This is a fantastic little book which contains a huge amount of practical, useful information. It was exactly the book I needed to read and I am very grateful Emma wrote it. The cover is also a lovely silkey, smooth texture which makes it a nice tactile book to hold.

Not a bad introduction to such ideas and thoughts but very basic, only good for people who've never considered these things before.
