I throughly enjoyed Harbor Falls. It is a book about second chances and letting yourself trust enough to fall in love again. Adalyn and Colin had that instant connection that everyone hopes to find. Adalyn was deceived by the person she should’ve been able to trust completely. Colin was hurt deeply as well, but he was ready to let go and date again for the first time in years. This sweet story takes us through their journey to overcoming their past and finding their future.

Adalyn and Colin's love for each other is just so sweet and pure. Both overcome their past issues and betrayals, with dignity and grace. I just couldn't put the book down. It was simple, sweet, love story, leaving the reader wanting to know more. I'm looking forward to the next books in the series.

If you have read Sandi Lynn, you will not like this book.
Harbor Falls written by Sandi Lynn under the pen name Fiona Rivers, could have been much much better. I would not recommend this to anyone with enthusiasm.

Oh yes, Harbor Falls is full of surprises, not only it gave me a fantastic vibe but I just could not put it down... at first I thought that it had the same theme as your other books (believe it or. I’m proud to say that I have read all your books from Forever Black to the latest) I often go back and open your books when there’s nothing worthwhile in my kindle search.
Harbor Falls not only made me fantasize how true love really felt like, it further awakens memories of youth, true love comes when least expected, in the absence of first love, love at first sight comes like a thief in the night... neither you expect nor imagine it coming ...this was exactly what happened between Colin and Adalyn, both felt an unusual connection, heating their senses, rapid heartbeats 💓 surprising themselves without their knowledge of course. Colin felt that unusual heartbeat upon seeing Adalyn quietly sitting in his Bar!!! Same thing exactly happened to Adalyn!!! Magical? Phenomenal? Miracle? Absolutely correct!!! Both found out that their fate and destiny wondrously happened between them beyond their imagination!!! Second chance at love was more beautiful and wonderful ... what’s more sweet than that? Stunning
The story is a little different from what the author normally writes but the story was absolutely amazing.
Adalyn Roberts is a Art curator in New York and all she ever wanted was to start a family with her husband Darren. Two years ago Adalyn suffered a miscarriage at 16 weeks. Then a year and a half passed and every month like clock work she takes a test and comes back negative. This was tearing Adalyn apart then on day she found out that she wasn't pregnant and took a personal day from work. As Adalyn was taken Darren's suit from the closet to give to goodwill Adalyn discovered a receipt for a vasectomy that he had three days after she miscarried. This tore her to shreds and she confronted him about it only to tell her he never wanted kids.
After their divorce Adalyn goes on a little break to Harbor Falls falls in love with the place and moves there.On her first night there she goes into a bar for some food and she is approached by a handsome man and owner Colin Young. Colin is also the town handyman he can do anything.
Colin and Adalyn develop feelings for one another but they don't want to commit because they have both been hurt in a few different ways. Then we have Annie the town gossip and Adalyn next door neighbor who is like a yo-yo coming back an forward.

Adalyn had wanted a baby for so long and after suffering a miscarriage she was disappointed when month after month nothing happened and she was couldn't understand what was happening and then she found out what her husband had done and that made her walk away from her marriage and file for a divorce. Adalyn decided that she needed to get out of New York so she decided to go to Harbor Falls while her divorce was going through. Colin was drawn to Adalyn the moment that she stepped into the bar that he and his sister owned after there parents were killed in a boating accident years ago. There are many twists and turns along with secrets, pain, betrayal, loss, second chances and emotional situations and that is what makes you keep turning the pages to see what would happen next. This is the first book that I have read by Fiona Rogers but definitely not the last as it was so well written and definitely worth reading.

Sweet and thoughtful journey as Adalyn finds herself needing a fresh start. Being betrayed by her husband shakes her foundation so she steps away to Harbor Falls and finds a community full of wonderful people. Boldly leaving the city, she buys a house on the ocean and follows her dream of opening an art gallery. Collin is a successful entrepreneur with the bar and grille while offering help to anyone that needs a handyman. Meeting Adalyn shakes his foundation. After having his heart broken in a cruel manner, he closed himself off from relationships and love. Adalyn isn’t ready to find a relationship but building a friendship with Collin comes naturally but will they break down their walls and realize love is possible? I love the community of Harbor Falls. It is full of rich characters that provided an amazing back drop for Adalyn to start the next chapter of her life. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

I didn’t like the way it was written, but as its a quick read i coped.
Addy was deceived by her ex husband and moved from NYC to Harbour Falls, where she meets Colin.
Colin was left almost at the alter by his ex over 2 years ago and no one had interested him, until Addy came to town.
It was a bit wet really, all they ever did was hold hands, eat and drink.
I get that Addy wanted to take it slowly, but come on. They never had any personal conversations, never kissed and yet they loved each other.
Addy got on my nerves tbh, a pampered woman and yes her ex was a douchebag. She left with enough money to pay cash for a house, open an expensive business and not have to worry about going on a spending spree. Even with all that, she was still miserable. Not sure how everyone was so ‘in love’ with her.
Colin was a bit better, but tbh he seemed a wimp.
Was an ok read, but glad when I’d finished it.

A book that speaks of pain, loss, forgiveness, restarts and above all about of love. Everything made with great delicacy and talent. A novel that is subtle in the interactions between the protagonists Adalyn and Colin, but dense in describing Adalyn´s experiences. I confess that when I finished it I wanted to know more about the couple. I am extremaly happy with the Christmas special that will be released. About Harbor Fall? I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I got an ARC copy and I was so pleased with how it progressed and turned out in the end.
There are so many books that do the newfound/second chance love thing and it's just lazy and predictable.
Fiona Rivers did a great job of keeping me entertained and giving you that slow burn that you want in a good romance-ish type book without turning it into an NSFW read.
I found myself rooting for Adalyn and Collin, and really enjoying the fact that Adalyn has her own agenda and her own thoughts, her love interest be damned, if need be.
She is a strong character and I can appreciate the way she handles situations in a REAL world manner.
Altogether, they end up together, which is what we want, right?
Looking forward to more books from Fiona River!

Sweet romance story about Adalyn and Colin who get a second chance to find love. Both had their hearts broken and Adalyn is reluctant to date again. When she sees Colin her thought was that he was "extremely handsome." When Colin sees her his thought was that she was a "truly beautiful woman."Colin fell for Adalyn the moment she looked at him with those blue eyes. However, Adalyn was just recovering from a recent divorce and was not looking for a relationship. Colin decides to become Adalyn's friend first and hopes to declare his feelings later. It was'nt until she confront's her ex-husband that she is ready to move on. Eventually Adaly and Colin start dating and fall in love. This was truly a love story without the usual steamy sex that usually accompany adult romance novels. Would recomment this book to those who want the focus to be on love.

This is a wonderful new series…that takes place in the oceanside town of Harbor Falls. It sucks you in with a mid-blowing intro where Adalyn is shocked to learn about her husband’s deception and walks away to a completely new life in Harbor Falls, a place she visited when she was a kid. It is there that she starts a new business in a new home and meets lot of caring people including Colin..who also has had a disappointing relationship in his past. They not only come together but create for us the Harbor Falls “family of friends”. I am so looking forward to the next book…Christmas in Harbor Falls. So 5 star worthy.

This is a small town love story. I loved the characters of Colin and Adalyn. They have both had difficult past relationships and in Adalyn's case, a very deceitful husband and marriage. This story is about the trust issues that meeting new people involves. It's a really easy read and you can't help but fall in love with all the characters and Harbor Falls. I'm hoping there will be more books based around some of Adalyn's friends and am really looking forward to book 2 which is due to be released for Christmas.

A story about regaining trust after it was broken. Colin and Adalyn are both suffering broken hearts. Colin’s fiancé left him one week before they were to be married and Adalyn divorced her husband after finding out something that destroyed their marriage. Together Colin and Adalyn now try to put their lives back together and get over what was done to them. This is a story and moving on and the possibility of opening their heart to let love in again. I truly enjoyed this genuine and beautiful story and fell in love with a town called Harbor Falls. Cannot wait for more.

Colin Young and Adalyn Richards are a match made in Heaven. This sweet, slow burn romance novel was a pleasant surprise for me. Colin was not only sexy but a great catch. Colin is the owner of Seaside Bar and Grille (located in Harbor Falls) with his twin sister Katherine. His first encounter with Adalyn is when enters his bar and the sparks was instantaneous. They are both healing from heart break. They soon find out that love can heal all.I throughly enjoyed reading this book and so will you!

This is such an amazing book, you get the feel good feeling and you just fall in love with the characters and the book! Everyone can read this book (series). You can read this book from the year you turn 14-15 to the year you turn 80 years old. This is new, sweet and exciting, I couldn’t put the book down and I guarantee YOU will LOVE THIS BOOK! Hallmark can definitely make a series or a movie with this book.

I loved the story about Colin and Addy. It really was a five star love story. I hated the way it was written. After each sentence it wasn’t necessary to alway say she smiled or his lips turned upward or she gave a slight grin. I really hated that part of the book because it happened so much in every chapter in almost every sentence. I Love this authors books I have many but the way this was written is the only down fall.

I seriously loved this book. It was a genuine love story. I loved reading bout Colin and Addy, they have a cute connection. When reading harbor falls I could picture the little town, and the people. I know a Christmas book is coming and can't wait to see all my favorites again. I wanted to keep reading. It was an overall sweet little romance that that captures your attention. I would highly recommend this book.

This book is so sweet and so emotional that you get pulled into the story from the first page. We meet Colin and Adalyn who have both been betrayed by previous relationships and both have issues they need to overcome and what they want in life. I didn’t want to put this book down and I am gutted it’s finished. I need more.

I received an ARC copy of the book for my honest review. This was a sweet story of love and healing. Addy was hurt in the worst way possible and when her life felt apart she need to restart. She meets Colin and learns to love and trust again. Love heals the soul.

Simply put this is a sweet love story. Its perfectly written and was so simple and easy to read that you couldn't help but fall in love with the characters. I loved reading this story so much and I'm looking forward to reading more about Harbor Falls.

This was a nice, harmless and very clean story, not even so much as a kiss. There were quite a lot of grammatical errors and mistakes throughout this book and I hate to see that, it makes it harder for me to read and enjoy.
