Spelling and grammar mistakes aside, I found this book to be very powerful and inspirational. Women making it in a man's world and CRUSHING it! These brilliant ladies know the value that investing in real estate has - bringing them financial free and balanced lives & living life on their terms.
I hope the author reads this review and comes out with a part 2 of this book. If so, I'd like to see more Canadian women represented, such as Carmen and Jordan Campagnaro, a mother-daughter dynamic duo; Sarah Larbi, another incredible trailblazer that I personally look up to; and Mel from The Investor Couple, a woman of action who uses creative financing on all of her projects with her husband, Dave; and so, so, so many others!
I hope the author reads this review and comes out with a part 2 of this book. This book features a collection of personal stories written by female real estate investors that offer a smorgasbord of personal journey deep-dives into their career paths. It details the experiences of these women breaking into a traditionally male-dominated industry and how they overcame working with often patronizing men.
Common themes I observed in many of these women's lives that influenced them to become investors include coming from single-mother/ dysfunctional backgrounds, escaping the 9-5 rat race (frequent references were made to Rich Dad, Poor Dad, another book I read previously), developing financial freedom, and the transition down this path once their children were born in order to have more time flexibility. It seems that for many of these women, real estate investing was a great way to strike a balance between raising their children but also being a strong, independent entrepreneur building their own business.
I enjoyed the different perspectives each women shared through their individual stories. Some were anecdotal and mindset-based, whereas others skipped the fluff and dove straight into technical terms and concepts. Many different types of investment strategies were discussed, including investing in less common property types such as self storage units and adult family homes.
I would have liked to see more representation of stories from women of color. Overall, this book offers a myriad of useful concepts and resources for amateur or expert investors alike.

Must read if you are getting into real estate...
I am interested in getting into real estate investing and stumbled upon this book. It is not just one of those books with inspirational stories-it actually provides advice for those of us interested in getting into the field! I loved the personal stories and seeing such a diverse group of investors provide what worked for each. Really useful gem of a book!

Brilliant resource. All books should be written this way
This book is long overdue. A compilation of practical advice, differing perspectives, tangible and actionable tips that can be put into motion in an instant. Insightful women coming together to share and educate others. If you are like me and troll Zillow and Realtor for sport, this book will inspire you to act and take that calculated risk. Well done to all its contributors.

Inspirational.
If you are looking for a book that will make you want to get up and immediately start investing in real estate this is it! Hearing these amazing women’s stories is exactly the kind of thing aspiring women (or anyone really) investors need to read to stay motivated! Can’t recommend enough.

Great book
I picked up this book to get the viewpoint from all these incredible women! Anyone of them could have given up along there journey. The struggles they went through in my opinion made them stronger as they pushed forward to success. No matter where you come from in life you can be successful if you have the drive and determination! Everyone should read this book!

Enjoyed this collection of stories from different real estate investors, it is inspiring and exciting to have all these awesome women rocking it in the real estate world! This book does have several spelling and grammar mistakes though which is distracting -definitely needs another pass by an editor to fix all the little mistakes.

I found this book very informative and inspiring. Reading about investors' stories and experience was very interesting. Not only I learned a great deal about real estate, but some of the takeaways can also be applied to the real life anywhere else.

It was okay. It was motivational if you were wanting to get started, but I wouldn’t say it was overly educational. Introduces a lot of topics and ideas, but no deep dive.
And it felt open at the end, no big ah-ha tie of the personal stories at the end.
