“There’s no time. Remember Willowhope Manor.”

All Chance wants is a change of pace and a little excitement, so opening a B&B in a town surrounded by ghost stories sounds like the perfect solution.

Throw in Jett, the super-sexy handyman, who is as willing to work him over as he is to help return the manor to its former glory, and Chance knows he made the right decision.

On the surface, the renovation is moving along perfectly. Then Chance asks questions that were better left buried, and the manor is quickly overrun with restless spirits.

Will Chance have to sacrifice his dreams, tuck tail, and run, or will Jett stand by his side to face-off with the ghosts of Willowhope Manor?

Willowhope Manor is the second book in the multi-author series, Beyond the Realm: Remember. Each book is set in its own world and can be read as a standalone novel. Join eight authors on eight very different, romantic, and magical stories as each one writes their own take on the same concept.

Sammi Cee was raised in a family of readers. Summer vacations consisted of a good book while sitting lakeside from as far back as she could remember. After growing up and having her own children, her appreciation of how the written word could transport you on an adventure, bring you to tears, or give you hope, took on a whole new meaning.

These days Sammi is watching her children develop into fine young ladies while doing the things she enjoys most: drinking coffee, eating chocolate, and writing her own stories.

Loved this second book of the series! The author did an incredible job with the characters in this book. Each and every one of them came alive for me. Seeing Chance and Jetty fall in love was wonderful! And Chance's Mom was a hoot! All in all a exciting and fun read!

After reading the first book in the series I wanted to check out another one while waiting for the last book. I wasn't familiar with Cee's work before. The premise was intriguing. However, from the first meeting of the MCs I saw that I probably wasn't going to mesh with this author. The writing felt mostly juvenile and the way the characters of Chance and Kingston were written was pretty cringey. I don't enjoy infantilizing. Also I wasn't feeling Chance and Jett's chemistry at all. It was all pretty insta and just did not work for me. The haunting plot of the book was ok.

I don’t know what happened here but I just couldn’t get into this one :( it felt a little rushed to me, I would’ve preferred it to have a longer build up, get to know the characters a little more including the gentle giant Kingston & best friend Skylar, Chance’s mum seemed like a cooky fun loving character as well.

The storyline of a random child popping out of the ether to give a cryptic message gets you intrigued and made me want to know more but the further I went in I actually got a little bored and skipped to the bits I found interesting it could be that I’m not actually out of the weeks of being in a reading rut but compared to book 1 this just didn’t do it for me.

This was... OTT, cheesy, unrealistic, tell-no show, insta everything...
"Falling in love with my blue-eyed man."

It was rough. And really turned into rambling in the end. Heads up. At this point, hope it all makes sense. At least more than this book did (which isn't difficult >>).

Started off iffy with the whole bit of Chance/Niles workplace whatever going on. Loved, though, how Skylar and Chance's friendship is in the beginning where Skylar climbs into bed behind him and they hug and snuggle without an inkling of romance.

That was about the only part I enjoyed. The base had potential. But it just wasn't there. And the reasoning behind why Chance decided to ignore/forget he ever had supernatural aspects to himself was just... lame.

The humor was awkward af. Jetty 'howled with laughter' and had 'tears of mirth' during their (I think) first sex scene. Which is totally fine but what he finds soo funny is... not.

Alongside the humor vein, were the unbelievable characters throughout, especially Chance's parents and their 'humor':
"You're really no fun, Mr." \ "You'll live Mrs."

"Watch your language, Mrs.," Marc said.
Elyse spun toward him, planting her hands on her hips. "How many times have I told you that I'm allowed to cuss in the middle of a ghost fight, Mr.?" "Excuses, excuses."

"You almost forgot to change your shoes, Mrs." \ "What would I do without you, Mr.?"

I mean... Wha...? Beyond just the whole Mr./Mrs. portion, it was soo weird and forced for all of it.

And Chance's behavior with them:
I jumped up and ran to my parents, perching on my dad's strong legs like I'd done as a child and wrapped my arms around both of their necks.

Weird times for weird conversations and sudden thoughts, like Jetty thinking Chance thought of them as just a fling out of nowhere when they never had a convo about it except for Jetty telling Chance that he was likely to move away. But then Jetty turns around when they're all talking to each other (all six characters) and Niles comes up, saying that Chance already has a boyfriend. Surprise to all. They're all "douche canoe" about Niles - Chance and his parents.

Multiple moments are mentioned after the fact/behind the scenes. During one such scene, it literally went from Chance and Jetty having sex, to suddenly Jetty was leaving and Chance thinking about 'how healing' both the sex and their conversation over dinner was. We don't even get a hint at what the conversation could have been about.

The scene where Jetty let himself into Chance's home and freaked out when he couldn't immediately find him/Chance didn't immediately respond. Chance was in the freaking shower, like... wha. Obviously, this exists solely for an excuse for sex: "You always break out the baby when you're...you know...in the mood." Gross. Also, suddenly Chance is rolling his eyes all over the place at Jetty for some reason...

So many inconsistencies. Couple examples:
Why did Samuel suddenly show himself to Jetty mid-conversation?

And:
Kingston randomly picking up Skylar and then Chance or Skylar's owl impression. I do mean "or" since, when it happens, it's described as I couldn't resist, I hoo-hoo'd like an owl but then couple paragraphs later as the owl impression Skylar made. Friggin' weird regardless.

Not only did this have one of the most anti-climactic endings ever but then everyone up and moves to Willowhope.

As Jetty said, "Wait. That's it?"

I licked my bottom lip nice and slow like I knew he liked it. "That's too bad. I thought after deciding to make our relationship official that maybe you could spend the night, and we could"--I flicked my gaze down to the crotch of his jeans--"solidify that." Gross.

I licked my bottom lip the way I knew drove him crazy and said, "I love you. And I promise, I'll make it worth it." My eyes flicked down to the crotch of his jeans, my own tightening instantly with the goldish flash of fire in his eyes.

What. The. Hell.

Needless to say, I will not be continuing this series and likely will never pick up the author again.

RTC. Finished earlier and took lots of screenshots throughout... (Most not good.)

I’ll tell you right off the bat that I admired Chance for taking the leap by buying The Manor, and putting aside his textbook successful life to do so. Sometimes you just need to try a different path to find your happiness, and Chance made that hard decision to change his life.

The setup between him and Jett was obvious, and while due to the shorter length of this story it might seem like they rushed into a physical relationship the time that elapsed shows that actually isn’t the case.

The real drama starts once Chance and Jett check out the locked room that Chance was warned away from by the previous owner, setting off the release of something sinister and triggering Chance’s memories from the past.

I had a harder time getting into this book than the first one in the series. This story didn’t flow as well for me, it did feel a bit rushed as I was reading. While I liked the concept of Chance’s mother’s character, she did feel a bit much here…which I’m also chalking up to the shorter relative story length. She’s a handful of a character, which felt a bit overwhelming in the short time (again relatively speaking) she appeared in the book.

3.5 stars for Willowhope Manor, and keep in mind this story is meant for readers 18+ for adult language and sexual content.

Chance and Jett are so very sweet in this slightly spooky, yet mostly cozy, paranormal story. Chance is utterly adorable, and when he first meets Jett and gets away from the life that was making him so unhappy, it's evident just how full of life he is. And Jetty is simply delicious in the way he's so protective and caring of Chance; he caused some serious swooning I must say! As for the story, it's set in a beautiful manor - the descriptions making me instantly want to move there - that, although, is haunted, is not too dark or spooky at all. Rather, there is more of a focus on the emotional story behind what is happening in Chance's new home, one that left me smiling hard at the well-deserved ending. I cannot wait for more adventures for Chance and Jetty at Willowhope Manor (and I also hope we get to see more of Skylar and Kingston)!

Willowhope Manor: Secrets Of Willowhope I

So I stumbled across this one because I received an arc for books one and two of the spin-off series of Sky and King’s books and didn’t get very far in when Sky mentioned Chance and Jetty, and a thing that happened. And I’m like, okay, I feel like I’m missing out here so I checked Sammi’s backlist to see if there was another series and lo and behold, yes, there is, and total score, I actually have books one and two and won book three in a giveaway. So I’m totally reading these first and kicking myself for not reading them sooner.

I loved it and could totally see this as a series of movies.

Highly recommend. Best enjoyed in series order.

4.5 stars! I am loving this series for introducing me to new authors that I am falling in love with! This one is way more on the fluffy sweet side than the first, but don’t let that fool you, it’s also properly spooky too. I immediately fell in love with both Chance and Jetty (which worked well since they pretty much instantly fell in love too 😉). It worked well though because they had instant chemistry, and they were both looking for something more out of life than they were getting. Who knew the more would come from a haunted manor? A perfect eerie Halloween tale (it doesn’t take place around Halloween lol just released in October) with a sweet love story to round it out.

Go boldly

“The appearance of The Manor is not to be taken lightly.” While that may be true, this book and its characters are an all-around delight. Chance and Jetty—along with their friends and family—stole my heart and I found it beating just a little faster during their ghostly adventures. While their intense connection kept me warm, what I really want is to visit Willowhope to see the sights and meet Chance’s mom. After reading this sweet and spookily fun book, I guarantee you’ll fall in love with its people, the town and want more.

Willowhope Manor is a great addition to the Beyond the Realm series. I really enjoyed discovering what the mystery was at Willowhope Manor.
Chance and Jetty's love story takes place at a maybe/maybe not haunted B&B set in one of the most haunted town in America.
This slightly spooky ghost story has just the right amount of romance. I enjoyed the connection and dynamics between Jetty and Chance .

I’ve read this Author before. This is an MM contemporary paranormal Romance set in America. The main character is Chance who moves from the city to the country. because a young spirit asked him to. there he meets Jetty a contractor. I love this paranormal story about ghosts and the old manor that they lived in. Chances new home was that manor. Great secondary characters and the love. Interest between chance and Jetty is 2nd to the story. I’ll read more from this author and more of this series.

Chance has dreamed of a quiet life in one place, but after many years he doesn't see himself living in the big city, doing what he's doing at the moment anymore. Encouraged by his best friend, with some help of a mysterious boy who appears and disappears out of nowhere, the man buys an old manor, where until recently the B&B was located, and has some plans of reopening it. It turns out, however, that the manor has some secrets that should remain hidden, and the temptation to learn more about them is very strong. And the desire he feels for a handyman hired to renovate the B&B turns out to be just as strong.
Until recently, Jett saw no point in living in his small, boring and monotonous city. However, his life changes completely when a very attractive new owner moves into the old manor. Jett recovers his energy and zest for life in the blink of an eye, and the icing on the cake is that Chance is undeniably interested in Jett as much as Jett in his new neighbor.

"Willowhope Manor" is the second volume in "Beyond the Realm: Remember" series. The author of this part is Sammi Cee and I would like to add that this is the first novel by this author that I have read so far. What I immediately liked about "Willowhope Manor" were the characters, both the main ones and the side ones, more precisely, Chance's and Jett's best friends. They just have this thing in them! We fall in love with them all from the very first pages and we want them all to meet each other as soon as possible to see what the dynamics of their relationship will look like. In this book we have some really charismatic characters, who conquer our hearts with their energy, sweetness and uniqueness. It is thanks to them that even before the story told in "Willowhope Manor" takes off, the reader cannot stop reading, they want to find out what would happen next as soon as possible and, in short, they already love this novel. This is the power of the characters created by Sammi Cee.

The characters themselves are not the only plus of this book, as the great advantage of "Willowhope Manor" is also the way in which the author shows the chemistry between Chance and Jett. At first we can't wait for their paths to cross, and when that happens we are just delighted! Their mutual attraction, the flame of passion that starts to burn from the very beginning, persistent attempts to control themselves, secret glances and hot fantasies. Sammi Cee uses every opportunity to build sexual tension in the novel, and at the same time gives the characters an opportunity to get to know each other better, to awaken deeper feelings towards each other. As a result, it satisfies both our hearts and minds. And not only ours, because Chance and Jett also cannot complain about the adventures the author has prepared for them. It is worth adding, however, that they do not immediately notice that their feelings are mutual, and their worlds are not so different from each other. But to get to know their story from the beginning to the end, with all its ups and downs, you have to reach for "Willowhope Manor" yourself. It's worth it!

I would also like to write a few words about the vibe of the novel as it also enchanted me. Let's start with the fact that "Willowhope Manor" is a paranormal romance in which an out-of-this-world theme emerges very quickly. Nevertheless, the author builds the story in such a way that we don't really feel this paranormal angle for a long time. Thus, "Willowhope Manor" seems to combine two types of novel – contemporary romance and the paranormal one, as I've mentioned above. Yes, I know it is impossible. It doesn't change the fact that Sammi Cee almost did it. Thanks to the fantastic characters, we focus on them and their romance to such an extent that we almost forget about the paranormal plot. Thus, "Willowhope Manor" seems to be on the verge of two vibes that make this novel so unique, interesting and really worth remembering.

Taking all that into consideration, "Willowhope Manor" will conquer your heart from the very first pages. You will fall in love with the characters who are full of life and energy, hot love story, secrets hidden inside the old manor and the world which is full of undiscovered secrets. I wholeheartedly recommend you "Willowhope Manor". You really should read this novel.

„Willowhope Manor” jest drugim tomem serii „Beyond the Realm: Remember”.

I adored this book. Sweet with an awesome fireside ghost story along the way.

This book was amazing. I love Sammi Cee’s work so, in all honesty, I’m not surprised I loved this, but wow. Whilst not particularly long we somehow got characters with nuance and a depth of emotion that is often difficult to impart when the story is mostly sweet and light hearted. I loved Jetty and Chance (love his name so much) and the way their relationship developed felt right – yes, it was relatively quick, but it made sense. These were two people looking for something and they found it both in each other and in Willowhope Manor.

As far as the ghost story goes, I thought it was just the right tone. I have to say, I don’t often read a ton of stories that involve ghosts/haunting etc despite the fact that I actually do quite like them. I’m not super into psychological thriller ghost stories and I find a lot of stories that involve ghosts, especially where there’s a mystery involved, tend to veer closer to what I feel is psychological thriller/horror (I live in a very old house that makes a lot of noise at night so I’m all for not having nightmares lol). This was what I think of as the perfect kind of ghost story: a little spooky, intriguing, enough of a mystery where you are invested in finding out what happens next, but not super scary and with a lovely, heart-warming ending.

I genuinely am so excited to see what’s next for Jetty and Chance and am down-right giddy at reading about a certain loveable, bear of a man and a sweet, hyper blond dynamo. I don’t know where their stories will go but I think there will be an awful lot of fun getting there. Plus, I can’t wait to see Chance’s parents again (both cute and hilarious). This is an excellent book and what I dearly hope is the beginning of a very long series!

I love how each author has taken the prompt and gone in completely different directions with their story. This story has its setting much more fixed in our world, and yet the other realm isn’t very far away. I loved how the theme of family and love weave through both the contemporary and magical parts of the story.

I also enjoyed how the plot unfolded and kept me guessing, although with plenty of hints, until the truth of the manor was unrevealed with a cool twist. This is the first story I’ve read by this author. I’ll be looking out for more.

I liked Chance, and felt for him with his reaction to Jett’s flirting and truly caring about him. It showed how badly his relationship with the nasty Niles had gone far more than flashbacking to the details. I really hope Niles gets a taste of his own reality at some point. I loved Chance’s personal journey and how he finds the courage to be true to himself and his heritage. His moving to Willowhope, with its reputation for being haunted, has the potential to be a great series especially as Chance comes into his own. I thought his looks and clothing being at odd with his personality was a clever way of showing he wasn’t following the path in life he should.

Jett is wonderful. He’s very sweet and although attracted to Chance immediately takes it slow and carefully. I loved the part in the story when he realises he’s referring to Chance as his.

I loved Skylar and Kingston, the best friends. I hope they get their own book. I want to read more about them, and from their POVs. I’m very pleased Harry is sticking around. This has the potential to be fun, and I’d love to learn more about the town too. It felt like its own character. Chance’s mother is a great character, and I loved how she knew exactly what to do. Poor Samuel. I’m glad he got the closure he needed.

A very satisfying read.

I love Sammi Cee's books so I was excited to hear that she was participating in the multi-author Beyond the Realm: Remember series. Willowhope Manor was such a wonderful and sweet read perfect for a night in. Jetty (pictured on the cover) is a handyman who returned to his small town, Willowhope, after college and is starting to feel stuck and restless. His best friend tries to convince him to go on a few ghost hunts but Jetty doesn't believe in ghosts even though their small town is a haunted tourist attraction.

One day Jetty meets the new owner, Chance, who purchased haunted Willowhope Manor to renovate it into a B&B. Chance moved away from the city for a change of pace and to get a fresh start away from a horrible job and horrible ex-boyfriend. After meeting each other, the sparks fly with their mutual attraction. Chance starts seeing the ghost of a child and feels like he is going crazy before realizing that ghosts actually do exist. Throw in a haunting, hilariously adorkable and snarky best friends, awesome parents, and you'll have the perfect haunted novella to enjoy for October. I love Jetty and Chance and how their relationship started as friends before turning into something more! Willowhope sounds like the perfect town for everyone to visit. I hope Sammi Cee continues writing more books in the Willowhope world. I would love for the best friends to get their own HEA!

Ghosts!!! This is a great addition to this series Beyond the Realm, this book is about Chance and Jetty this two a adorable! The elements of mystery around the Manor got me intrigued and I can put down the book until I finish it. Chance suddenly found himself unhappy with his job, that day he meets a little boy who ask Him to remember Willowhope Manor, Chance can’t forget that name and he and his best friend Skylar found that there is a place called Willowhope and is a town with history of haunted places. Chance decided to buy the Willowhope Mansion, he wants to restore and run the B&B, that’s where he meets Jetty he is the contractor who is going to help to restore the Mansion. Jetty and his best friend have always live in Willowhope and never seen a ghost or any paranormal activity, Jetty have always wanted to know what the Manor looked inside and when He is offer to work in the restoration he accepted but also because he is attracted to the new owner. These two get to know each other and they have great chemistry, I like how they become friends and lovers later. The mystery about the Manor is really well written, I was sad for the History of Mr. Willowhope the late owner and all his family but happy how things resolve at the end and all of them get a HEA. This is a great book and I highly recommended you read it!

This author's books are an automatic read because I know they're always feel good stories, the kind I turn to when a need something to lift up my mood. This one was no different, even when it reached the thrilling, ghostly part.

Until the halfway mark, it was mostly just about two men who met when both were at a turning points in their lives. Chance had just left his coorporate job behind and Jetty felt like his small town life wasn't enough for him, the first wanting roots and the other thinking about pulling out his. From their first meeting the way they acted around each other was an entertaining mix of goofy gazing and  urgency to get one another nekkid. I adored them together and seeing how they slowly and inevitably fell in love, finding home and happiness with each other.

I enjoyed how the ghost hauntings were integrated into the storyline, in a slow reveal that kept me intrigued, not terrified. Not even the appearance of the Mean Man in the second half of the book was that scary, but I liked the backstory for the ghosts' presence and how they were helped in having their eternal peace.

I had so much fun reading Willowhope Manor. Chance, Jetty and all the supporting characters were incredibly charming and I would definitely love it if the author decided to write more about them.

Well this was one sweet read!
I literally read it in an hour, just finished it and want more!

What I loved....
1. The characters...

- Jetty who is a hot AF contractor, coming to renovate Willope Manor. He's a tall drink of water and Chance is VERY THIRSTY.

- Chance, who packs up his life in the city, buys Wolliwhopw manor and starts a new life there. He's petite and shy and cute AF.

2. The Plot...
This is a slight spooky ghost story, with an underlying social dilemma that occurred long ago. It's up to Chance to help and Jetty is ready to help.

3. The Heat...
There was heat from the very first meeting. Lust at first sight.... and it only gets hotter from there. It helps that Jetty has a pretty big..... appendage 😅

4. The Family
Blood family and best friends are there to help Jetty and Chance slove the mystery and take Willowhope Manor back from the big bad ghost.

5. The HFN...
Their story continues and I hope it comes soon! We leave them happy and committed.

That was an amazing concept that resulted in an interesting and unexpected sweet and hear warming story.
Chance and Jetty are two sweethearts and kind souls that find in each other completion and happiness. The characters are well contoured and the way they interact with each other is funny and sweet.
It all starts with a failed relationship and an unwilling ex-boyfriend to let go followed by the sweetest boy ghost that cries for help. With a best friend support Chance moves to face his future and in doing so encounters Jetty that is everything he ever wanted in a man. Jetty has a best friend that is enamoured with ghosts and paranormal but he wants to move until he meets Chance and everything changes.
There is also mystery and an angry spirit that creates havoc and distress but with family help and some trapped souls that want justice good prevails.
I really loved the story and the couples formed in this journey and the mystery and funny moments spice up the story and confers something special and endearing.

3.75 stars (if they let me) rounded to 4 (because they don't).

Is there a subgenre of “cozy ghosty romance”? If not, this story can start the trend.

This is a fluffy romance with a bit of spooky and without a lot of tension, perfect for those times you may want to read while drinking a cup of tea without stress, but you still want something to fit that October mindset. I was a bit confused by how the ghost situation was resolved, but overall that plot was really satisfying.

For me personally, it was the romance that was a bit lacking. Jetty’s a charmer and I loved him, but Chance was very hit-or-miss. I found it *really* difficult to believe he was a 35 year-old successful corporate type. Most of the time, he read more like a giddy-shy young MC from a new adult romance to me, and I am just not a fan of those, so that was a big sticking point. Nothing against that, and when he was more of a hesitant 35 year-old, I was invested in the story, but the disconnect ended up throwing me out of the narrative too much overall.

********** Contains Spoilers**********

I’m very new to Sammi Cee’s work and I’m looking forward to reading more. I really enjoyed this book and thought that it was a good start to the Secrets of Willowhope Series. I thought Chance & Jetty were cute together, even though their relationship moved at warp speed but I think that’s because they’re soul mates.

Chance has recently moved to Willowhope and brought the old manor and is wanting to turn it into a B&B. The manor is in major need of work so he hires a local contractor, Jetty to do the work on the manor to get it up and running again. There’s palpable tension between the two from their first meeting that doesn’t take long to snap.

The two of them end up falling in love along the way, while helping solve a 150 year old mystery surrounding the manor, along with the assistance of their best friends Skylar & Kingston, Chance’s parents and some spiritual allies. I’m looking forward to reading Beckoning Pond next, as well as more books from Sammi Cee in the future. I’d recommend this book, series and author to others.

This wasn't my favorite paranormal adventure, but I did enjoy unraveling the mystery of Willowhope Manor. Chance and Jetty didn't immediately stand out to me in any way, but I could relate to their feelings of restlessness. I'm still not totally sure how Chance wanting a change led him to buying a B&B in a town he's never heard of, but it was certainly interesting to see how he and Jetty fixed up the property. I wasn't completely sold on their romance, but their steamy moments were undeniably hot. The mysterious ghosts were more intriguing to me than anything else in the story, and it was exciting to try and figure out what happened all those years ago. When the epic ghostly showdown did take place, I don't think I completely understood everything that went down, but I pieced enough together to know that the good guys got out unscathed.

**I voluntarily read an ARC of this book. This review expresses my honest thoughts and opinions.

This is the second book in the Beyond the Realms multiauthor series. And like the first, it was a quick and fun read.
Chance and Jetty's love story is set against a maybe/maybe not haunted B&B set in "one of the most haunted town in America".
Chance leaves his boring and soul destroying job in corporate America when a little boy tugs on his pants and tells him to "remember Willhope Manor" and then just disappears. With the full support of his best friend and roommate, he researches and ends up buying The Manor.
Jetty is the town handyman hired to repair and update the B&B. Attraction leads to sex, leads to love. And there's also a little matter of a small, lost ghost boy and an evil entity to deal with.
Low angst, well fleshed out secondary characters and a `quick moving storyline makes for an enjoyable read. I won an ARC of this story, but honestly, I would have bought it anyway. To read again.

This is book 2 in Beyond the Realm multi author series and can be read as a standalone.

Chance recently opened a B&B in the haunted Willowhope Manor. It needs to be renovated but he knows that this will be just perfect for him to start a new business venture.

Jetty is a hunky handyman who is helping Chance renovate the mansion. He is the perfect man for the job and the renovations are going on smoothly until they aren't, and manor is haunted by spirit unearthed from deep within.

Will Chance stick by his dream and face the spirits along with Jetty by his side or will he turn tail and abandon all that he has built.

I especially loved the haunted mansion and the ghosts. It gave a very spooky vibe to this otherwise sweet story.
Chance and Jetty were adorable and I loved them. The world building was engaging and I loved how the story turned out.

Recommends if you like a sweet but spooky romance with low angst and great world building.

I loved this! A super sweet romance with a brilliant spooky element.
Chance finds himself in Willowhope after a little prompting from a ghost when he realised how wholly dissatisfied he was with his life in the city. What he discovers is a haunted manor, a hot handy man and a mystery to solve. Jetty was getting restless with his life in his small home town but upon meeting an getting to know Chance, they are clearly a perfect match . So hot together and though it's quick, it feels natural between the two of them.
A wonderful relationship to read and there is a brilliant cast of characters alongside them. Both men's best friends are entertaining as are Chance's parents, especially his mum.
A great second book in the Beyond The Realm series. Highly recommended.
I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.

This was just the cutest story! I’ve not read many books with ghosts because it’s not usually my thing but, I was SOOOO glad I read this one! Jetty and Chance were soooo adorable together!!

Chance decides he isn’t happy in his life anymore. With the help of a ‘blast from the past’ he decides to buy and run an old B&B. With the help of a very sexy contractor, they bring life back to the house and unwittingly unleash a spirit who runs Chance out of the house. Chance, with the help of Jetty, Mom & Dad, and a couple of friends, discover how to run the mean spirit out and free the ones trapped in the mausoleum.

Well written with awesome side characters!!

Awesome

Who would have thought you could have a haunted manor story that's both adorable and keeps you on your toes all at once. Well, Sammi has pulled that off in spectacular fashion in this series.
Chance not loving his big city life with the encouragement of his best friend Skylar buys the Willowhope Manor to start fresh. Jetty, having lived in Willowhope his entire life, feels himself in a run until the new owner of the manor changes it all. These two are hot in a sweet way that has you smiling. Mix in the mystery of the manor in the haunted town of Willowhope to be ready for spirits, both good and bad, with a supportive family to have you swoon. Great start to a new series.

An adorable short read that packs alot in.

There is alot to like about this book.

It brings a few of the genres I love, mm love, escaping a bad relationship, spirits, hauntings and more...

As a reader of mm fiction of multiple tropes, you need to have a range of types of books at hand. The sort 30 and 40 page books usually packed with hot action. The long independent books with complex characters and plots that can rake a while yo get through and then those nit too limg not too short that have a good story but are easy readers. This book obviously is the latter.

The book will not disappoint a reader, I'm looking forward to book two and learning more about this hunted town of Willowhop

This is such a wonderful, cozy, magical world that Sammi has created. It’s full of kind and inquisitive people who embrace the wonder that this paranormal existence has to offer.

Chance is drawn to Willowhope Manor, a place he once visited as a child but forgot about, or perhaps blocked out as her rebelled against his nomadic childhood.

Now he owns a B&B, has the hottest man he’s ever seen renovating it, and there’s an evil entity wanting to evict them.

Jetty, has zero belief in anything mystical, ghostly, or unknown, even though his best friend is the biggest believer ever.

They may be in over their head when it comes to possessed houses, but I’d say they are perfectly suited when it comes to love, even if it takes a little friendly ghostly assistance to get there.
