“You’re stretched so big around my cock,” he murmurs. “I’m fucking this tiny hole of yours so hard and fuck, Brigit, you cry the prettiest tears.” He sweeps one away with the pad of his thumb. “Tears like diamonds. And you’re being such an angel, a little slut of an angel, you are being such—” He punctuates this with a vicious thrust. I see the stars. “A good—” Hard. Harder. I’m right on the edge. “Girl.”

LISTEN UP. THIS GUY IS A REAL AHOLE WHO LIKES TO PUT HIS D IN ALL THE HOLES. But he can be sweet about it....
Now, go buy it.
The End.

Ok, but seriously...I cannot even with these two! I loved every word of Zeus and Brigits final book! Even though, I wanted to throw my kindle!

Zeus is one of my fave heroes of Amelia's he definitely gives his brother Hades a run for his money! The dirty mouth, the protective alpha, the damaged anti-hero! HE. IS. EVERYTHING you want in a darker, sexy as fuck book boyfriend!

What an epic, wickedly steamy finale to an amazing trilogy!

Darker Than Night is the final book in Zeus and Brigit’s story and let me tell you, it does not disappoint. Just like before, this book starts off right where Sweeter Than Sin ends. And given the crazy cliffhanger we had to endure, I couldn’t dive into this book fast enough. And see as these two characters have been through so much together already, I couldn’t even predict where the story was going to take us.

This finale gives us a deeper, more emotional look into the relationship between Zeus and Brigit. Their chemistry and desire for one another has transformed into a achingly beautiful love that neither of them expected, but turns out to be exactly what each other needs. The push and pull of their desires take them both on a roller coaster of self discovery, escaping the bonds of the past, and forming a brighter future together.

The entire trilogy comes to a head when vengeance is finally sought, when justice is served for the tragedies of the past, and when a soulless antihero finds a love he thought he never deserved. Darker Than Night is a sinful and suspenseful romance that leaves readers captivated. It is a definite must-read, and the perfect introduction to a new dangerous and ruthless antihero…Poseidon.

I HAD NO DOUBT THIS SERIES WAS GOING TO BE A BLAST AFTER READING HADE'S STORY...
BUT BOOK 3 WAS BEYOND ANY OF MY EXPECTATIONS!!!

Even Olympus can't control the destruction coming it's way...Zeus is the King...a king who has to bow down for his Queen.

I loved this series so much...every cliffhanger...every twist...action-filled suspense kept me on the edge...

Zeus is unlike any man I have ever read about.
He is an Antihero who is just rotten to the core but still makes your heartbeat. He is Alpha domineering, uncaring for others but in here we see the crack in his facade. His vulnerability, his insecurity for not receiving the love, his fear of just turning out to be like his father clouds his judgment for so long but now he can see clearly for the first time...Because of Brigit.
Brigit was THE one for Zeus...she pushed and pushed him until the crack in his armor come apart.

"Darker Than Night" is the third book of the "Richer than God" trilogy by the author Amelia Wilde. Told in dual Perspectives , get ready to meet Zeus and Bridget again!!

Ughhh, this one was definitely the dirtiest of the whole series. I mean the two books before this one were hot too but this one had me straight out fanning myself for most of the book! I am so happy that I got to read the conclusion of this amazing trilogy! It ended with a bang and I enjoyed every single sentence.

Zeus was as ruthless as ever but now he had the mission to save the woman he had fallen for despite how much he resisted her. Bridget is in danger from his enemies and I loved her courage in this book! The storyline was amazing and the plot was good too! The whole trilogy had some crazy Twists and turns that had me hooked right from the start. A definite recommendation to all the dark Romance lovers out there!

This trilogy is one of the few things that prove that 2020, in its entirety, has not been a dumpster fire. I latch on to the things that give me joy, and that is this author and her Hades trilogy and now Zeus. I am always guaranteed to be able to get lost in her modern mythological worlds and forget that life exists.

This book picks up right where the last book ended. It is intense. The interactions between Zeus and Hades in this book were sublime. I am not sure how the author manages to create such anti-hero characters that are both quite dickish yet endearing at the same time. However, what really drew me this time was the growth in Zeus as he vacillated in his desire to be both the man that he was and the man he wanted to be. It wasn't an easy ride considering he is a complex man. I liked that Bridgit challenged him. I liked that she was confident in her belief of who he was behind the mask. The steamy times between these two were FIRE in this book. It shouldn't have been hot but it SOOOOOO was.

I did have a couple of areas that I wished had been different, mainly Demeter, but for the most part, this was the perfect conclusion to this trilogy. I loved the peek into what is coming next. I thought it would be someone else, an antiheroine perhaps but regardless, I am excited to read it. I highly recommend these interconnected trilogies to anyone that loves mythology and a great story.

Calling all readers to get onto this series ASAP.

Hot, intense, all consuming love story that will have you become obsessed too.

It’s the final book of the trilogy and the hades world but seriously what a sublime ride it was.

This book picks up from. that epic cliffy in book 2 and we continue to ride the saga train between Zeus and Bridgit. I absolutely loved our heroine. She challenged Zeus to the very end, so he could see the man he had become in her eyes. Yes we love our devilish hero but watching him morph into the man he always wanted to be and see he wasn’t his father after all was the cherry on this sinful cake.

The intricacies of the family dynamic were brought to light more between Zeus and Hades but watching the all consuming, fiery, possessive Zeus get his happy ending was worth the bumps and bruises along the way.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

I told Bright my love would destroy her. Now she's on the brink of death. With my empire in ruins, our only chance at survival is to run. There's nothing I want more than to take back what's mine and restore order to the shattered remnants of my life. There's nothing I need more than Brigit. But choosing her means abandoning countless people I've promises to protect. Choosing her would make me a monster. And walking away would be the end of me.

Darker Than Night is the final book in the Richer Than God Trilogy. You have to read Richer Than God and Sweeter Than Sin or you are going to be beyond lost. I have loved these character's from the very beginning of the series and I think I fell more in love with them in Darker Than Night. I felt so sorry for Zeus in this book. He is going thought such an intense internal battle in this book and gosh he will just grab your heart and steal it. Then there is Brigit who keeps this man breathing and is the very life line he never knew he needs. What's a man to do? You have to read and find out. This was such an epic conclusion to this book and I loved every single second of it.

My review:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Heat factor:🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

At the end of Sweeter than Sin, we are left with a seriously wounded and dying Brigit, following the explosion of Olympus.

My heart broke for poor Zeus as he tries to get her help and then the agony of letting others touch her to do it 😩😩😩😩

But, the way he tended to her and took care of her as she heals is everything! So sweet and attentive. We can definitely see the boy he once was. The one who took care of and protected his siblings.

On top of that, Brigit and Zeus are given some very surprising news following her hospital stay….she’s pregnant! And while they wrestle with this news, they now have to take down Zeus’s sister and save the women who were once members of Olympus.

It’s a suspense filled book and also heartbreaking. Zeus continues to push Brigit away out of fear of her safety. But with a baby coming, Brigit fights back! She shows him it’s worth it. That he is worth it.

I loved seeing Hades and Zeus team up and bond. And when Brigit gives birth to their baby…..❤️❤️❤️❤️.

A fabulous ending to this trilogy!

5 Stars. Author Amelia Wilde keeps you teetering on the edge of a black hole in this last book of her Richer Than God series (#3, Darker Than Night). Will the protagonists and story be sucked into the void as they are buffeted from one suspenseful twist to another? Or will gravity prevail and provide Brigit and Zeus with their happy ending? They certainly deserve happiness after all they’ve been through. Demeter is a psychotic enemy. She is luring Zeus into her drug-laced web, and she’s not above using or killing Brigit and others to get to him.

These are just a few of the highlights that kept me sinking my nails into the arm of my reading chair. Zeus’ and Brigit’s story was one that completely seduced my heart. Their intimate scenes together were wild and crazy and habanero-hot! He is one demi-god of an alpha, and she is his perfect match. The story consumed my thoughts and consumed a lot of my time. Whenever I tried to set the book down my brain screamed, “No, you fool!” Read this series. You’ll love it.

5 stars. A flawless end after that cliffhanger in book 2. Loved this series and the emotional aspects, obviously with Brigit and Zeus (that fear!), but also with Demeter and Zeus and their brother sister dynamic. Really looking forward to Poseidon’s book!

Amelia Wilde - Darker Than Night
𝑨𝒓𝒄 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒏 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒂𝒏 𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘.

Darker than night is the third and final instalment to Zeus and Brigits story.

Brigit, you cry the prettiest tears. Tears like diamonds. And you’re being such an angel, a little slut of an angel, you are being such—a good—girl.

So sexy and dark! This was the perfect ending to such a twisted relationship. Both characters have come a long way from when they first met. Their relationship is complex, mixed with pain and pleasure. We saw more of Hades from King of Shadow and were introduced to another sibling, Poseidon. Everything tied nicely together and the conclusion was very fitting.

I’m not a fucking hero, sweetheart, I never have been.

Zeus is still self loathing, trying to sabotage his relationship. His inner battle of doing whats right or becoming his self fulfilled prophecy overweight his feelings for Brigit.

This is the man I know and the one I want. If that makes me sick, if it makes me depraved, if it makes me a whore, then I’ll be one for him.

Brigit is stronger than ever, fighting for their relationship. Helping him see he is good and not like his father. She was fierce and stood by her man.

You’re the man I love. How can I not believe in you? In us? Against every single odd, despite everything, you made me hope again. Me, a whore.

Poseidons book is next. I'm more curious than ever to read about this deranged family and their twisted childhood.

But somewhere in the ocean, Poseidon waits for his own… A modern-day pirate. An heiress lost at sea. And the treasure of a lifetime. The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea.

Darker Than Night by Amelia Wilde took everything out of my heart. This was so much more than a wickedly sexy and dirty romance. Zeus and Brigit's aching, angsty and all consuming love story broke my dark romance loving heart and then put it together again.

Even Olympus falls down. Zeus may be the king of his city. The corrupt, powerful and indomitable master of his dark kingdom. But he has powerful enemies too. Brigit, the woman who has entered his dark heart and captured it, is hurt. His property is nothing but debris. He has to face his demons now.

I love how the author goes in deep of the characters' psyche. The deeply flawed, deviant, traumatised and fractured psyche. Zeus is still the larger than life, dominating, controlling, possessive, ruthless, gorgeous and all consuming presence. But we get to see all his vulnerability. The self hatred. The fear of truly becoming the monster his father tried to make him. The painful longing for Brigit and the same time anxiety of keeping her close only to lose her and hurt her. Brigit truly came out to be the real hero of this story. She pushed and pushed till Zeus had to let her in. She was by his side at every battle. She fought against own suffering and insecurities to support Zeus. I love this queen. And the chemistry. Dear god..it was insane. Of course it was dirty, filthy, mouthwater pantymelting goodness. But also the angst! The angst killed me. So explosive. So exciting. So erotic. So dramatic. That ending was most fitting and I already need more from this exotic world! Together they conquered their kingdom back and their world is now a happier, brighter and more positive place.

Darker Than Night by Amelia Wilde sucked me right in this chaotic, messy and intense dark romance from the very beginning. And it didn't let me go till the exquisite ending. What a steamy, soul deep and sinful romance!

It was a slight bittersweet moment to finally get my hands on the final installment in Zeus and Brigit's epic journey because it meant that my time with them was coming to an end, but what a phenomenal ending it was. It's hard to believe that only a few short months ago I had no freaking clue who Amelia Wilde was and now I could not imagine not knowing her or having had the chance to experience her words. Her characters are one of a kind and they have stolen a special place in my heart and don't even get me started on her storytelling ability, which was beyond amazing!

Zeus is STILL the sexiest ALPHA A-HOLE and I am FOREVER in love with him. He is just one of those characters that you can't help but latch onto right from the beginning. He has grown so much as a man and he is finally becoming the man that Brigit needs and deserves. The dynamic between these two had my heart swooning throughout every twist and turn. Honestly, I just don't think any of Amelia Wilde's heroes could top him, but in all honesty I have only read this trilogy from her so far, but you better believe I want to read Hades and Persephone's trilogy next because their story definitely intrigued me based on the small glimpses I got to see during Zeus and Brigit's time.

Darker Than Night was the perfect conclusion to the Richer Than God trilogy and I absolutely adored every moment of this twisted journey that brought on all the feels. Since I don't want to give away anything about this story I will just say that readers will fall EVEN MORE in love with Zeus and Brigit than ever before. Hands down one of my BEST reading experiences of 2020 and I cannot wait to get me hands on more of her words soon!

I couldn’t have imagined a better conclusion to Zeus And Brigit’s story than the one the author gave us in 𝑫𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝑵𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕.

Zeus is struggling with what happened at the end of 𝑺𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝑺𝒊𝒏 although he did his best to deny it. Even if he didn’t want to admit it, he was torn between wanting Brigit safe and pushing her away, giving up on Olympus in general, confronting Demeter… and then at the forefront of it all, Brigit herself. It was like watching him unravel completely. But there she was, pushing him, defying him and going over his head on what mattered. The dynamic between them evolved throughout the books, their connection growing to an all consuming love but hell those shmexy scenes between them doubled in intensity and steam!!! It’s like all the emotions, fear, uncertainties just took it all to whole new level of 🔥

As a whole, this trilogy had a concept and setting that was a first time read for me, and it made it all the more fresh and creative. Being thrust into Olympus, Zeus’ world and profession, I want to say depravity but I don’t think that’s the right word. It’s not exactly kink either. I noticed by binging these books, that it’s more like Amelia’s style and signature of writing. It’s dark and twisted, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea but it sure as hell is a favorite of mine!

Another thing I absolutely loved with my experience reading these books, is the way I’m deconstructing the brothers’ relationship in general but also while reading the individual trilogy, I’m witnessing the beginning and development of it as well. Did that make sense? It’s like seeing it unfold from both ends. And it’s beautiful and raw.

There’s also something about these antiheroes remaining that way (or more, if that’s even possible 😈) with a whole lot of “mine” and “touch her and die” concept. Ugh… gimme more please!

A perfect finale to Zeus and Brigit's story. I love Amelia Wilde's writing style, it's easy to follow, entertaining and emotional, and I just can't get enough.

Darker Than Night continues from where the second book left off, and I loved seeing Zeus become unhinged. Brigit's life is in danger and he just goes full-on maniac, doing everything necessary to save her. His empire is crumbling down, but his most precious possession is now the woman who has irrevocably captured his heart. Zeus needs to battle his inner demons and face his biggest enemy, and Brigit is by his side no matter what, even when he tries to push her away, for her own good.

The story is told in dual POV, with fast-paced action and a well-developed plot. I loved Brigit's strength and feistiness. She might be submissive in the bedroom, but outside of it she always pushes Zeus's buttons. She's a fighter and her survival instincts are strong. And Zeus may be the most dangerous man in the city, but seeing his vulnerable side made my heart ache. Their relationship was a rollercoaster, but it worked perfectly for them. Angst, violence, dangerous situations were all woven perfectly into the storyline. And that ending was sweet, swoony and deeply satisfying. I recommend this series!

Oh my goodness!!! This was such an epically amazing conclusion to this series, even though I didn’t want it to end!! 😩 It picks up right where Sweeter Than Sin left off, the explosion just happened and we’re praying Brigit will be ok. Zeus is like a wild animal until he knows if she will be (and I just gotta say, anytime he and Hades are together, they crack me up, even when they’re not trying). We find out lots of Zeus’ secrets, his turmoil, and just his inner self. I love him!! 😍 My heart breaks for what he went through, for what he still is going through, for everything with Demeter and how you know he loves Brigit, even when he doesn’t want to admit it. And Brigit, wow, such heart & soul & faith. Just amazing ❤️ I’d cry what am I gonna do now, but we’ve got another brother coming, and I for one am starting a countdown!! Bring on Poseidon!!

This book is the much anticipated conclusion to Zeus and Brigit's trilogy. You must read all three books and in order to get the complete story. Wow, what a ride this has been! This book picks up from the cliffhanger at the end of the previous book and once it does you better hold on! This read is really intense and emotional. To be honest I'm afraid to say too much and give away spoilers, so I'm going to be very brief. 1. Sometimes to win big, you have to put EVERYTHING on the line. 2. Sometimes you don't appreciate what you have unless you are put in danger of losing it all. The incredibly potent blend of deep emotion, drama, angst, tension, turmoil, darkness, twists and steam pulls you in and keeps you captivated until you turn the final page. This is my sincere review that I am posting of my own accord.

EPIC!!! Darker Than Night is so much more than I was expecting!!

It picks up where Sweeter Than Sin left off. My heart was breaking for Zeus, with his fear. I could feel him shattering, especially when Hades came to help.

Amelia Wilde wrote this book brilliantly! It's an emotional ride between the past and present, of Zeus' love for Brigit and his need for her safety. Don't get me wrong he is still 100% an alphahole, a deliciously dirty talking, sexy alphahole! But Brigit is one heck of a strong and determined woman. Her love for Zeus is at the center of everything she does.

Gah!!! I just have so much love for this book and this trilogy!! The end, the HEA ....oh so swoony and perfect!!

Amelia Wilde delivers another beautifully written, breathtakingly sensual and epic read with the conclusion to Zeus and Brigit’s whirlwind love story. This book is dark, emotional, action-packed and suspenseful. We see an emotional side to Zeus in this book as everything comes crumbling down around him; although, he still maintains his dominant and possessive ways. He must face the secrets from his past in order to ensure his future. Brigit finally comes into her own and fights for her place beside Zeus. This book is an amazing read that leaves you craving more. I have devoured this series with each book being better than the last. I can’t get enough of these brothers, their wicked sister and their amazing women. I am now ready to set sail on an adventure with Poseidon.

Darker Than Night is the conclusion to Zeus and Bridget's story. The books picks up right where book two left off and it's high octane action and raw emotion from there on out. I love Zeus and Bridget together. It's not often that I'm on board with the heroine doing the chasing, but it worked here because of how damaged Zeus is by his past. The heat between these two is scorching! Zeus is still his dominant alpha-hole self and, as we learn more about his past, his motivations and relationships become more clear. We get a lot of insight into some other family members, new and old and I can't wait to see more of some of them in the next installment. I'm loving this new world that Amelia Wilde created and hope to see more of the twisted siblings and their resilient mates.

As Zeus’s world implodes around him he realizes that for the first time in his life his business is not his primary concern. All he cares about is protecting Brigit and keeping her safe even if that means pushing her out of his life.

Bridgit’s feisty personality emerges as she is on a mission to find out what events transpired to shape him into the man he is. She is determined to help him overcome the aftereffects of what has transpired and help him do the right thing even if it means a showdown between him and his nemesis.

The chemistry between Zeus and Bridgit is intense and she is exactly who Zeus needs in his life.

When I first started this series, I was really curious and excited but the more I read the more I just wanted it to end. Finally it did.

The only reason I picked this book up was because I didn’t want to left one book of the series unread. To be honest, it wasn’t all bad but I really just wanted to finish this story and I’m really happy it’s done.

Book three picks up right where two left us and we are thrown straight into the mix again. Seeing Bridget grow, seeing Zeus - the swoonworthy god- become more human and learning more of his back story creates for a truly epic read. I am completely blown away by this book as Amelia Wilde did not leave any stone unturned and made each of these three books better than the first.

The end all of all end all was phenomenal. I love Zeus and Hades banter. Chemistry, angst, intrigue, secrets, dominance and sexy men. What more can you ask for?
