Deep State. Deep Fake. Deep Trouble.
JD Ross had a life that was settled. Army Special Forces, making the military his career. He was happy, engaged and loved what he did. Until he found himself suddenly a civilian.
The one part of his life that wasn't settled was Christi Nova. Beautiful and mysterious, her memory haunted him. She disappeared, and he wanted closure. And suddenly, she was back.
JD stepped off a plane in Atlanta and everything in his life was about to change. In a few days he would find himself back with the woman that he had asked to marry, a father, and accused of a murder he didn't commit.

Boy... what to say?
I had an idea and thought I could write a book. It turned into two... then three... then four. Working on #9 now.
I like cars, Jeeps, photography and writing (duh) and Scouting (I am an adult volunteer). You might catch me on:

Finally, my blog. I also have a special ebook for subscribers!

My stories (so far) have been adventure/thriller/crime stories with a dash of romance dropped in to add a little flavor.
And I LOVE feedback.

Right from the start, Triple Cross layers mystery upon mystery into a complex thriller that grips the reader and won't let go right through to the end. This is the second of L. Lane Bailey's novels I've read and I will definitely be reading more… very soon!

Very enjoyable and suspenseful read. The action was steady and I had trouble putting the book down. The description and detail were skillfully woven into the story making it believable and interesting. The plot twists were clever and kept me guessing. And the ending ..... Well you'll have to read for yourself.
