A year on from when they first met, Dylan and Merry are madly in love.
Merry has moved to Starling Bay, and taken on a less pressured job that allows her more time with Chloe. Dylan's business is flourishing, and with Merry and Chloe, his life feels complete.
Life is wonderful. But Merry has a yearning for more. She longs for a family, for a sibling for Chloe. Dylan has similar plans, but is aware that the end of the year is full of bad memories for Merry.
Can these two lovers bide their time and wait for a more favorable month?
Sienna Carr writes women's fiction and sweet romance. Her stories are full of quirky and memorable characters and places you'll want to visit time and time again.
It was great to see them finally get their HEA. I loved Merry and Dylan in their first book and was so happy to see that we would get more of these two. This book is part of a series and a continuation of a previous book, that could technically be read as a stand alone, but honestly, I recommend you read the whole series before you read this book.
They had me on an emotional roller coaster ride. Such great characters! Entertaining story line, awesome detailed descriptions.
Written as a 3rd person, multi pov with a well deserved HEA.
Would I recommend this book? Yes

I enjoyed this follow up story about Dylan and Merry, I liked seeing how their relationship had grown and how their relationships with Chloe and Spart had grown and developed too. It was nice to catch up with their friends and see the strong bonds they had all formed. The story was sad in places, yet sweet and lovely as well. Relationships and life in general aren't always easy, this story showed that, but also showed, that with love, trust, faith, respect and communication, you can face the challenges and pass the tests.

Although this is book 5 in the series, it is the first book I have read by Sienna Carr. I believe it can be read as a standalone as I had no trouble following the story. The storyline was strong and well written and really pulls you in. It was great to see Dylan and Merry's relationship grow and blossom. The story shows how relationships aren't always easy, but with good communication, faith, and of course love, you can get your happy ending. Such a sweet story- I really enjoyed it! I'm looking forward to reading more from this author!

This book came so close to being a five. I didn’t like the fortune teller scene. It was wrong for this story on so many levels. Ugh. So close. Merry is ready to get married to Dylan and to have more children, but he just isn’t popping the question. Dylan has wanted to propose for months, but he hasn’t wanted to push Merry too quickly. When everything goes wrong, can these two truly promise for better or for worse?

Dylan and Merry from the first book in this series Winter’s Kiss are getting married in less than two months, but everything starts to go wrong and Merry wonders if she’s rushing it and starts to pull back, wondering if they should wait. There were a lot of ups and downs in the story as they try to juggle their work and this wedding. They were lucky that her daughter Chloe was pretty easy going and couldn’t wait for them to marry. This is the fifth book in the series and the epilogue for this couple, but I don’t feel you have to read the previous books to follow the story.
Sweet romance with Dylan and Merry who have been dating for one year and he wants to propose but is not sure as the anniversary of her late husbands death is approaching. When he finally gets his nerve up to ask she is delighted but when somethings go wrong. Can Dylan and Merry get their romance and wedding back on track?

Another well written book to the series. The author once again brings strong characters and weaves a sweet romance. She moves the story quickly and smoothly and does a great job building the relationship between Merry and Dylan. I enjoyed reading their story.

A great addition to a wonderful series. The author has done a great job creating strong characters and developing their romance. The story flows smoothly and pulls you in. It's easy to get lost in their story and romance and you'll wish the story didn't have to end. A truly enjoyable romantic read.

Another great addition to this series taking us back to the first couple.
It was good to see how Merry and Dylans relationship and business had grown. This story nicely tied up the next stage in their lives together. An easy to read sweet and clean romance.
