Good retellings
The first book was good. The second book was good but it was not edited well. There were obvious grammatical errors and misspelled words. Overall it was an interesting erotic rendition of popular stories.

Mated to the Big Bad Wolves is a great book to start the Dark Fairy Tale Series. S. Cinders gives enough details for the story to flow and the reader is able to mentally picture the tale. Even though Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf is a familiar story, this one took an exotic turn into the realm of werewolves being mother approved. If you like short sexy reads that have a HEA, then this "Dark Fairy Tale" book is for you. Can't wait to start the next one!

This is definitely not the Wizard of Oz your momma read to you when you were small! S. Almost literary perfection but definitely literary excellence
This would have been perfect if it had been thoroughly proofread and copy edited. But that didn’t take away from the overall meaning and everything was still understandable. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I never wanted it to end. I bought the box set in order to revisit these wonderful tales as often as I would like. Yes, there’s lots of steamy goodness, but more importantly, character development and interesting plots. There are so many lessons within these pages and each story is an adventure. Anyone can be a villain in someone else’s story. All the characters are so compelling and the world building is incredible. I really love fairy tale retellings and these have been my favorite by far. This was my first time reading S. Cinders and I think she did an amazing job. I look forward to reading more of her work in the future.

Good stories, bad editing
These stories were good. My favorite being Peter Pan n cause of how the author ingeniously used characters from other stories. But what got me was the bad editing. It was like the author just used spell check and never bothers to have a professional proofreader to over the stories. It was hard to call into the stories when you had to stop and re-read a dent nice to understand that the author incorrectly used the word need, instead of kneeled, for example example. And it wouldn't hurt to learn how to use an apostrophe correctly.

Pretty great box set
I loved the revised take on the fairytales. There’s definitely a lot of spice & heat. Unique twists to the original fairytales.
All of the stories were good, but need a round of editing. The misuse of words got pretty bad by the time I got to the Alice in Wonderland take. For example using him instead of her when trying to describe him holding her hip. I found myself rereading many paragraphs to clear up the confusion. That’s why only 4 stars instead of 5.

OMG, I stumbled across this totally by accident and loved it so much I read it twice. It's safe to say I will NEVER look at these stories in quite the same way again. If I had to find one thing wrong it was the splattering of avoidable spelling mistakes "she fell to her NEEDS" instead of knees....sorry but this kind of spoiled it ....I suggest hiring a proof reader or investing in a spell check programme

Still Enough of the Original
All of these books are well developed with not only dark twists but character twists, loved them!!! My favorite book was Wicked Wonderland. The creativity, originality, writing, and the storyline kept me reading this story. My only small issue was with some of the editing that should have better. This author has definitely gained a new fan. Enjoy!!!!

I adore fairytale retellings and this is a fabulous collection of romantic, magical stories with plenty of steam! These stories are clever and imaginative. If you love retellings of fairytales you will be enchanted by these books and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great collection of fractured fairy tales. My hands down favorite is the Oz retelling (Witches). I enjoyed all of them, but would have loved to see someone go through and edit the stories for mistakes.
Mated to the Big Bad Wolves: It's fun, and cute. A super quick and easy read.
Witch Queens (Oz): I absolutely loved this version of The Wizard of Oz! Dorothy isn't the hero, the witches aren't the villains, and Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Lion are incredibly hot, as are the sex scenes. More importantly, it's a great story about the power of family, love, and believing in yourself.
Chasing Pan: I truly enjoyed this mash-up of Peter Pan, Treasure Island, and a little Midsummer Night's Dream. I did feel that the end was a little rushed, and could have been expanded a bit, but overall, it was enjoyable. Although, I have to admit to envisioning most of the characters as their Disney selves for about half the book.
Wicked Wonderland: I really enjoyed this story, although it could do with some editing. Most of the time it didn't detract from the meaning and was just annoying. The story, itself, was great. I wish we had seen Alice being a little more bad-ass, as she is constantly referred to, but I loved her and Jay and all the others!

Mated to the Big Bad Wolves: It's fun, and cute. A super quick and easy read.
Witch Queens (Oz): I absolutely loved this version of The Wizard of Oz! Dorothy isn't the hero, the witches aren't the villains, and Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Lion are incredibly hot, as are the sex scenes. More importantly, it's a great story about the power of family, love, and believing in yourself.
Chasing Pan: I truly enjoyed this mash-up of Peter Pan, Treasure Island, and a little Midsummer Night's Dream. I did feel that the end was a little rushed, and could have been expanded a bit, but overall, it was enjoyable. Although, I have to admit to envisioning most of the characters as their Disney selves for about half the book.
Wicked Wonderland: I really enjoyed this story, although it could do with some editing. Most of the time it didn't detract from the meaning and was just annoying. The story, itself, was great. I wish we had seen Alice being a little more bad-ass, as she is constantly referred to, but I loved her and Jay and all the others!

A hot and steamy read These' stories are fantastically steamy reworking's of the stories we all know and love. I will be reading more by this author
