…give these women a BACKBONE. THE GLORIFYING CHEATING NARRATIVE IS GETTING TIRING!!! GLORIFYING DV! The men in your books CHEAT, APOLOGIZE WITH SEX AND CHEAT AGAIN! The women… Endure heartbreak, forgive the man and forget everything that happened. This the worst, in one chapter, he smacked her around, because he thought she was dating Frank. The next minute everything was forgotten with sex, “a sorry” and some empty “I love yous” the abuse hasn’t come up again yet and Nat doesn’t seem bothered BY THE ABUSE!

Wooooow Okay. Good read. Great story!!!!….but some fucked up characters though. First off let’s talk about Dalia (Natalia’s mother). She makes her daughter tell everyone that they are sisters. Makes this damn child fend for herself by damn stealing and if that ain’t enough she’s charges her to watch tv and use a phone. Now on to Natalia. Typical young virgin female falls for the first thug that rolls up on her. Let me just say that I hoped that Julius and Natalia didn’t work out because not only was Julius physically abusive but he was mentally abusive as well. I was actually hoping that she found someone else (Not Frank’s weird ass), but she’s young, dumb, and in love. I hope, I truly and sincerely hope that Julius gets his shit together in part 2. Because while he’s constantly saying he loves Natalia, he continuously puts his sausage into any bun that’s hot, steamed, and ready to go. She’s always crying yet always taking him back.

dramatic but immature characters

If you’re looking for a toxic love story this is it! The main characters make you roll your eyes and want to scream at them to do better. If you don’t like reading about domestic violence you shouldn’t read this.

Natalia is so young and naive and Julius is manipulative and toxic af! Like seriously he’s not even a catch for her to be going through all he put her through. Hiring a young woman to be the maid? Girl bye. And she has no drive at all. Like barely wants to finish school or has any aspirations in life. Can’t wait to see if she’s grows and matures over the next couple of books. Julius just needs to get it together.

I’m sure this wasn’t the authors fault but some letters were extremely large compared to the rest of the words throughout the book and it was a little distracting. Like it was starting a new chapter but it was was only starting a new paragraph.

Greg is going to die because he's going against the grain and trying to kidnap Nat smh Julius is going to kill him. Speaking of Julius he's the ultimate dog and man wh*** lol like that man knows he loves Nat so why do he continue to mess around on her is beyond me, then he proposed 🤦🏽‍♀️. He's messing with the most disregard no self respect at all having females and I hope one day Natalia wakes up. I know she loves him, but that's just not what's up how he's treating her. Loved it. Great read 😘

This a good series so far. Its sad that a person can be so blinded by love that they will continue to keep going back even though they know things may never change. I wish Natalie will see that she deserves so much more then what Julius is doing or given her. I hope that she will find out before its to late and I hope Julius ass will finally wake up and see Nat is truly a rider. Its crazy how when hoes the pens they be thinking to much into it and want way more then what that person is offering them.

Toxic asf but I’m sold

This book was so toxic! OMG Shvonne! Girl! This is the most entertaining toxic soap operaesque book I have read in forever! I need Natalia to get a backbone and give that cat up to somebody else at least one time for the one time because the way Julius stay doing her dirty is diabolical! My goodness! I am gonna finish this series in one night because I need to know how it ends!

25% in and I had to stop. I couldn’t continue. The MMC is an awful human being. Cheating and then DV? No thanks. Plus I can tell the FMC, who is only 16 is going to be too weak. I’ve read some other reviews with the next books in the series and I know she stays with him so there is no point in me wasting my time. I would have loved if she moved on to someone better and worthy, then maybe I could have pushed through.

Damn these cliffhangers

Sooo I read this book almost to the end and realized I’ve started this book twice before. I stopped reading bc I don’t like reading about teens having grownup relations although that what it is in real life anyhow it’s definitely a page turner but that damn ending Smdh. Anyhow it’s a great story.

This story was full of drama and stupid. I had this story in my kindle too long and decided to read something old. Natalia was naive and needed to grow up. Then to say she's in love with Julius when she knows nothing about love. Now because I have the other books in my kindle I have to read more of the foolery to see where the author will be heading with these idiots.

I just can't with Nat. It just irks my bloodstream for her to be so spineless. At this point I don't really like none of the characters. I hate how Julius treats her all because he has mommy issues. It's one things to be cheating but you not about to be cheating and beating my azz!!. I really hope Nat grows a backbone.💟💟
