Life has thrown them together, but keeping their romance a secret proves to be tough. Finding time alone together is even tougher.
Savannah's refusal to declare their relationship out in the open forces her and Tobias to keep things under cover. And for the first time, Tobias learns that he isn't the top priority. For single mom Savannah, her son always comes first. Understanding her situation, he desires to whisk her away but first he must own up to his part in changing her circumstances.
But their differences in opinion aren't easy to overcome and threaten their newfound happiness. And when the past catches up with Tobias, he runs the risk of more revelations and making himself vulnerable. Can he open up to Savannah completely?
Lily Zante is the author of over sixty contemporary romance and women's fiction novels. After spending two decades working in IT, she decided to give writing another try. Given her love of The Walking Dead, she started off writing zombie fiction but quickly dove into writing romance instead. She's glad she switched.
This series continues to keep you drawn in. Once I started I did not put it down until I was finished. I am so loving the dynamics of it all. Now that Savannah and Tobias have finally decided to make a go of it things are just as challenging for them. Trying to keep it secret at the moment of course is not easy. The few background characters that are involved keep you on your toes, who's the bad guy, because you know there is one? Is it Matthais, is it Candace, what role is Colt going to play? I can't wait for all these questions to be answered. Lily's writing just keeps getting better and better!
So far I love this series. It has drama, ups and downs like a roller coaster! I can't wait for the next release. At first I wasn't sure about the author releasing the book in parts but she definitely makes it worth your wait!! All the Lily Zante series have been great finds and I love that she continues her stories and we really get to know her characters. Thanks for the good reads and for all the sleep I miss since of can't stop reading your stories when I start!
I received this Arc of The Offer2, in exchange for a honest review! The story just keeps getting better! I can't get enough of Tobias, I think he is amazing. However. I don't think Savannah was being fair at all. I don't like that Tobias had to go back to such a dark and sad place to make Savannah understand why he went to such length to keep her at Stone. It should be enough that he wanted to be with her and cares for her and Jacob. The Offer 3 can't get here fast enough.
I could not put "The offer Book 2" down. The pain and turmoil both Tobias and Savannah go through just sucks you right in. I've said it before, the previous books I was on the fence about. The Offer installments have been great. Each has been a page turner and the reader is discovering new things about Tobias and Savannah. My heart breaks for both these characters. I cannot wait to see how this series ends.
I am loving this series and and each of these books. This is about two broken people that have found each other and are working through the ghosts from their past, hopefully to a HEA. You will want to read the first three books in this series, The Gift, to understand what has happened and where this series is going. I can't wait to read the next book I highly recommend this book and this series.
Amazing! I received an ARC for an honest review. The story continues with a tenderness that will leave you wanting more. I love the short stories and having to wait for the next installment, which doesn't disappoint!
These characters are amazing. I don't remember the last time I felt the feelings that Ms. Lily exhumed from me in her initial sexual encounter with the hero/heroine. I am very much enjoying this series! ♡♡♡
I can’t tell you how close I was to DNF. I can’t stand Tobias, like at all. And I really can’t stand that he uses the death of his wife and unborn child as an excuse to control Savannahs life. It’s a big ick

They say "The road to true love never runs smooth",, so this story is a fine example of the rough road, two people, naturally attracted to each other, have to dodge and weave, to be together.
