I was thrilled to see Rebecca had published a cookbook as I’m a big fan of ISWTE and have recommended the book to countless people on their fertility journey. However, this cookbook was a big letdown for me! There are no pictures for the recipes or nutritional facts. The recipes are okay but nothing jumped out at me without pictures to entice me. There is sound nutritional advice, yet nothing groundbreaking. All of the information is fairly intuitive to health minded individuals and easily obtainable online for those who aren’t. I really, really wanted to love this book but really cannot recommend this book because of those issues.
