Four kids – Max, Sophie, Violet and Parker, walk into the garage one morning like any other day to pick their scooters to go out and play. But that day, they see a stuffed toy in the corner and their curiosity spikes. This toy turns out to be an Elf Doll and the kids have no idea as to who left it there. On closer observation, the kids find out that this doll is holding a cube in its hands. Once the cube is pressed, a whole new world opens up.

All the kids follow the elf doll and reach a shed. Once they reach the shed, they realize that they are no longer in their backyard. On top of this, they realize that the elves have gone rogue and the kids need to restore peace in order to celebrate Christmas.

Where have the kids gone with the elf doll?
Whom do they meet?
Why have the elves gone rogue?
Will the kids be able to do something?
Will there be Christmas?

Conclusion,

This lovely book takes us through the adventure of four kids and the adorable mystery they solve together. It is a darling read and I absolutely enjoyed it. It took me back to my childhood, wherein I would sit and devour all the Famous Five, Find Outers and Three Investigators. A really charming and darling read.

A lovely little Christmas story that made even 11 y/o Max believe in Santa Claus. They saved Christmas and Santa, four little kids that had more power than anyone would have expected. A story that will charm children and adults alike. This story was given to me for free and all I had to do was write a review. Enjoy.

Great chapter book and story!

Great for the chapter book youngster in your life! I have a ten year old that loves chapter books. This was a good level for her, but also went well for my 8 year old. Good storytelling for child winter months as well!

An exciting and quirky chapter book about kids saving Christmas after many of Santa’s elves turn zombie-like and seek to destroy Christmas. Who is behind all this? That’s what four siblings must find out before it’s too late!

I really liked the illustrations and Author Mitchel Maree’s story was really good. I think this is a perfect read for kids ages 7-10 who love a bit of mystery, magic, and mayhem in their stories. I’m looks forward to the next Magic Cube book!
