I like most of the book. Some of the ideas are too much for me, but you never know, the author might be right.
To get an idea about the book, here's one quote:
The principle of 'guilt' is an essential instrument in the effort to steer or direct people. This principle of guilt has worked perfectly for the Catholic Church for centuries. The principle of 'original sin' made people small and controllable. They were born guilty and brought on more guilt every day of their lives, and the only way to live with it was to buy yourself out of it. This trade in indulgences brought immense wealth and unimaginable power to the Catholic Church. One was born guilty and committed new sins every day, which could only be forgiven if they were confessed in as much detail as possible to the official representatives of God on earth, i.e. the consecrated priests, and if one donated to the church as richly as possible. Only then were the numerous sins remitted by the devotee.
